무궁화공원의 기능과 스토리텔링 방안 연구

This study aims at investigating function of Mugunghwa park, its value as Mugunghwa archetype material to develop park, and searching for plan. The central and local governments try to develop about 20 Mugunghwa park with budget of thousands of millions won. There are also concerns every park will be standardized just showing species of Mugunghwa. Therefore the functions Mugunghwa park should have are suggested based on analyzing correlation between the aim of developing Mugunghwa park and enhancement action. ① Gardening function as offering scenic place ② Educating function as informing correctly and widely ③ Cultural function as offering entertainment. And the parks should be developed based on their differentiation of local characteristic. The strategy is followed for the parks which will be developed in 3 areas. ① Cultural identity and asset of the area ② Considering characteristic of census such as resident, and access such as transportation ③ Review on operation and management The Mugunghwa park should be developed with strengthened educational function in Namyangju Byeolnae, scenic place for Kimpo Hangang new town, and cultural function for Daejeon Doan new town. The functions of park should be internalized and operated within facility and program, rather than being expressed to users directly. In this point of view storytelling strategy seems to be useful. Mugunghwa has been with Korean for longtime and told by record and story. As the archetype materials have their own story, it will be useful to use them as materials for developing park. Besides the archetypes have their own identity with legitimacy, and they will make people have bond of sympathy possibly. As archetype materials are applied as storytelling factors to developing parks in 3 areas, some appropriate materials are found for differentiating the parks. Therefore storytelling strategy based on Mugunghwa archetype material is estimated to work with high value.

공원 사인 디자인 체계 분석 및 제안

주 5일제의 영향은 여가시간 증가로 인한 가족 유대관계 향상이라는 결과를 가져왔다. 가족 간의 친밀함을 더욱 강화시킬 수 있는 다양한 방법들 중에서 놀이공원의 방문이 많이 애용되고 있으며 특히 공적공원의 관람은 저렴한 가격으로 서민들이 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 점 이외에도 다양한 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 관람효과를 높이기 위한 방법의 일환인 사인디자인에 초점을 맞추어 연구하였다. 본 연구는 넓은 공간에서 동선을 고려하지 않은 안내표지판의 배치, 주변 환경의 조화를 고려하지 않은 사인들, 전체 공원 안내사인 디자인의 일관성 부족 등 공적공원의 특성을 제대로 살리지 못하는 문제를 중심으로 사인디자인 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 국내외의 대표적인 공공원과 사공원을 분석하여 그 문제점을 도출한 후 사인의 종류를 분류하였으며 사인의 종류에 따른 디자인 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 나아가서 공원 방문객의 편리성 및 공원사인에 대한 사용성과 사인디자인에 관한 기대요소를 선정하여 평가함으로써 제안하는 디자인의 객관성을 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과 각 공원의 특성에 따른 각 사인 체계의 사용성 및 사용자 요구도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 사용자의 기대치에 부응 할 수 있는 공적공원 및 사적공원이 나아가야할 사인체계의 디자인 방안을 제안하였다. The effects of 5day-work-week have given us strong family relationships by increasing sparing time. People who visit national parks enjoy the intimate with family. Especially, the public park has much benefits, such as people visit easily with moderate prices. This research is focused on the sign-design to increase watching effects with low price. However, there are some problems suck as assignments of sign without much considerations for moving line, unmatched with circumstances, lacking of consistency images. Thus, the effect of entertaining is decreased. For this, the paper analysis large-scale public park and large-scale private parks, and solves the several kinds of the problems. We also classify the types of sign designs and propose the sign design methods on characteristics. Therefore, we provide the objectivity of proposed sign designs by evaluating conveniences and expectations, and proposed the design methods of public parks and private parks.

