Deformation of a mold is measured and analyzed in alignment and curing processes of UV-Imprint Lithography. We are focused on mold deformation caused by a UV resin, which is laminated between a mold and a target glass-panel. The UV resin is viscous in case of liquid state, and the resin will be solidified when being exposed by the ultra-violet light. The viscosity of the resin causes shear force on the mold during the alignment process. Moreover, the shrinkage during phase change from liquid to solid may cause residual stress on the mold. The experiments for measuring temperature and strain are made during alignment and curing process. Strain-gages and thermocouples are used for measuring the strain and variation of temperature on several points of the mold, respectively. The deformation of mold is also simulated and analyzed. The simulation results are compared with the experiments. Finally, sources of alignment errors in large area UVnanoimprint lithography are discussed.

유럽헌법의 규범체계

  유럽헌법이 전체 회원국의 비준 동의를 받아 효력을 발생하기 전까지 유럽연합은 어떻게 입법권을 행사하여 규범을 형성하며 규범의 종류와 효력은 어떠한가? 또한 유럽헌법이 효력을 발생하게 된다면 유럽연합의 규범은 어떻게 변화할것인가? 이 문제는 유럽연합이 고전적인 연방국가나 단일국가 또는 국가연합의 어떠한 형태에도 정확히 대입될 수 없는 독창적인 정치형태를 형성하고 있으므로 고전적 권력분립이론을 전제로 한 입법권과 입법기관의 개념으로는 해결할수 없으며, 나아가 회원국들에게 새로운 비준 동의를 구하게 될 유럽헌법의 내용이 어느 부분까지 변화될 것인지 예측하기 어려운 상황이므로 현재 표류하고 있는 유럽헌법안에서 나타나고 있는 내용만으로 검토할 수밖에 없는 한계가 있다고 할 수 있다.<BR>  유럽헌법은 회원국가와 유럽연합의 규범 간에도 유럽연합의 권한을 열거적인 권한으로 한정하고 있으며, EU가 열거적 권한을 행사하는 방법으로 보충성의 원칙과 비례의 원칙을 규정하고 있다. 따라서 유럽헌법에서의 보충성 원칙과 비례원칙에 대한 지속적인 검토가 따르지 못한다면 유럽헌법의 실질적인 내용을 이해하는데 많은 어려움이 있을 것이라 예상된다. 또한 법원성의 강화는 유럽연합의 민주주의와 법치주의를 보다 증진시킬 수 있는 주요한 계기가 될 것으로 보고 있다.   How does the EU exercise the legislative power? What is force or type of rule? How does the rule of EU change, if it comes into force?<BR>  This problem can`t be solved in notion that it`s a legislative body and power by division of powers, because EU makes original government form which can`t match federal country, a unitary state or anyother country.<BR>  And it has limited to review only revealable problem, how many things change in EU constitutional bill that it need to approve of validation.<BR>  The constitutional law of EU gives to limit which authority of EU, and it provides the principle of subsidiarity and proportionality.<BR>  And so, if we don`t make to review it continuously, we get the many problems to understand it `s contents, I guess.<BR>  And also intensification of the law has especially opportunity, and can promote democracy and constitutionalism.

은행의 고객만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 배태성의 조절효과

본 연구는 은행고객의 서비스 품질 만족가 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대한 배태성의 조절효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 선행연구에서 제시된 다양한 견해를 분석하고, 본 연구에 사용된 구성개념과 관행을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 검정할 연구가설을 기반으로 연구모델을 설계하고, 선행연구에 사용한 개념의 측정방법을 식별하고, 이를 사용하여 설문지를 작성하고, 농협은행의 은행직원과 거래고객을 대상으로 조사하였다. 설문 조사에서 수집한 자료를 기반으로 SPSS26 및 AMOS25를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구가설에 대한 실증분석 결과, 배태성의 조절효과가 유의함이 밝혀졌다. This study focuses on analyzing the moderating effects of embeddedness on the effects of service quality satisfaction of bank customers on loyalty. To this end, various views presented in previous studies were analyzed through literature studies, and the construct concepts and measures used in this study were derived. Based on the research hypothesis to be tested in this study, we design a research model, identify the measures of the constructs used in the preceding studies, fill out a questionnaire using them, and survey the bank employees and trading customers of Nonghyup Bank was carried out. This is to analyze whether there is a gap of influence between the banker and the trading customers of the surveyed company. Based on the data collected in the survey, this study was analyzed using SPSS26 and AMOS25. The empirical analysis of the research hypothesis in this study showed that the moderating effects of embeddedness had a significant effect on embeddedness.

