        Ti-6Al-4V 합금 기지 위에 FGM 방식으로 적층제조 된 Inconel 718의 접합 특성 분석

        In the present work, Inconel 718 alloy is additively manufactured on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and a functionally graded material is built between Inconel 718 and Ti-6Al-4V alloys. The vanadium interlayer is applied to prevent the formation of detrimental intermetallic compounds between Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel 718 by direct joining. The additive manufacturing of Inconel 718 alloy is performed by changing the laser power and scan speed. The microstructures of the joint interface are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and micro X-ray diffraction. Additive manufacturing is successfully performed by changing the energy input. The micro Vickers hardness of the additive manufactured Inconel 718 dramatically increased owing to the presence of the Cr-oxide phase, which is formed by the difference in energy input.

      • Effect of Higenamine on Pulmonary Aorta of Rabbit

        Higenamine은 부자의 활성 성분의 하나로서 아드레나린성 beta-수용체를 통하여 강심효과를 나타내는 것으로 알려졌다. 본 연구는 norepinephrine 또는 potassium에 의한 토끼 페동맥의 수축에 미치는 Higenamine의 영향을 관찰한 것이다. 1. Norepinephrine으로 수축을 이르킨 폐동맥편은 higenamine의 전처치 또는 후처치로 용량의존적으로 이완되었다. 이같은 higenamine의 효과는 propranolol 전처치로 억제되었다. Higenamine의 propranolol에 대한 $pA_2$ 값은 8.25였다. 2. Higenamine의 페동맥편에 대한 효과는 phentolamine 전처치로 억제되지 않았다. 3. Isoproterenol도 norepinephrine에 의한 페동맥편 수축을 이완시켰으며 효력은 higenamine 보다 10배 켰다. 그러나 고농도$(3.3{\times}10^{-6})$의 isoproterenol은 내인성 활성을 보였다. 4. Higenamine과 isoproterenol은 potassium으로 유도된 페동맥편 수축에 대하여 이완효과를 나타내지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 higenamine은 혈관평활근에 대하여도 아드레나린성 beta-수용체를 통하여 이완효과를 나타낼 것으로 생각된다. Higenamine, which is one of active component of Aconiti tuber, has been known to have positive inotropic effect through adrenergic beta-receptor. The effect of higenamine on norepinepharine or potassium induced contraction of pulmonary aorta in rabbit were studies. 1. The contraction of aortic strips induced by norepinephrine was suppressec by pre-or post-treatment of higenamine dose dependently and those effects of higenamine were prevented by propranolol. The $pA_2$ value of higenamine against propranolol calculated as 8.25. 2. The effect of higenamine was not affected by phentolamine. 3. Isoprotrenol has shown 10 times stronger vasodiatory effect on norepinephrine induced cntracture than that of higenamine but high concentration $(3.3{\times}10^{-6}\;M)$ of isoproterenol produce intrinsic activity. 4. Vasodilatory effect of higenamine or isoproterenol was not observed in potassium induced contacture of pulmonary aortic strips. These results strongly suggest that higenamine dilated the pulmonary vascular smooth muscle through stimulation of adrenergic beta-receptor.

      • 인삼(人蔘) Saponin 이 Morphine 에 의(依)한 Rat 대뇌피질절편(大腦皮質切片) 산소소비양(酸素消費量) 및 $Na^+$, $K^+$ 소장(消長)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        The effects of Ginseng saponin on respiration and $Na^+$, $K^+$ content of rat cerebral cortex slices were investigated to determine the action of Ginseng saponin on brain cortex at cellular level. There are many reports for the study of Ginseng on central stimulatory action in experimental animals. The electrical stimulation of slices of cortex causes a loss of potassium. And the respiration is needed to maintain a supply of energy for active cation transport. The reduction in $Qo_2$ is a consequence of primary cessation of active cation transport. Ginseng saponin stimulated respiration which was depressed by Morphine. But there was no significant change of electrolyte. It is suggested that the Ginseng saponin act rather on metabolic process than neural excitatory mechanism in vitro.

