        The etiology of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma is aneurysmal rupture, arteriovenous malfomation, brain rumor, blood dyscrasia, cerebral infaction, cerebra inflammatory vascular disease, hypertension, and unknown causes. And the primary intracerebral hematoma is caused by unknown causes including hypertension. The clinical diagnosis of intracerebral hematoma, size, location, ventricular penetration, and evolution of brain parenchyme by hemorrhage are confirmed by CT scan. The authors have experienced 1 case of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma confirmed by CT scan. We have diagnosed the patient as Soyangin and treated by east integrated therapy. We classified this case as Soyangin-liyoiljung(少陽人裏熱證) and prescribed Yangkyuksanhwatang' Jihwangbaekhotang Hyungbangsabaeksan to the principle of Cheongyangsangsung(淸陽上升). In the result, we had the improvement of the symptoms. This report discribed the process and contents about the way the patient was cured.

      • 의복구매동기와 의복구매행동에 대한 연구-여대생을 중심으로

        본 연구는 서울 및 대전에 거주하는 20대 초반 여대생 352명을 대상으로 의복구매동기와 의복구매행동을 연구하였다. 여대생들의 의복구매동기를 요인분석한 결과, 유행 및 개성추구요인, 경제적요인, 지위요인, 광고 및 충동구매요인등 4개요인으로 분류되었으며, 여대생들의 의복구매행동을 요인분석한 결과, 정보원사용요인은 인적요인, 전파요인, 광고 및 관찰정보요인 3개 요인으로, 의복선택기준은 실용성요인, 디자인요인, 마케팅요인, 유행 및 지위요인등 4개요인으로, 점포선택기준은 상품요인, 서비스요인, 2개 요인으로 분류되었다. 또한 의복구매동기와 의복구매행동 상호간에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 용돈과 전공에 따라서도 의복구매동기와 의복구매행동에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The authors studied clothing buying motive and clothing buying behavior. The date were obtained from 352 women college students living in Seoul and Taejon. As the result of factor analysis. four buying motive factors were found: fashion and individuality, economy, status, advertising and impulsive buying. Three buying behaviors(information using, clothing selection standard, and shop selection standard) were factor analyzed. Three factors were founded in information using: human, electric wave communication, advertising and observation factors. Four factors were found in clothing selection standard: utility, design, marketing, fashion and status. Two factors were found in shop selection standard: merchandise and service. Clothing buying motive and clothing buying behavior were related, and they were different according to the levels of spending money and major in college.

      • 백화점에 종사하는 샵마스터와 판매원의 현황과 역할분석

        백화점에서 의복을 판매하고 있는 샵마스터와 판매원들의 인구통계적 특성과 역할의 차이, 직업만족도, 교육의 필요성에 대해 연구하였다. 샵마스터가 판매원보다 연령, 판매경력, 그리고 월수입에서 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 직무상의 차이점에서는 전문적인 역할 분담은 없고, 샵마스터가 매장 디스플레이, 의류교체 제안 및 의류주문, 전반적인 매장관리의 역할을 더 많이 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 직업에 대한 보람과 긍지 면에서는 샵마스터가 판매원보다 높았으며, 교육에 대한 필요성은 모두 높은 수치를 나타냈다. The authors investigated demographic characteristics, role, job satisfaction, and necessity of education of the shop masters and sale persons who worked at clothing shops in department stores. Shop masters were older, had worked longer, and received more salary than sales persons. Role difference was not clear, but shop masters worked more in display, suggestion of merchandise change and order, and management of shop. Shop masters had more pride in job than sales persons, and both of them wanted more education about job.