적색육 어류를 원료로 한 연제품의 제조 (1) 정어리 어묵의 제조

정어리를 원료로 하여 어묵을 제조하는 최적가공조건을 밝히기 위하여, 원료어의 저장조건 및 선도, 원료육의 수세조건, 알칼리 세척처리, 원료육의 혈합육비율, 고기풀의 setting조건, 가열온도 및 시간, 냉동고기풀의 저장 기간 등이 어묵형성능 및 어묵의 물성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구검토하였다. 1. 원료어를 $25^{\circ}C$에 저장한 경우는 선도 및 어묵 형성능의 저하가 급격하여 15시간만에 VBN함량은 초기 부패점에 달하였고, 5시간 저장한 것으로 만든 어묵의 겔강도는 대조구의 약 1/2을 나타내었으며, 빙장을 하는 경우도 어묵형성능의 저하는 비교적 빨라 저장 2일째의 것으로 만든 어묵의 겔강도는 대조구의 약 1/2로 감소하였다. $-3^{\circ}C$에서 partial freezing을 하는 경우와 특히 $-20^{\circ}C$에서 동결저장하는 경우는 어묵형성능의 저하가 비교적 완만하여 저장 2일째의 것으로 만든 어묵의 겔강도는 전자는 대조구의 약 $75\%$, 후자는 약 $96\%$를 나타내었다. 2. 원료육의 수세처리에 있어 3회 수세를 한 것이 어묵형성능이 가장 양호하였고, 5회 이상의 수세를 하는 경우는 어묵의 물성이 약간 떨어지는 경향을 나타내었다. 3. 원료육의 알칼리 세척은 어묵형성능의 증강에 효과적이었으며, $0.5\%$ 탄산수소나트륨용액으로 세척하는 경우가 가장 양호하였고 $0.7\%$ 이상의 알칼리 농도에 있어서는 어묵물성이 떨어지는 결과를 나타내었다. 4. 원료육의 혈합육 비율이 많아질 수록 어묵물성은 떨어졌으나, 혈합육의 비율이 $5\%$ 까지는 어묵물성이 비교적 양호하여 겔강도의 경우 보통육만으로 만든 어묵의 $72\%$ 강도를 나타내었으며, $15\%$ 이상이 되면 어묵물성은 크게 떨어지는 결과를 보였다. 5. 고기풀의 setting조건은 $5^{\circ}C$에서는 20시간, $30^{\circ}C$에서는 2시간 처리하는 경우가 어묵형성능이 가장 양호하였으며, 처리시간이 더욱 길어져도 어묵형성능은 증강되지 않았다. 6. 원료육의 가열조건은 $90^{\circ}C$에서 40분간 처리하는 경우가 어묵형성능이 가장 양호하였고, $80^{\circ}C$이하 및 $100^{\circ}C$에서 40분간 처리한 것은 어묵형성능이 떨어지는 결과를 나타내었다. 7. 냉동고기풀의 어묵형성능은 $-30^{\circ}C$에서 30일간 저장한 것은 큰 변화가 없었으나, 40일 이상이 되면 약간의 열화가 일어나 50일 저장의 것은 겔강도가 대조구의 약 $85\%$를 나타내었다. This study was carried out to investigate the optimal conditions for meat paste production with sardine. To improve the gel forming ability of meat paste, washing time and condition with alkaline solution, setting time and temperature, and heating temperature before pasteurization were controlled, and the influences of the freshness of raw sardine and the mixing ratios of ordinary and dark muscles on the duality of the meat paste product were discussed. The frozen storage showed a predominant effect on keeping freshness of raw sardine at different storage conditions and gel forming ability was maintained for 1 day at ice storage, for 3 days at $-3^{\circ}C$ and for 4 days at frozen condition, but there was no effect on keeping freshness of raw sardine in the storage at $25^{\circ}C$. Gel strength of meat paste product tended to decrease with washing time of raw meat, and in case of washing 3 times the meat appeared excellent in gel strength, but in case of seven and nine times the meat showed lower water holding capacity and decreased organoleptic test score in the quality of meat paste prtoduct. Raw meat washed with alkaline solution showed a desirable effect on gel forming ability compared with that washed with tap water, and in the case of washed with $0.5\%$ sodium bicarbonate solution exhibited the most favorable effect on gel forming. The gel strength of the meat paste product decreased with the increase of mixing ratios of dark muscle in the raw meat. Setting time and temperature for the gel forming ability of meat paste were good at $5^{\circ}C$ for 20 hours and at $20^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. In the heating temperature of meat paste, heating treatment at $90^{\circ}C$ was desirable for gel forming.