        중엔트로피 합금 기지 위에 적층조형된 스테인리스강과 타이타늄 합금의 접합특성 분석

        Additive manufacturing (AM) is a highly innovative method for joining dissimilar materials for industrial applications. In the present work, AM of STS630 and Ti-6Al-4V powder alloys on medium entropy alloys (MEAs) NiCrCo and NiCrCoMn is studied. The STS630 and Ti64 powders are deposited on the MEAs. Joint delamination and cracks are observed after the deposition of Ti64 on the MEAs, whereas the deposition of STS630 on the MEAs is successful, without any cracks and joint delamination. The microstructure around the fusion zone interface is characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Intermetallic compounds are formed at the interfacial regions of MEA-Ti64 samples. In addition, Vicker's hardness value increased dramatically at the joint interface between MEAs and Ti-6Al-4V compared to that between MEAs and STS630. This result is attributed to the brittle nature of the joint, which can lead to a decrease in the joint strength.

        사도행전 12장에 나타난 아그립바1세의 박해와 죽음에 관한 연구

        This article deals with social-historical and theological aspects of Acts 12. The text maintains the flow and continuity of the entire book of Acts, and the structure of Acts 12 is also carefully organized. Regarding Agrippa I’s life, what position did he place in the context of the first-century Roman Empire and Jewish society, and how his persecution of the Church of Jerusalem could be explained in the social history at that time. His activity has to be seen along with the status quo policy of the Roman Empire. The following is divided into persecution of the Church (Acts 12:1-5), Peter’s rescue and refuge (Acts 12:6-19), and the section of Agrippa I’s death (Acts 12:20-25). Luke seems to have reconstructed the traditions related to Agrippa I from a critical point of view. The use of the name Herod instead of Agrippa is also believed to reflect the critical position. Despite the persecution of Agrippa I, Peter was miraculously rescued through God, and he was punished by God for death. This theme reveals a critical position on the Roman Empire. Through strong attack on human deification attempts, Luke criticizes state power. In other words, it is clearly shown that God and state power are ultimately incompatible.

        한국 식물신품종보호제도의 발전 방향에 대한 고찰

        Eighteen years have passed since Korea introduced plant variety protection (PVP) system. Korea is being considered as one of the countries which introduced PVP system successfully. However, there have been lots of changes in circumstances surrounding PVP system during this period. Regarding future direction of PVP system in Korea, firstly the function and role of three organizations which now independently operate PVP system need to be reorganized to improve efficiency in PVP operation dealing with global issues. Secondly, authorities need to devise more user-oriented application form and process. This is because breeders feel some difficulties in preparing application documents. Thirdly, Korea has to create sound environments which guarantee effective enforcement of breeders’ rights and secure reliability of the system against infringement. Regarding decision of infringement, a reasonable threshold should be set up to decide whether certain varieties are different from protected varieties or not using both growing test and DNA test. For essentially derived varieties (EDV), authorities need to establish a reasonable threshold to decide whether there is an essential derivation or not. In addition, to prevent dispute between PVP holders and farmers regarding the use of farm saved seeds in the future, clarification of farm saved seed article in legislation is necessary. Lastly, there might be some contradiction between PVP and Nagoya protocol in disclosure of origin, prior informed consent, benefit sharing, etc. In advance of enactment of domestic ABS law, authority needs to study impact of Nagoya protocol on PVP system to minimize confusion and damage on breeders.