      • 의복구매시 위험지각과 정보탐색에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 의복 소비자의 위험지각과 정보탐색의 유형을 밝히고, 위험지각과 정보탐색의 관계와 인구 통계적 변인에 따른 차이를 살펴보고자 하였다. 376명의 대학생으로부터 수집된 자료들은 Pearson의 적률상관분석, 요인분석, t-test, 분산분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 의복 소비자의 위험지각은 5개 유형으로 분류되었다. 그 내용으로는 경제 및 성과위험, 심리적 위험, 시간손실 위험, 사회적 위험, 유행성 손실 위험이었다. 정보탐색은 광고, 점포내 관찰, 기억속의 정보, 주위의견으로 모두 4개의 유형으로 분류되었다. 위험지각과 정보탐색은 정적 상관을 보였으며, 의복 지출비에 따른 차이를 보였다. This study was performed to investigate the type perceived risk of clothing consumers and the types of information seeking, the relationship between perceived risk and information seeking, and the defferences according to the demographic variables. The surveyed data from 376 college students were analized using Person's correlation, factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The risk perception of clothing consumers was classified into five types: economic and performance risk, loss of time risk, social risk, and loss of fashionability risk. The information seeking was classified into four types: advertisement, observation in shops, information in memory, and opinions of neighbors. The type of risk perception and the types of information seeking were correlated positively and were different according to expenditure on clothing.

        일본의 빈집을 활용한 지역사회 커뮤니티 거점공간 분석 - 교토시 「빈집활용 & 마을만들기」 모델 프로젝트를 중심으로 -

        Purpose: By identifying the contents of the "Empty Home Utilization & Community Revitalization Model Project" which is a pilot project of empty homes back into use in Kyoto City and analyzing the characteristics of the case housing, the purpose of this study is to find out implications and suggest improvements for the domestic empty home utilization project. Methods: The scope of the survey covers seven project sites in the period from 2014 to 2016. The research method is to derive the physical and operational characteristics of the project, through the literature reviews related to bringing empty homes back into use in Kyoto City and the field survey including the space measurement and the operator interview. Results: First, in order to succeed in bringing empty homes back into use for community revitalization, the selection process of the project and the role of the public in and after supporting the project are important. Second, the important features that are required as a physical characteristic of the project are an advantage in location and an interactive space that is available at all time like a community cafe at the entrance. Third, as an operational characteristic of the empty home utilization project, it is advantageous for the local residents to participate as a business actor or an operator, and it is the continuous use of residents and outsiders by implementing an operating program that is suitable for the characteristics of the local community. Implications: The physical and operational activation factors to bring empty homes back into use need to be included as the project screening standards. And it is necessary for the public to develop the Intermediate Support Organization and to participate in linking with residents in order to carry out the empty homes utilization project effectively.

        속옷광고의 표현기법에 따른 광고에 대한 태도와 상표선호도를 연구하기 위하여 5개의 속옷 상표(비비안, 라보라, 와코루. 라보라, 렛써스)의 광고에 대한 태도와 상표선호도, 그리고 선호동기에 대한 설문조사연구를 서울과 대전에 거주하는 233명의 여성들을 대상으로 실시하였다.그 결과, 첫째로 광고에 대한 태도에서는 전통적 기법을 사용한 광고(비비안, 라보라, 와코루)보다는 혁신적 기법을 사용한 광고(캘빈클라인, 렛써스)에 대해 긍정적 태도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신적 기법의 캘빈클라인의 광고가 가장 긍정적인 반응을 얻었으며, 라보라가 가장 부정적인 반응을 얻었다.둘째, 상표선호도의 순서는 비비안, 캘빈클라인, 와코루, 라보라, 렛써스의 순서로 나타났으며, 인구통계적변인인 연령, 학력, 수입, 직업, 그리고 거주지에 따라 상표선호도가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.셋째, 상표 선호동기에 관한 연구에서는 모양, 질, 광고, 편안함의 측면에서는 캘빈클라인을 가장 선호하였으며, 가격면에 있어서는 라보라를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 렛써스는 다른 상표들에 비해 모든 측면에서 낮은 평가를 받았다.그리고 광고에 대한 태도와 실제구매상황에 있어서의 선호도가 일치하지 않는 것으로 나타나 광고에 대한 태도가 구매로 연결되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. We investigated the relationship between the attitudes and brand preference on the expression techniques of advertisement of underwears and actual buying. A total of 233 females living in Seoul and Taejon were surveyed to compare these points of five major underwear brands (Vivien, Ravora, Wacoal, Calvin Klein, Let'xes).The survey showed that the responders reacted more positively to the revolutionary advertising techniques of the Calvin Klein, and Let'xes than to the more conservative techniques of the Vivien, Ravora, and Wocoal.The most positive response was obtained from the Calvin klein's revolutionary techniques while the most negative response from the Ravora. The most preferred brand was the vivien, followed by the Calvin Klein, Wacoal, Ravora, and Let'xes. The degree of preference varied according to the demographic variables like age, schooling, income, occupation, and residential area. As for the motive of preference, the Calvin Klein ranked best in respect to shape, quality, advertisement, and comfortability. The price factor was best for the Ravora. The Let'xes ranked worst in all aspects. However, there was discrepancy between the attitudes on advertisement and the actual buying, this implying that the attitudes on advertisement did not seem to directly affect actual purchasing behavior.

