확률 접속표를 이용한 일본어 형태소 분석 결과의 후처리 기법

본 논문에서는 말뭉치로부터 얻은 통계정보를 이용한 일본어 형태소 분석 결과의 후처리 기법을 제안한다. 형태소 분석 과정은, 사전 검색을 통해 가능한 모든 형태소 분석 후보를 얻는 분할 단계와 확률 접속표를 이용하여 형태소 간의 결합 타당성 검사 및 분석 후보의 우선 순위를 결정하는 선택 단계로 구성된다. 확률 접속표는 단순히 형태소 간의 접소가능 유무만을 나타내던 기존의 접속정보표와는 달리 형태소 간의 접속강도를 확률값으로 나타냄으로써 형태소 간의 강한 접속 뿐만 아니라 문절과 문절 간의 약한 접속도 세밀하게 표현할 수 있다. 이는 띄여쓰기를 하지 않아 문장 단위의 처리가 불가피한 일본어 형태소 분석시 더욱 정확한 우선 순위 결정을 가능하게 한다. 형태소 간의 접속확률은 대상 언어에 대한 확률 모델로서 통계 정보 추출기를 통해 약 24만 단어의 일본어 말뭉치로부터 추출하였다. 확률 접속표를 이용한 일본어 형태소 분석기는 95.73%의 정확도를 보였으며, 그 결과는 기존 방식과 비교하여 문장의 길이 및 단어 품사별로 기술, 평가하였다. This paper proposes a statistical Postprocessing method of Japanese morphological analysis, which is carried out by two main stages: the first one is to segment a sentence into all possible morpheme chains by dictionary look-up, and the second is to check the morpheme-ordering constraint while ranking the chain candidates using a probabilistic connectivity matrix. Since, unlike the traditional binary matrix, the probabilistic connectivity matrix can distinguish in detail between the strong and the weak connectivities with probability values, the candidates can be ranked much accurately in Japanese analysis which is inevitably performed by a sentence unit. The probabilistic connectivity matrix was statistically constructed by a corpus analysis of 240,000 morphemes. In experimental evaluation, the morphological analyzer based on the probabilistic connectivity matrix shows an accuracy of 95.73%, and th experimental results classified by the sentence length and the word category are summarized being compared with those of traditional approach.

서비스기업의 상황요인이 CRM 역량과 성과에 미치는 영향

CRM의 상황요인에 대한 연구는 지난 20여년 회계정보시스템 분야에서 활발하게 이루어졌으나 서비스기업 CRM분야에서는 상대적으로 빈약한 편이다. 정보시스템의 전략적 활용을 위한 외부 환경의 중요성은 매우 크다. 그러므로 다양한 상황요인들을 도입하여 급격한 환경 및 기술변화에 직면하고 있는 서비스기업에 적용할 수 있다는 측면에서 이러한 연구는 매우 의미가 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스기업에 있어서 상황요인이 CRM 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 경험적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 실증분석 결과, 환경적 요인, 경쟁정도, 기술적 요인은 CRM 역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 CRM 역량은 재무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과 CRM의 상황요인이 CRM 역량과 재무성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며, 이에 따른 학문적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. This study examined the relationship among contingency factors, CRM capacity, and financial performance in service firms. Though the extant studies have been examined the relationship between contingency factors and CRM performance, the scope was limited. To fill this gap this study tried to identify the relationship among contingency factors such as environmental factors, level of competition, technological factors, CRM capacity, and its financial performance. Based upon the extant theoretical and empirical study five hypotheses have been established. To test the hypotheses testing using AMOS were conducted for 242 respondents as a sample collected from service firms in Busan. The results show that environmental factors, level of competition, technological factors significantly influenced to CRM capacity. In addition, CRM capacity significantly influenced to its financial performance. The limitation and suggestions of this study were presented.

In this study, the characteristics of each industrial revolution from the first to the fourth one and the influence on the history of mankind were contemplated. Today is a super intelligence and Hyper connectivity society based on the convergence of ICT as a transition period in which the changes take place. In this paper, we consider the current status and characteristics of the 4th Industrial Revolution and identify strategies to cope with the 4th Industrial Revolution of the advanced nations. The core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, such as the IoT and AI, in which the computer judges itself and performs the best actions, will not immediately bring about a great change in our working environment. However, for future generations, we must prepare our national policies and education by fully imagining what changes will take place in the future. For this purpose, we have grasped the way of responding to the 4th Industrial Revolution in advanced countries such as USA, Germany, Japan and China from the perspective of government policy. In addition, by analyzing the current status of Korea, we sought to develop the direction of the 4th Industrial Revolution suitable for our situation.

빅데이터 현황 및 활용 방안 연구

This study examined the current status of big data and the application of big data technology in the future society. Firstly we analyzed the technology that supports data explosion, the settlement of social media and smartphones, and the spread of M2M(Machine to Machine) and sensor data as the appearant background of big data. In addition by investigating big data-related policies, we found that the level of public data openness in Korea is limited and identified the factors that do not form a virtuous cycle. In general big data processing is to collect and process large amounts of data to extract desired information, and analyze it. While examining the technical environment and processing techniques in each process, the representative analytical and expression techniques were discussed. The most basic analytic infrastructure is Apache Hadoop, and NoSQL(Not only SQL) technology is applied to process data flexibly and faster. Additionaly the future directions were discussed by analyzing the prediction of the big data market and the application plan of big data technology in the enterprise. In this study domestic policies, market situations, and utilization plans, focusing on the technology status of big data were generally examined. And based on the contents discussed in this paper, further study is needed to analyze the case study of each field to evaluate and verify the utility of big data technology in each field.

결합기법 추천시스템의 구현 및 효용성 평가 연구

The widely used methods for recommendation is divided into two categories: collaborative filtering recommender system and content-based recommender system. collaborative filtering recommender system adopt the opinions of entire communities; while content-based recommender system selects the information based on contents. In this paper, we present an improved method by using hybrid recommender system for overcoming the sparsity problem in collaborative filtering recommender system and the feature selection problem in content-based recommender system. This hybrid system we constructed, is written in Java and we have compared the proposed method with another methods by the mean absolute error and similarity. According to the results of our experiments, Our hybrid recommender system showed the best performance.

본 논논문에서는 날로 대용량화되어 가는 전문(full-text)의 웹 페이지 자료와 메일을 자동 요약하여 줌으로써 사용자의 정보 검색 효율성을 도모할 수 있는 시스템을 제시하고 구현 하였다. 문서자동요약에 있어서 통계적인 기법과 전자메일의 구조적인 특성을 고려한 시스템을 제안하였다.시스템은 형태소 분석기능, 문장랭킹기능, 문장추출기능으로 분류하여 좀더 기본적인 내용을 유지하면서 복잡도를 줄이려고 노력하였으며, 현존하는 웹에서 쉽게 구현이 가능하고 멀티유저환경에 적합하다.