        헬레니즘 문화와 유대교 전통의 충돌

        40년경에 발생한 칼리굴라 위기는 70년 성전 멸망을 예견하게 만드는 사건으로 유대 전통이 로마가 표방하는 헬라 문화에 의해 언제든지 심각한 위험에 처할 수 있음을 깨닫게 만든 사건이었다. 이 경험으로 요세푸스는 거대한 주도적 문화의 확장은 불가피했으며 주도적 문화(헬레니즘)와 지역적 문화(유대교)의 충돌 또한 불가피한 현상인 것을 알았다. 본 연구는 헬라화의 과정, 즉 문화적 조우의 필연적 귀결로 ‘칼리굴라 위기’를 이해하고자 한다. 칼리굴라 위기는 단순히 칼리굴라 개인의 고집에서 비롯된 것이 아니다. 오히려 지난 수세기 동안 유대 사회를 끊임없이 위협한 헬라 문화의 주장이 한 사건으로 구체화된 결과였다. 요세푸스는 양면성의 해석을 취한다. 한편으로는 헬라 문화의 도전에 직면하여 유연한 태도를 취하지만, 그 문화가 유대 신앙의 제1원리와 충돌할 때에는 완고한 입장을 취한다. 로마 권력자에 대해서도 마찬가지다. 원래 칼리굴라와 페트로니우스는 한 통속의 인물들이지만 유대 신앙의 핵심을 존중하는가 무시하는가의 여부에 따라 이들에 대한 평가는 확연하게 갈린다. 이 연구를 통해 우리는 요세푸스는 열세의 자기 문화가 강세의 외래문화와 마주치는 격렬한 변동 상황에서 어떤 확고한 원칙을 통해 그 격렬한 현실을 신앙적으로 해석하고자 했던 한 역사가라고 볼 수 있다. The Caligula Crisis in 40 was a sign of the Jewish-Roman War in 70. Through the experience of the Caligula Crisis, the Jewish people learned that their own culture and tradition could be threatened by the Roman power. That is, the Romans can threat the Jewish tradition, if he wants to expand his culture. This study doesn’t understands the Caligula Crisis as an accident, but as a necessity. And the Caligula Crisis was a result of the encounter between the Hellenistic and the Jewish culture since the Alexander the Great. Josephus interprets this crisis in two ways. In principal, he admits the meeting of two cultures positively. But if the hellenistic culture violates the traditional Jewish culture, first of all, the faith of monotheism, he criticizes it very hardly.

        재택장애학생과 통학장애학생 어머니의 사회관계망 특성 비교

        본 연구는 재택장애학생 어머니와 통학하는 장애학생 어머니의 사회관계망 특성을 구체적으로 밝힘으로써 장애학생 어머니들이 관계하는 사람의 수가 어떠한지, 주로 어떠한 사람들과 가까이 지내는지, 어떠한 도움을 많이 받는지 등에 관한 정보를 제공하고 장애학생 어머니들의 바람직한 대인관계 형성을 위한 사회적 지원의 필요성을 제고하도록 하는데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 대상은 대구, 부산, 울산 및 경남 지역에서 특수교육을 받고 있는 초, 중, 고등 학생 어머니로써 재택학생 어머니 42명과 통학학생 어머니 45명으로 하였다. 각 집단에 있어서 어머니는 연령, 학력, 종교, 월수입을 통제 변인으로 하고 자녀는 연령, 소속학교, 학교급, 성별을 통제 변인으로 하여 집단 구성의 동질성을 확보하였다. 연구결과, 사회관계망의 구조적 특성에서 재택학생 어머니는 통학학생 어머니보다 전체 사회관계망의 크기와 범위별 크기가 작게 나타났으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 구조적 특성에서 핵심 사회관계망의 크기는 두 집단 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 핵심 사회관계망의 전반적인 사회적 지지 기능과 상호작용적 기능에서도 두 집단 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 사회관계망의 구조적 특성에 있어서 재택장애학생 어머니는 통학장애학생 어머니보다 전체 사회관계망의 크기와 전체 사회관계망의 범위별 크기가 작다. 그러나 핵심 사회관계망의 범위별 크기에서는 차이가 없다. 둘째, 사회관계망의 기능적 특성에 있어서 핵심 사회관계망의 사회적 지지 기능은 두 집단의 차이가 없다. 셋째, 사회관계망의 기능적 특성에 있어서 핵심 사회관계망의 상호작용적 기능은 두 집단의 차이가 없다. 따라서 재택장애학생 어머니는 통학장애학생 어머니에 비해 사회관계망의 크기가 작은 것을 제외하고는 구조적 특성과 기능적 특성에서는 차이가 없음을 알 수 있다. 다만 두 집단 모두 일반인들에 비해 매우 작은 사회관계망의 크기를 가지고 있었는데, 이는 장애학생 어머니들은 장애자녀를 지속적으로 돌보고 양육해야 하기에 여가 시간이 부족하고 사회적 활동에서 제한을 받고 있기 때문인 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to discover the characteristics of social networks focused on the mothers who help their disabled students in their homes and the mothers who accompany their disabled students during the school day and to provide information about how many people have the mothers of disabled students relationship with, what kind of people have they close relationships with, and what kind of support have they received. Thus, this study aims to promote the necessity of social support for the mothers of disabled students so that they can have desirable relationships. The objects used in the study were mothers of the disabled students receiving special education at elementary, middle and high school in Daegu City, Busan City, Ulsan City and South Gyeongsang District. A Group consisted of 42 members of the mothers who help their disabled students in their homes. B Group consisted of 45 members of the mothers who accompany their disabled students during the school day. The following conclusions can be drawn from this study. First, in the structural characteristics of social networks, the whole social network size and its region size in the mothers of A Group was smaller than in the mothers of B Group. But there was no statistically significant difference in the region size of core social networks. Second, in the social support function of the core social networks in the functional characteristics of social networks, there was no statistically significant difference between the two Groups. Third, in the correlation function of the core social networks in the functional characteristics of social networks, there was no statistically significant difference between two Groups. Finally, it was found that the size of social networks in the mothers of A Group was smaller than in the mothers of B Group, but there were no significant differences in the structural and functional characteristics between two Groups. The size of social networks in two Groups was very much smaller than in the other people. This means that the mothers of disabled students don`t have a lot of leisure time to take part in social activities because they have to take care of their sons and daughters most of their time. It was proposed that family support should be provided to improve the functioning of disabled students and their families and to have social relationship so that they can widen and maintain their social networks.

