헥사플루오르프로필렌 올리고머를 사용한 헥사플루오르프로필렌 옥사이드의 음이온 중합

Hexafluoropropylene(HFP) dimer와 trimer로 구성된 올리고머의 조성비, 반응온도 그리고 hexafluoropropylene oxide(HFPO) 투입속도가 HFPO 음이온 중합반응에 미치는 영향 등을 알아보았다. HFP 올리고머는 불화금속 CsF 와 TG를 사용한 음이온 반응을 통해 합성하였고, CsF 5 g, TG 10 g 그리고 반응온도 0 oC에서 합성된 HFP 올리고 머의 dimer 함량은 상대적으로 높은 35.1%를 나타내었다. HFPO 음이온 중합의 경우, 반응온도 0 oC, HFP dimer 35.1%를 포함하고 있는 올리고머와 HFPO 투입속도 1.85 g/min에서 Cs(HFPO)n 알콕사이드는 상대적으로 원활한 사슬성장을 하면서 중량평균 분자량 3600을 나타내었다. 반면, 반응온도 10 oC 및 증가된 HFPO 투입속도에서는 알 콕사이드의 Fδ-의 이탈현상을 촉진시켜 중평균 분자량은 감소되었다. 결론적으로, HFP 올리고머를 용매로 사용한 HFPO 음이온 중합반응의 사슬성장 및 사슬전이는 용매의 조성, 반응온도 및 단량체의 투입속도에 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Anionic polymerization of hexafluoropropylene oxide (HFPO) was investigated under various reaction conditions such as various hexafluoropropylene (HFP) oligomers composed of dimer and trimer, reaction temperatures, and feeding rates of hexafluoropropylene oxide monomer. HFP oligomer was synthesized from cesium fluoride (CsF) and HFP in tetraethyleneglycol dimethylether (TG). Under 5 g of CsF, 200 g of HFP, 10 g of TG, and reaction temperature 30 oC, HFP dimer content in oligomer was relatively increased. HFPO oligomer with a high molecular weight (M_w 3600) was synthesized in conditions of reaction temperature 0 oC, HFP oligomer with 35.1% of dimer, and 1.85 g/min of HFPO feeding rate. Otherwise, chain transfer was increased under unoptimized reaction conditions. Consequently, it was found that reaction conditions impact chain propagation and chain transfer in the anionic polymerization of HFPO.

The important contents of Kyoto mechanism for greenhouse gas emission reduction, and of Korean Greenhouse Emission Trading System and certification method of offset credits were investigated and summarized. High revenue from the sale of CDM certified emission reduction of nitrous oxide from adipic acid production caused the carbon leakage which could not lead to the substantial emission reduction of nitrous oxide. Therefore, European Commission prohibited the use of the international credit for CDM project of nitrous oxide reduction in adipic acid production in EU ETS as of Jan. 1, 2013. It is prospected that the certificated emission reduction of nitrous oxide in adipic acid production will not be permitted in the future. The CDM certificated emission reduction of nitrous oxide in nitric acid production and caprolactam production will be consistently permitted in the future. Additional certificated emission reduction may not be occurred in domestic nitric acid production and caprolactam production because the certificated emission reductions in all domestic production have been issued. In the future, the technologies for emission reduction in nitrous oxide production and semiconductor and LCD production where nitrous oxide is used as an oxidizer will be expected to be developed and there certified emission reduction will be issued at home and abroad.
빅데이터를 활용한 비인기 스포츠 종목에 대한 언론보도 분석

Through analyzing on the number of media reports and main keywords about the unpopular sports events out of the Olympic formal games before and after the Olympic Games and identifying the causes of those unpopular games, this study aims to present the basic information for preparation of the measures on how to provide the national support to the unpopular sports games and to spread people’s awareness about those unpopular sports. In order to accomplish this goal, we analyzed the curling games which were not popular among the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games but have gained much awareness through the Olympic Games. The media reports were collected from Naver, Daum and Google(Facebook), through Textom and Bigkinds of the news information service sites, and analyzed them using R-program. We set PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games were established for the search period of curling games. As a result of the media analysis, 1855 articles from Bigkinds, 960 from Naver and 128 articles from Google were collected for curling before the Olympic Games(between Feb. 01, 2017 and Jan. 31, 2018), while 4088 from Bigkinds, 1000 from Naver and 167 articles from Google for curling were upgathered during the Olympic Games(from Feb. 01, 2018 to March 31, 2018). There has been steady competition and media coverage in case of popular games, and for the unpopular games, their popularity comes to rapidly increase by the help of various interest-inducing factors such as Olympic games or events.
비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오르프로필렌 공중합체의 합성

Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)와 다양한 조성을 갖는 P(VDF-co-HFP)를 개시제 diisopropyl peroxidicarbonate(DIPPDC)와 용매 R-113을 사용하는 용액중합방법을 통해 성공적으로 합성하였다. 공중합의 VDF와 hexafluoropropylene(HFP)의 반응성 비는 r_vdf=2.06±0.03과 r_hfp□0으로 확인되었다. 이결과는 HFP의 자가 사슬성장이 거의 일 어나지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. 고분자의 중량평균 분자량 및 분포도는 HFP 함량이 증가할수록 점차적으로 감소 하는 경향성을 보였다. 고분자의 녹는점은 HFP 함량이 증가할수록 결정화를 방해하기 때문에 선형적으로 낮아지는 경향성을 나타내었다. 더욱이 높은 HFP 함량에서는 녹는점이 발견되지 않았다. 고분자의 유리전이 온도의 경우, HFP 함량이 증가할수록 고분자사슬의 유동성을 감소시켜 점차적으로 상승하였다. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and its copolymer with hexafluoropropylene (HFP) were successfully prepared from free radical solution polymerizations using diisopropyl peroxidicarbonate (DIPPDC) in the presence of 1,1,2- trichlorotrifluoroethane (R-113). The reactivity ratios of VDF and HFP were estimated as r_vdf=2.06±0.03 and rHFP□0. This result indicates that HFP cannot undergo self propagation. The weight-average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of copolymers were found to decrease with increasing HFP content. The melting temperature of copolymers linearly decreased with the increase of HFP content because of the introduction of HFP. Moreover, no melting peak was observed for the copolymers with high HFP content. The glass transition temperature of copolymers gradually increased with the increase of HFP content due to the restricted flexibility of the polymer chains.

탄화수소(C-H)의 수소가 불소로 치환된 탄화불소(C-F) 화합물은 다른 어떠한 소재보다도 우수한 물성을 발휘하게 되는데, 예로써, 비 점착성, 발수발유성, 내열성, 화합물질 저항성, 내후성, 우수한 광학특성(저굴절율, 투명성), 깨끗한 표면 특성, 특이한 생리활성 등을 나타낸다. 이러한 물성들을 활용하여 불소소재는 국가 기간산업에서 필수적으로 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 기초원료-중간체-최종소재-산업응용으로 이어지는 공급망과 관련된 불소산업의 전반적인 구조 및 산업 적용 예로써 몇 가지 불소고분자 제조 방법에 대해 설명하고자 한다.
