운동선수들의 전방십자인대 재건술 후 소도구 재활운동이 안정성, 대퇴둘레와 슬관절 근기능 발달에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of an 8-week rehabilitation exercise program on ex - athletes (n=5) who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The following conclusions were drawn from the results of the changes in stability(equilibrium), femoral circumference, and knee strength after exercise under the same conditions. The change in stability(equilibrium) was significantly increased after the experiment and was statistically significant (p<.05). Changes in the femoral circumference were statistically significant(p<.05). The change of muscle strength(left) of the knee joint was significantly increased after the experiment but not statistically significant, and the muscle strength(right) was significantly increased after the experiment(p<.01). Based on the conclusions presented above, this study showed that rehabilitation exercise program using small tools had a positive effect on stability(balance), femoral circumference, and femoral muscle strength(right). Stability(equilibrium) appears to be gradually stabilizing the knee joint through rehabilitation, and I think that the circumference of the femur will return to the normal circumference if it is continuously rehabilitated. The changes in the femoral muscular strength(left) were significantly increased, but not statistically significant, but both knees seemed to have a positive effect of balanced femoral muscle development. Therefore, if a long-term rehabilitation exercise program using props is used, it will help recovery of anterior cruciate ligament injured patients by improving their muscular function. In future research, rehabilitation exercises using props should be studied from various perspectives.

과정극(Process Drama)을 활용한 6학년 영어 쓰기 수업에 관한 실행연구

본 연구는 과정극을 활용한 영어 쓰기 수업을 6학년 학생들에게 적용하는 방안을 모색하고 또한 과정극을 활용한 쓰기 수업이 학생들의 쓰기 양상과 정의적 영역에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 탐구하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 일반적인 영어 수업에 과정극을 도입하는 과정을 4개의 사이클로 계획하고, 서울 E 초등학교 6학년 1개 학급 19명을 대상으로 실행연구를 진행하였다. 사이클을 진행하면서 학생 설문, 동료 교사 협의회 자료, 교사의 관찰 일지, 면담 등의 자료를 통해 현 사이클을 반성하고, 다음 사이클을 계획하는 과정을 거쳤다. 더불어 사전, 사후 쓰기 평가를 통해 학생들의 쓰기 양상의 변화를 분석하였고, 정의 적 영역 설문을 통해 학생들의 정의적 태도의 변화를 양적으로 분석하였다. 결과적으로 본연구에서 학생들의 각 사이클 별 사전, 사후 쓰기 능력 평가 점수를 양적으로 분석한 결과 과정극을 활용하여 쓰기 수업을 진행하였을 때 교과서의 목표 표현을 이용한 빈칸 채우기 능력이 p < 0.001 수준에서 유의미하게 향상된 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 사후 평가지의 대본쓰기 문항의 패턴을 내용 분석한 결과 상위권 학생들이 과정극 수업을 통해 교과서의 목표 표현을 다양한 문맥에서 적용하게 되었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 하위권 학생의 경우 상위권 학생들처럼 문맥을 다양하게 활용한다거나 새로운 내용을 첨가하는 빈도는 낮았지만 주어진 상황에서 교과서 표현을 정확하게 사용할 줄 알았고, 원하는 것을 틀리더라도 영어로 쓰고자 하는 의욕을 보였다. 과정극을 활용한 영어 수업은 학생들의 영어에 대한 자신감, 흥미도, 참여도, 이해도를 향상시키는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. The purpose of this study is to seek effective ways to use process drama in English writing instruction for sixth grade students and to examine the effects of this instruction on students` writing and their affective factors. To explore this, the researcher conducted an action research to generate four cycles of employing process drama in existing English class. Participants were 19 students who were in one class of the sixth grade at E elementary school located in Seoul. The findings of the study were as follows. A quantitative analysis of the post-writing test scores for each cycle showed that when writing classes using process drama were conducted, students were more capable at achieving class goals. In addition, a qualitative analysis of the products of scrip writings in the post-writing test displayed that high-leveled students were able to learn how to apply objective expressions to various contexts. The changes in writing patterns of low-leveled students were also analyzed; low-leveled students showed resistance to English writing in the beginning. Lastly, English writing classes using process drama had a positive impact on improving students` confidence, interest, participation and understanding of students in English. The study provided meaningful implications for English education in elementary schools. Process drama can be an effective alternative as a way to reinforce English writing skills of students. Writing instruction using process drama offers an opportunity for students to use expressions learned in class in other contexts.

고등학교 영어 쓰기 교육 현황조사 및 영자신문을 활용한 쓰기 지도 방안 연구

  This study aims to investigate the actual conditions of teaching and learning English writing at Korean high schools, and to suggest effective lesson plans. To carry out the survey, 56 teachers are asked for opinion on teaching English writing. 69 1st grade students of a high school are asked for their interest and experience in English writing, and the effectiveness of English newspaper and small group activities in learning English writing.<BR>  This study found that teachers do not teach writing as much as other fields of English. Teachers have difficulty in increasing students" motivation in writing and making them positively get involved in classroom activities. Students tend to have low motivation and little experience in English writing. Students have positive perceptions of the suggested writing lessons through English newspaper and small group activities. Students can get useful writing materials that are interesting and related to their experience from English newspaper. Students can have an opportunity to write with confidence by performing group tasks and get direct feedback from peers as well.