        순회교육에 있어서의 스마트러닝 활용 실태 조사 및 요구 분석- 경상도 지역을 중심으로-

        이 연구는 순회교육에 있어서의 스마트러닝 활용을 지원하기 위한 요구사항을 알아보기 위하여 실시되었으며, 구체적인 목적으로 첫째, 스마트러닝에 대한 순회교육 담당교사의 인식을 조사하고, 둘째, 순회교육에 있어서의 스마트러닝 활용 실태를 밝히며, 셋째, 스마트러닝 활용을 위한 요구사항을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 67명의 순회교육 담당교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 순회교사의 대부분은 학생의 기본교과 학습과 여가시간 활용에 스마트러닝 방식이 도움이 될 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 스마트러닝 활용 실태는 교사의 2/3 이상이 스마트기기를 활용하고 있으나 서비스체계의 미비로 인해 교과학습보다는 흥미유발용 및 특기적성교육을 위한 용도로 사용하고 있었다. 셋째, 스마트러닝 활용을 지원하기 위해서는 교육용 콘텐츠의 개발이 선행되어야 하며, 예산 확보와 전문인력 배치를 활성화 방안으로 꼽았다. 넷째, 시사점으로 교육용 콘텐츠 개발·서비스 전달체계의 구축·교사 연수·행정적 지원 및 예산 확보를 도출하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate on the actual conditions of smart learning support for students in itinerant education, specifically, to grasp teachers` recognition on smart learning, to survey the needs on smart learning support in itinerant education and to analyze the results for supporting policies. To meet this purpose, 67 itinerant teachers in special school, classes and special education resource centers participated in the survey by e-mail. The findings of the study were as follows; first of all, most of the itinerant teachers understand about smart learning sufficiently, especially they thought that smart learning is helpful for itinerant educational student to study basic curriculum and to use leisure time. Secondly, 2/3 of respondents used smart learning devices, but using of them was rather for student`s interest and specialty aptitude education than basic curriculum. And respondents answered that educational contents of smart learning was not enough compared to student`s needs. Therefore they used rarely educational application, instruction-learning site, and SNS. Thirdly, the respondents required feedback and indirect experience function as educational contents function. they suggested to develop of educational contents, to construct of web infra, to pursue the study and training of teachers as a preceding condition. And they suggested to secure the budget and to place smart learning experts as a activating condition. Lastly, the results show that it`s necessary to develop of educational contents for smart learning, to construct of smart learning service support system, to support teacher`s workshop, and to ensure government`s support and budgets. Finally, smart learning experts should be placed in the special education resource centers, and smart learning support system should be provide for itinerant educational student`s information accessibility. To activate smart learning support, government`s support should be secured and the budgets should be increased.
