박옥란 ( Ok Ran Park ) 개혁주의생명신학회 2016 생명과 말씀 Vol.14 No.-
오늘날 한국선교는 선교 중복투자와 비 전략적 선교를 지양하고 서구선교 와 비 서구 선교를 연결하며 동반자적으로 선교해야하는 중요한 시기에 와 있다. 미전도종족선교가 우리에게 주는 핵심적인 메시지는 ‘선택과 집중’이 다. 한국 선교계에 미전도종족선교가 다시 구성되고 전략적인 지역별, 권역 별 네트워크들이 구성되어야 한다. 1973년 랄프 윈터(Ralph D. Winter)는 아시아 선교협회를 조직하기 위한 계획을 세웠던 조동진 박사에 의해 초청 되어 서울에 왔다. 그리고 서구 선교지도자들이 범했던 것과 같은 실수를 범하지 않기 위한 소논문을 발표하였다. 주제는 “하나님의 구속적 선교의 두 조직체(The two Structures of God``s Redemptive Mission)” 즉 ‘교회 조직’과 ‘선교단체 조직체’가 서로 협력하는 ‘두 조직체 이론’을 처음으로 소개하였다. 그리고 서구단체들이 선교에 실패했던 것을 지적하고, 세계선교를 위해 비서구권 선교단체들이 일어나야하며, 비서구권 선교단체들이 세계 선교에 크게 공헌 할 것이라고 가르쳤다. 그는 평생에 걸쳐서 연구하고 분 석한 개인의 관점 즉, 서구교회와 선교단체들이 실패한 12가지를 지적하였다. 이러한 관점에서 아시아 선교지도자들과 한국 교회와 선교단체, 선교사 들은 서구단체들의 선교의 장, 단점을 보안하고, 그들이 실패를 교훈삼아 마음에 새기고 계속 해서 보안, 수정해 나가야 한다. 선교현장, 즉 선교의 주체는 하나님이시다. 하나님의 선교명령을 역할에 따라 순종하는 세 주체 적 실행자들 즉 선교의 트라이 앵글이라 일컫는 지역교회, 선교단체, 선교 현장에서 시행착오와 경험을 통해 오늘날 현대선교의 새로운 패러다임을 구 축해 나가야 할 것이다. In 1973, Ralph Winter was invited to Seoul by Dr. Cho, Dong Jin who planned the organization of Asia mission association. In order not to repeat the same mistakes by the Western missionary leaders, he announced an essay. He initially introduced ``a theory of two structures`` in the cooperative relation between ``church group`` and ``missionary group organization`` as “The Two Structures of God``s Redemptive Mission". Also, pointing out the Western groups`` failure in mission, he said that the non-Western missionary groups should be rising for the world mission as they will be largely contributing to the world mission. He pointed out 12 failures of the Western churches and missionary groups based on his personal viewpoint in the results of studying and analyzing in his lifetime. Asian missionary leaders, Korean churches, missionary groups, and missionaries should continuously complement the strengths and weaknesses of the Western groups`` missionary work. The main agent of missionary site/work is God. The three main executers following God``s missionary order, such as local church, missionary group, and missionary site generally called the triangle of mission are still continuously growing through trials & errors and experience.

A time variable modeling study was performed for seasonal variations of vertical temperature profiles in the Okjung Lake located in upstream of the Sumjin River. Based on the model structure of the US Army Corps of Engineer`s CE-QUAL-W2, the lake was divided into 3 branches, 50 longitudinal segments and 49 vertical layers and vertical profiles of water temperature and current velocity were simulated over one year. The model results were calibrated and verified against vertical profiles of water temperature measured every month from March 1998 to February 1999 at 5 different locations. The model results showed a good agreement with the field measurements. The hydrologic balance during this period was validated by comparing the simulated values of surface elevation level with the measured data. There was some discrepancy in July data between the model results and the field measurements. This could be attributed partially to the inadequacy of the model to the highly hydrodynamic nature of water body and partially to the lack of accuracy in local atmospheric temperature data during summer monsoon period. The model results have shown that there was no seasonal over-turn in most part of the Okjung Lake, where water temperature maintained above 4℃ over one year. In the upstream shallow area(depth<20meter), however, temperature at surface layer fell below 4℃ and water was frozen such that slight over-turn would occur during winter period. From this study, we concluded that the Okjung Lake is oligomictic. This conclusion is significantly different from the general pattern that the lakes located from 20°to 40°latitude would be warm monomictic. From the examination of simulated current velocity distribution, it was found that the upstream inflows would infiltrate into mesolimnion of the lake during hydrodynamic summer monsoon periods due to the thermal density of water.

본 연구는 활성산소의 특성과 신체활동 중 활성산소의 생성 기전을 설명하고, 활성산소로 인해 발생되어지는 노화의 관계를 분석, 이의 방어 체제인 항산화제 기능에 대해 고찰하였다. 고강도 신체활동으로 인한 지나친 산소의 섭취는 인체 내에서 에너지 대사에 필요한 산소와 균형이 깨어져 불안정한 화학구조를 가진 활성산소를 생성한다. 특히 손상노화이론에 입각해 보면 활성산소는 노화의 주요 원인이며 만병의 근원이 된다. 그러나 우리 인체 내에는 이에 대응하는 SOD, CAT, GPX와 같은 항산화 효소 방어체제가 활성산소를 물이나 완전한 산소로 반응시켜 에너지원으로 사용할 수 있도록 하며, 그 외의 비타민, 무기질 등의 항산화제는 활성산소의 해독제와 같은 역할을 한다. The relationship of free radical-induced physical performance, aging and antioxidants have been reviewed as they pertain to wellness. Mechanism of free radical formation and antioxidants were presented, and certain diseases from oxidative stress were shown to be implicated in promoting aging. These limited illustrations of free radical-induced exercise, aging and antioxidants are evidence that the property of intensity and duration. Exercise is important not only keeping human health and physical fitness from oxidative stress, but also for the maintenance of wellness and life. Even though exercise may induce free radical, physical performance is essential for human wellness if we are to select exercise condition properly.

3차원 구름 분석은 구름의 공간적 분포를 입체적으로 파악할 수 있다는 점에서 항공 기상과 관련된 예보자들에게 아주 유용한 정보이다. 운저고도, 시일링 고도, 착빙 등과 같은 구름 분석변수는 항공기의 이·착륙에 직접적으로 관련되는 변수들로 이러한 변수가 정확히 분석된다면 기상에 의한 항공기 사고율을 감소시킬 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 국지규모 기상분석 및 동화 시스템인 LAPS의 여러 분석 과정 중 구름 분석에 대하여, 필요한 관측자료와 분석과정 그리고 생산된 구름 분석 자료가 어떻게 이용되며 또한 나아가 구름 분석 자료가 수치예보를 위한 초기자료에 어떻게 이용되는가를 알아보았다. 3-Dimensional cloud analysis field which allows very useful information to the forecasters who have charge of aviation forecast. The cloud analyzed variables like cloud base, ceiling height and icing index are very important to the safety of flight, so if we can analyze those variables accurately, the aircraft accident rate induced by the severe weather will be reduced. In this study we introduce the algorithm of cloud analysis in LAPS and apply the algorithm to the real heavy rain case on 1200UTC 31 July 1998. The observational data for analyzing the cloud, the procedure of cloud analysis, and some examples of cloud analyzed fields are mentioned. The application to using as the initial data of numerical model is also explained.