갱년기 장애에서 인태반 추출물 주사제의 효과 및 안전성에 대한 평가

연구목적: 현재 인태반추출물은 간 기능 개선 및 갱년기 증상 개선제로 허가되어 시판되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지는 각각의 효능에 대한 객관적인 검증이 거의 이루어지지 않았고 또한 이에 대한 기전 및 부작용 등에 대해 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 널리 이용되고 있는 인태반 추출물 주사제의 갱년기 장애 증상 호전 효과를 평가하고 주사제의 유효성 및 안전성을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구재료 및 방법: 서울의 5개 기관을 방문한 만40세 이상의 여성 중 폐경이 확인되고 열성 홍조 증상을 호소하는 지원자를 모집하였다. 총 130명의 지원자를 대상으로 하여 이중 맹검법을 이용하여 무작위로 시험군과 대조군으로 나누었다. 이후 이중 맹검법을 이용하여 2주간 방문하여 시험군에는 인태반 추출물을 대조군에는 위약을 피하조직에 총 6회를 시행하였다. 이후 KI (Kupperman Index)점수, 열성 홍조 점수 개선 정도를 비교, 측정하도록 하였고 이에 대한 결과를 비교하였다. 이후 객관적인 수치의 비교를 위해 투약 전후의 E2, FSH 농도를 측정하여 이를 비교 하였다. 또한 인태반 추출물의 안정성을 평가하기 위해 투약 후 이상반응, 활력 징후 등을 WHOART 기준에 의해 측정하여 이상반응을 평가하였다. 결과: 주관적인 지표인 KI 점수는 유의하게 호전(P=0.0013) 되었으나 그 외 열성 홍조 변화량(P=0.8044)이나 객관적인 지표인 E2, FSH 농도는 변화가 없었다 (E2 농도, P=0.7665, FSH 농도, P=0.3577). 또한 투약 후 유의한 이상반응은 관찰되지 않았다 (χ2-test, P=0.7037). 결론: KI 점수의 경우 두 그룹간에 유의한 차이를 보였으나 열성 홍조 점수는 차이를 보이지 않았다. E2, FSH 농도도 또한 두 그룹간에 차이를 보이지 않았다. 인태반 추출물 사용시 의미 있는 부작용은 관찰되지 않았다. Objectives: In Korea, human placental extract (HPE) has been approved as a therapeutic agents for chronic liver diseases and menopause syndrome. However evidence-based studies about the effectiveness, mechanism of action, and side effects of HPE are incomplete. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of HPE on menopausal symptoms, and safety in middle-aged Korean women in a double-blind randomized controlled trial. Methods: Korean women >40 years of age, with menopausal symptoms and hot flushes were recruited as participants in 5 university hospitals in Seoul, Korea. The 130 women were randomly assigned as followed to a double blind test: the HPE group (n=66) received 6 subcutaneous injections of HPE for 2 weeks; the placebo group (n=64) received normal saline. The KI (Kupperman index) score, severity of hot flushes were and concentrations of E2 and FSH in serum were measured. The side effects of HPE were assessed. Results: The KI score was decreased significantly after 2 weeks of HPE treatment compared with the placebo group (P=0.0013); however, the severity of the hot flushes were not different between the two groups (P=0.8044). The E2 and FSH levels of the HPE group were not significantly increased at 2 weeks after HPE treatment compared with of the placebo group (E2 level, P=0.7665, FSH level, P=0.3577). No evidence of side effects were observed in either group (χ2-test, P=0.7037). Conclusion: The KI score in middle-aged Korean women improved after 2 weeks of HPE treatment, whereas the difference in hot flushes, and E2 and FSH levels did not change during the study period. No evidence of significant side effects were observed in patients treated with HPE. (J Korean Soc Menopause 2009;15:178-185)

치유를 위한 도심 속 소규모 미술관계획 연구

This study aims to present the planning direction of small art museums in urban environments for healing, targeting contemporary individuals who are experiencing mental stress due to the rapid paradigm shifts in society. The research methodology involves a review of existing literature and a case analysis. Through case studies, the analysis of healing environment elements reveals that in the physical environment, there is a close relationship between landscape planning and relaxation spaces in the psychological environment, vertical openness is essential, and in the social environment, spaces for local community interaction and communication are needed.

The market of eating out shows rapid increase at home. Eating out in the past took a serious view quantity and quality of food, but recently it tends to take priority of the value as services of restaurant and mood along with quantity or taste of food. The purpose of this study is to present improvement direction of services that middle price's Korean-style restaurants have to offer to customer by analyzing paid price, offered services and customer satisfaction's correlativity after gasping what is the attribute that customers want. As the result of this study, the value of price that must pay to offered services does action to important elements that have an effect on customer satisfaction and services quality in Korean style restaurants, moreover various services offered by employees of Korean style restaurants were proved by having an influence on customers building up the value. Whereas the Western-style restaurants heighten customers satisfaction through the systematic education by introducing educational service programs, the middle prices Korean-style restaurants are lack of these programs. Therefore they may have to provide customers with discriminated services. From now, the discriminated service strategy for customers have to be presented for enjoying and feeling food in eating out. This study says that Korean restaurants have to offer more various menus and services through price, valre and customers satisfaction's correlativity. Also this kind of study may have to be continued forward for them.

가공정도 향상을 위한 Glass Cutting Machine의 설계 개선

Touch panels are widely used in the modern display industry as the cover glass of smart mobile phones and tablet PCs. Glass cutting machines are commonly used to cut the panels into their proper sizes. Vibration of these glass cutting machines is assumed to be the main factor leading to the creation of burrs, notches, cracks, scratches and chips on the cut surfaces, eventually causing defects of the cover glass. In this study, the vibrations of a glass cutting machine used for the shearing of cover glass components were analyzed through an experiment and a computer simulation. The structural properties leading to vibration were also analyzed in an effort to determine design alterations which can suppress these vibrations. Moreover, each design alteration was applied to a computer simulation model to determine the effect of different alteration on suppressing vibration. The results show that simple design alterations can substantially suppress vibrations of glass cutting machines
