        재무적 투자자의 부통산 개발금융 참여 실태 및 진입제한 요인 분석

        Since the Asian financîal crisis, the advance of real estate development financing, such as the introduction of asset- securitization and fund investment vehicle, hasprovided the benign environment where financiaJ investors can actively participate. Despite this development, construction companies still bear the final resp:msibility by prov버mg payment guarantee for pr,이ect finance loan of developers The research of this paper shows that currently, the most criticaJ factors of loc외 real estate financing are payment guarantee by construction companies and collateral value However, in the near future, it is antited that project profits, deveJopers’ financial health, and business capability wo and be the most important part. This study a150 shows that financial investors are exα:x:ted to play the most significant roles in the re estate development finance. But they are facing realistic problems such as their intemal risk-averse attitude and extemal legal barriers caused by investment restrictions and asset soundness that shωld be met by them Therefore, it is argued that the current practice of project finance should be changed 50 that financial investors participate in development projects based on project profits instead of depending on contractors’ guarantee

        <중개인>에 나타난 핀터의 시간 실험

        The purpose of this paper is to examine Harold Pinter’s cinematic strategies for his concept on time in his screenplay, The Go-Between. Pinter was fascinated by the concept of time and the power to present the meaning of a whole life. This screenplay is related to the subject, the role of time including the annihilation of time, rupture, memory, and meaning. Pinter shifted the stress from the central story about the young Leo and the lovers which was the main theme of original novella to the annihilation of time by the adult Leo’s return to the place of his childhood experience. To make progress toward the meditation on time, memory and meaning by dismantling linar time, Pinter presented the multidimensional pure time that past, present, and future are fused in The Go-Between. Pinter extended the experiment in subjectivity begun in The Servant and The Accident. Pinter rejected its most potent manifestation, the structure based on the linear time in the narrative of original novella. Pinter presented the parallel and interacting narrations to reveal the double articulation of time and used voice-overs from the present in the past and the past in the present, and the non-chronological narration of the present to reveal the wholeness where past and present exist as a indivisible reality.

        탈모성권력을 통한 주체화 과정의 영화적 재현

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the cinematic representation of struggling aspects for the subjectivation presented in The Piano Teacher and Balck Swan. In her object relation theory Melanie Klein claims that the first relationship between mother and infants is significant for survival and comfortableness since one´s birth but the solid relationship should be broken up for the subjectivation. In the movies mothers deliberately delay the daughters’ process for subjectivation, and confine daughters to mothers’ rooms where mothers implant their unfulfilled desires and force daughters to perform daughters’ duties. Daughters Nina and Erica, whereas, are struggling to find out the lines of flight for subjectivation as an independent and separate being. This paper analyzes the aspects of cinematic representation focusing on the relationships between violent and dominant mothers and rebellious and resistant daughters.

        극작가의 스크린플레이 연구

        This paper studies Harold Pinter’s cinematic techniques in his modifications of the original novel of Robin Maugham for the purpose of cinematic transliterations of the elements such as dominance and subservience in his comedies of menace by analyzing Harold Pinter’s screenplay, The Servant. In the screenplay Pinter especially focuses on the individuals’ struggles, which is the main theme of comedies of menace, to resist invasion and defend the “room” from menacing and unidentifiable visitors. In his early plays, Pinter deals with the question of dominance and subservience as the main theme, and while developing the theme, he emphasizes the symbolic aspects of the key concept, “room”, the conflict between its occupant and invader, and various violent games as strategies to resist the power of menace. Pinter practices cinematic transliteration of these elements in his comedies of menace while writing the screenplay of The Servant. Through this experience with the medium of cinema, Pinter had an opportunity to concretize his political concerns, which had been indirectly and metaphorically expressed in his comedies of menace. This study argues that his writings for cinema should be regarded as very important and crucial to the whole world of Pinter’s writings. It also argues that his interactions between the media of theatre and cinema have strongly influenced the development of his whole career as a playwright and screenplay writer.

        핀터 극언어의 영화적 전용

        The purpose of this paper is to examine Harold Pinter’s cinematic language strategies and patterns used in his screenplay, The Servant. Robin Maugham’s 1948 novella, The Servant was the source for Pinter’s first movie script. Pinter was fascinated by the novella’s main theme which was the repeated theme of dominance and subservience in Pinter’s plays. This screenplay is related to prominent dramatic characteristics of Pinter’s early comedies of menace thematically and stylistically that Pinter had been writing for the stage. The screenplay, The Servant contains many of the elements and features which appeared in the screenplays which Pinter wrote over the next several years, focusing on the concept of domination and especially frequently expressed with humorous Pinteresque dialogue. In this screenplay the Pinter brand of humor and dialogue also appears. The confused, meaningless, yet funny social small talk that Pinter captures so well in demonstrating the lack of communication between people is prominent and scattered in The Servant. In many of his early stage plays, Pinter included items to related to theme of dominance and subservience especially by using Pinteresque dialogue. This paper analyzes Pinters philosophy on language and Pinter’s dramatic elements of dialogue which appeared as exaggerated repetition and so forth in his first screenplay, The Servant.

        굴착방법에 따른 구조물의 손상도 평가

        도심지와 같이 개발가능한 지역이 제한되어 있으면 기존 건물에 인접하여 지반을 굴착하는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 이러한 경우 지반은 이완되고 따라서 토압에 따라 가시설 벽체에 변형이 발생하므로 인접 구조물의 안정성에 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실내 모형실험을 통하여 여러 가지 형태의 지반 굴착방법에 따른 인접 지반의 지표면 변위를 산정하고, 이를 수치해석에 적용하여 지표면 침하에 따른 구조물의 변형 양상을 연구하였다. 이렇게 얻어진 구조물 변형 형상 중에서 각 변위와 수평 변형율을 추출하여 최종적으로 인접 구조물의 손상 정도를 평가하였다. When the ground is excavated near the pre-existing structures due to the region restricted condition such as urban area, the ground will be released by the excavation and the temporary wall will be deformed depending on the earth pressure. In this case, issues can be created in terms of stability of pre-existing structures. Firstly, the laboratory model tests were carried out to investigate the ground surface settlement due to the ground excavation according to the excavation methods in this study. Using the ground surface settlement results from model tests, numerical analyses were carried out to study the structure deformation due to the ground excavation according to the excavation methods. Finally, using the structure deformation results from numerical analysis, the damage assessment of structures was carried out by using the strain damage estimation criterion.

        현재 KOPSS에서 개발하고 있는 10개의 모형은 속성자료뿐만 아니라 공간자료 그리고 시공간 자료를 필요로 한다. 이러한 자료들은 그 출처와 형태가 다양하기 때문에 KOPSS에서 바로 활용할 수 있는 데이터마트 구축이 필수적이다. KOPSS의 데이터마트는 KLIS, UPIS, AIS 등 다양한 시스템의 데이터웨어하우스로부터 필요한 데이터를 수집 및 가공ㆍ처리하여 구축하고 있다.
