Tsunamis are ocean waves generated by movements of the Earth’s crust. Several geophysical events can lead to this kind of catastrophe: earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, and other mechanisms such as underwater explosions. Most of the damage associated with tsunamis are related to their run-up onto the shoreline. Therefore, effectively predicting the run-up process is an important aspect of any seismic sea wave mitigation effort. In this paper, a numerical simulation of the behaviors of a floating body near a quaywall during a tsunami is conducted by using a particle method. First, a solitary wave traveling over shallow water a slope is numerically simulated, and the results are compared with experiments and other numerical results. Then, the behaviors of floating bodies with different drafts are investigated numerically.

결혼이주여성의 지역사회참여 현황과 교육법적 과제

결혼이주여성의 지역사회참여는 이주한 국가에서 개인의 정체성을 형성하고, 사회･문화･정치적 통합에 긍정적인 작용을 하기에 중요한 의미를 가진다. 지역사회참여는 지역사회에서 상호작용을 위한 다양한 모임 및 활동에 참여하거나, 자신의 삶과 관련된 정책 결정 과정에 영향을 미치기 위한 활동을 모두 포괄하는 개념이다. 그러나 지금까지 결혼이주여성의 지역사회참여는 다양한 유형의 참여에 대한 논의와 제도적 지원이 이루어지지 못하였다는 한계가 있다. 이 연구에서는 결혼이주여성의 지역사회참여의 의의와 유형을 살펴보고, 관련 법제도에서 결혼이주여성의 참여에 대한 제도적 지원이 어떻게 나타나고 있는지를 검토하였다. 또한 결혼이주여성의 지역사회참여 현황을 실증적으로 살펴보기 위해 수도권 거주 결혼이주여성 210명을 대상으로 지역사회참여에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 관련 법제도에서는 사회적응교육을 중심으로 한 교육 지원이 주로 이루어지고 있었으며, 설문조사 결과 결혼이주여성들은 다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 한 교육문화 프로그램에 가장 높은 참여를 보이고 정책참여에 가장 낮은 참여를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 결혼이주여성의 지역사회참여를 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 사회구성원으로서 결혼이주여성의 참여에 대한 시각의 전환, 평생교육의 관점에서 결혼이주여성 교육 프로그램의 다양화, 실효성 있는 정책참여 기회의 확대, 일반 시민의 다문화인식 개선을 위한 다문화교육의 강화를 제안하였다. Community participation of married immigrant women has important meaning in forming individual identity in the country they have immigrated to and having positive effect on social, cultural, and political integration. Community participation is a concept that encompasses participation in various meetings and activities for mutual interactions in one’s local community and in activities aimed at exerting influence on policy-making process related to one s life. However, community participation of married immigrant women has been limited so far in that discussions about various types of participation and institutional support have not been made. This study examined the significance and types of community participation of married immigrant women and how institutional support for such participation of married immigrant women is reflected in relevant legal system. In addition, a survey on community participation was conducted with 210 married immigrant women living in the metropolitan area in order to empirically examine the current status of community participation of married immigrant women. As a result, it was found that educational support focused on social adaptation education is mainly reflected in relevant legal system. The survey results indicated that married immigrant women show the highest participation in educational and cultural programs provided mainly by Multicultural Family Support Centers and the lowest participation in policy affairs. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions were made as ways to activate community participation of married immigrant women; change of perspective on community participation of married immigrant women as members of society, diversification of education programs for married immigrant women from the viewpoint of lifelong education, and reinforced support for vitalization of policy participation through ordinances, and reinforced support for multicultural education to improve multicultural awareness among ordinary citizens.

간호사의 직무착근도와 역경지수가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호사의 직무착근도, 역경지수, 조직몰입의 정도를 파악하고 직무착근도와 역경지수가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 서울소재 상급종합병원 및 종합병원에 근무하는 3개월 이상 경력의 간호사 126명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2022년 10월 18일부터 10월 31일까지였으며 자료분석은 SPSS 28.0을 이용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 간호사의 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무착근도(β=.58, p ˂.001), 역경지수(β=.24, p =.002) 순이었고, 총 설명력은 66.1%였다. 이와 같이 간호사의 직무착근도와 역경지수를 높이는 것은 조직몰입을 높이는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 간호조직 내에서 간호사가 조직에 남아있게 하고 개인의 역경을 잘 극복하게 하여 업무에 잘 적응하고 몰입할 수 있도록 하는 관리 전략을 개발하여 간호 현장에 적용할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of job embeddedness and the adversity quotient on the organizational commitment of nurses. From October 14 to October 31, 2022, we collected data from 126 nurses with more than 3 months of experience working at tertiary and general hospitals in Seoul. Descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearsons correlation test, and hierarchical multiple regression were performed using the SPSS 28.0 program. The results showed that factors influencing the organizational commitment of nurses were job embeddedness and the adversity quotient. These variables had an explanatory power of 66.1%. These results show that nurses must remain in the workforce and overcome adversities to adapt and become immersed in the work. In addition, these results could be used to persuade researchers to develop measures for improving the organizational commitment of nurses.

요즘 어린이들은 학원과 학교, 집을 오가면서 시간에 쫒기어 몸에는 나쁘고, 빨리 먹을 수 있는 패스트푸드를 자주 먹게 된다. 그래서 살은 쪄가고, 반대로 운동할 시간이 없다. 그러면서 자연스레 스트레스가 쌓이게 된다. 뉴스 기사에서 스트레스도 비만의 한 원인이라고 한다. 그래서 스트레스도 풀고 다이어트도 할 수 있는 방법으로 먼저, 길거리에서 사먹는 음식들의 칼로리를 알게 하여 칼로리가 적은 음식을 먹게 하고, 짧은 시간에도 운동효과가 크고 재미가 있으면 좋겠다고 생각했다. 그런데 스크래치는 애니매이션이나, 게임으로 만들기도 좋고, 작동법도 쉬워서 아동들에게 적합한 프로그램이라고 생각하여 스크래치로 만들기로 하였다. 스크래치는 웹캠 기능도 있다. 그래서 비만아동들이 몸을 움직여 운동도 할 수 있어 더더욱 적합하다고 생각했다.

In recent, the eco-friendly Green cars such as Hybrid-Electronic vehicles, Fuel Cell vehicles and Electronic vehicles have been researched in major car makers. The one general feature of these eco-friendly vehicles is that the electronic chassis parts replace the mechanical parts. To response this changing of vehicle parts, the electronic brake systems such as EMB(Electro-Mechanical Brake) and EWB (Electronic Wedge Brake) are also researched in many suppliers. So the establishments of assessment technology for performance and reliability of electronic brake are needed. In this study, the methods to assess the performance of EMB using test bench are proposed. To consider the variable road frictions, the test bench was designed to change the mechanical mass inertia in 3 steps. The road frictions are also considered in 3 steps such as high, middle and low μ. The braking tests are conducted in test bench for these road frictions using the physical mass inertias corresponding the road frictions. Then the test results are verified by compared with the Carsim simulation results.