        소양인체질병증 임상진료지침: 흉격열병

        Objectives This research was proposed to present Clinical Practice Guideline(CPG) for Soyangin Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine (SCM) ; Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) Symptomatology. Methods This CPG was developed by the national-wide experts committee consisting of SCM professors. First, collection and organization of literature related to SCM such as Donguisusebowon, Text book of SCM, Clinical Guidebook of SCM and Fundamental research to standardize diagnosis of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was performed. Secondly, journals related to clinical trial or Human complementary medicine of SCM were searched. Finally, 4 articles were selected and included in CPG for Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) Symptomatology of Stomach Heat-based Interior Heat disease in Soyangin disease. Results & Conclusions CPG of Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) symptomatology in Soyangin disease includes classification, definition and standard symptoms of each pattern. Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) symptomatology is classified into mild and moderate pattern by severity. Chest-Heat(Hyunggyeok-yeol) symptomatology Mild pattern is classified into Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) initial pattern and Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) advanced pattern. And Chest-Heat congested (Hyunggyeok-yeol) moderate pattern is classified into Clear Yang Failure of Stomach(Weguck-cheongyang Bulsagnseung) pattern (Upper wasting-thirst(Sangso) pattern), Clear Yang Failure of Large Intestine (Daejang-cheongyang Bulsangseung) pattern (Middle wasting-thirst (Jungso) pattern).

        도시형 코하우징 관심자의 거주요구

        The purpose of this study is to gain an in-depth understand of the dwelling needs of residents who are interested in Cohousing. To do this, we interviewed 18 urban residents who wanted a community life; investigated consciousness of neighbor relationships; and analyzed their consciousness of Cohousing residences, preference types, and spatial needs. At first the research has revealed that the neighbor relationships of the participants were not very close and that there was a difference in awareness levels between a 'good neighbor' and 'strange neighbor' with regard to neighbors, though all of the participants required a vitalization of these relationships. Second, Cohousing residence types could be divided into the 'life preferred type' and 'space preferred type', depending on the differences of pursued dwelling interests. These could be further segmented into the 'leisure life preferred type' and 'daily life preferred type', 'public space preferred type' and 'individual space preferred type'. Thirdly, preferences for Cohousing types varied depending on differences in priority with regard to important concepts of the social-physical environment (e.g., community property, effectiveness, naturalness, economic feasibility, and individuality). Finally, we found that the greatest needs were for public gardens and exercise space as aspects of the common spaces. Agreements pertaining to special use were considered as most important during the design process of the common spaces.

        Cold Urticaria and Cholinergic Urticaria are considered to be distinct disorders in which mediator release and hives can be induced by different stimulti. While neither cold Urticaria nor cholinergic Urticaria is rare, it is unusual to see both disorders occurring in the same patient. Also, our case presents atypical urtication to cold exposure. similar to classic cholinergic Urticaria lesions, called ‘cold-induced cholinergic urticaria’. a case of It lives from as usual as cold as ice environment and When entering into the warm place, the patient minute when the urticaria appears cold - induced cholinergic Urticaria it suspects, The sasang constitution which will reach the result which it demonstrates medically it got the effect which considers it reports.