대규모 택지개발 주변지역의 도시공간구조 변화와 토지이용변화에 관한 연구-평촌신도시 개발사례를 중심으로-

A large development, such as a new-town project has an impact on the urban spatial structure, which could influence the land use. The research aims at analyzing the change of urban configuration through ERAM model and verifying the relation between ERAM variables and the change of land use by observing distribution of commercial activities. From this research, three aspects appear remarkable. First, there is close relation between ERAM variables and the land use. That means commercial activities such as retail shops choose their locations in consideration of the centrality of the urban spatial structure. Second, the new-town area has little relation between ERAM variables and the land use because the area has been planned without considering the whole city as one spatial structure. Last, commercial activities decreased in the old downtown areas, but those increased in the area that was the suburbs of the city. The reason IS that the new-town project has moved the centrality from the old towns to new areas.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 개인정보 보호에 관한 비교연구

  우리나라의 경우 유비쿼터스 환경의 비약적인 속도에 비하여 개인정보 보호의 영역은 외국의 선진국 수준에 미치지 못하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 유비쿼터스에서는 무한 정보와 기술을 전제로 하고 있는 상대방과 기업 등에 의한 개인정보 침해 가능성이 있으므로 개인정보에 관한 한 완벽하고도 치밀한 보안체계를 갖추도록 법적 제도적 장치를 강구해 두어야 할 것이다.<BR>  다양한 종류의 컴퓨터가 사람, 사물, 환경 속에 설치되어 특정한 인터페이스에 따라 컴퓨터를 작동할 수 있게 하는 유비쿼터스 환경은 인간의 제3혁명에 해당하는 IT혁명의 결정체라 할 수 있다. 선진 외국으로서의 미국, 일본, 유럽연합의 유비쿼터스 환경의 추진실태를 간략하게 고찰한 후 우리나라에서의 추진상황을 살펴보았다.<BR>  선진외국의 입법과 정책을 분석하여 보면 개인정보보호는 크게 세 가지 방향에서 고려될 수 있다. 첫째, 보안프로그램 기술개발과 정보통신망 안전성 확보? 불법정보유통금지와 같은 사전적?예방적 기능의 강화, 둘째 쟁송?개인정보분쟁 조정위원회 조정 등에 의한 사후적 침해구제, 셋째 개인정보보호를 위한 국제적 감시와 협력?표준화를 들 수 있다.<BR>  우리나라는 미국, 유럽연합의 프랑스?영국 등과 같은 선진 외국과 비교하더라도 유비쿼터스 사회로의 진행이 신속하게 추진되고 있다고 할 수 있다. 여기에 비해 개인정보의 침해와 불법적 유통에 대한 사회적ㆍ제도적ㆍ법적인 통제와 예방 나아가 구제는 상당히 미흡한 수준에 그치고 있다고 할 수 있다.<BR>  개인정보의 가장 초보적이고 일반적인 자료라 할 수 있는 주민등록번호의 사용을 i-PIN으로 대체하여 사용하도록 의무화하는 것은 다소 시기적으로 늦은 감이 있으나 다행이라 할 수 있겠으나, 빠른 속도로 진화하면서 발전시키고 있는 해커들의 기술 능력을 사전에 봉쇄할 수 있는 원천차단 봉쇄기술과 같은 보안기술의 개발이 요망된다고 하겠다. 또한 개인정보 침해 범죄 유형 중 헌법상 최고 이념인 인간의 존엄성과 행복추구권을 침해하는 상태를 야기하는 범죄에 대하여는 강력한 형법적 대응을 하여야 할 것이다.<BR>  개인정보 관리자 또는 이용자에 대한 감독체계와 일관성있는 개인정보 보호체계의 확립 등을 위하여 정부의 혁신지방분과위원회와 입법부에서의 여러 국회의원들이 개인정보보호기본법안을 제17대 국회에서 상정하였으나, 입법안에 대한 견해 차이로 제정되지 못하였다. 제18대 국회에서의 신속한 입법발안과 제정이 이루어져야 할 것으로 본다.   The information age accelates the Ubiqutous Computing Environment. But developing of an information-oriented society makes not sure to growup the happiness of mankind. Personal Information Protecting system is necessary to increase the human dignity and happiness in the Ubiqutous society. The request about the Personal Information Protection would suggest to solve the problem of complicated legal questions.<BR>  If private informaition is used by another person without accordance himself who is the personal informaiton subject, the ubiquitous society will become disaster to a private person.<BR>  Especially in Korea, the cases of Personal Information infringement increase in number and scale as the Hanaro case or the Auction case appear in this year.<BR>  If Ubiqutous Computing Environment is not set up a foundation of Personal Information Protecting, we can"t carry out developing of an information-oriented society and Ubiqutous society.<BR>  We could find the harmonization between the interest of personal information and the advanced Ubiquotous society by the law and politics of the Unite States of America, EU, France, England, etc. This article argues the establishment of the personal information act in Korea, which was abdicated according to the close of the 17th. legislature on 30th may 2008.
