This paper describes the situation of movie industry and the exploration of new national identity through films in Kazakhstan, which supports film production most actively among the post-Soviet Central Asian countries. The Kazakhstan authorities take full advantage of history film-making and its repercussions in the administrative enforcement of nation’s political and cultural policy. Since Kazakhstan could easily get out of the financial difficulty after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the government tried to establish new historical perspectives of the Kazakh nation through the film-making of emphasizing national identity. Furthermore, Kazakhstan tried to escape from the influence of the Soviet Socialist Realism and excavate film materials corresponding to the establishment of a new view on history. Therefore, the problem of the new understanding of the nation’s history, the creation of hero myth to inspire Kazakh patriotism, and the expression of spiritual and cultural aim surveyed in this paper are the main barometer of the current Kazakh government to understand the paradigm of its politics, culture, and humanities. Also analyzed for this topic are nostalgia for the nomadic life revealed in <Mongol> and <Nomad> by Sergei Bordov, <Abai> by Ardak Amirkulov, <The Gift to Stalin> by Rustem Abdrashev. The reason Kazakh government focused to restore the lives of national heroes is that the story, which presupposes a collective worship, can facilitate the unity of the nation through the common perception. Based on this recognition, this paper focused on Kazakh hero movies, which provide the framework for Kazakhstan’s ‘New Eurasianism’, implementing the priorities of ethnic awareness and political stabilization.

With the progress of current skin beauty industry, a lots of beauty salons have conducted massage programmed with diverse products and therapies. It can be said that there are unmeasurably many massages carried out by the goal of a program. However, the expansion and demand of esthetic industry have brought up not a little side-effect due to the market extension of technical education. Unverified technique and program expansion are observed to be conducted at other place than institutionalized school or college. The flood of unverified technique may be detrimental to national health. For esthetic area to take its firm ground as an academic and technical one will ensure physiological research on massage technique and effectiveness suited human physiology. Thus this study strove to come up with underlying data of an effect on human body of arm massage direction, pressure, velocity basically practiced at most beauty salons in our country. Arm massage is practiced in a service type without charge, the hand and arm massage of which is based on stimuli. Also the paper reviewed the direction of arm massage effecting beauty face. The research defines 15 arm massage movements as an experimental model, designs it to strong upward arm massage(massage pressure applied in upward action) and strong downward arm massage(massage pressure applied in downward action), and regards pressure difference by arm massage direction as the factor of study scope. And it examined the form change of the face having the closest relation with the muscle connected to the arm. The results could confirm that the circumference of the arms subjected to the two massages. The subjects of the experimental group of strong upward group showed highly changed variant ratio in the arm circumference and facial length reduction, where arm massage is found to bring about transformation of facial muscle and muscular membrane through value change of facial length. This experiment findings suggest following matters. Adverse effect dispersed to the whole human body is high due to human stream resistant massage. Beauty-purposed massage should take into account the effect of velocity and pressure and direction on individuals. Based on academic data on massage direction, pressure, and velocity, strong upward massage would produce a good effect on face and arm parts.

본 연구에서는 대구광역시의 근린공원을 대상으로 노인의 공원이용 행태를 살펴보고, 공원 내 물리적 환경이 공원만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 4개의 근린공원에서 수집된 총 290부의 설문을 토대로 통계적 분석이 수행되었다. 공원이용 행태 분석 결과, 응답한 노인들의 43.4%가 ‘걷기 또는 산책’을 위해 공원을 방문하였으며, 응답자의 50%는 주 5회 이상 공원을 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 응답자들의 공원이용 시간은 2시간 내외가 대부분이었으며, 공원까지 이동수단은 보행이, 공원까지의 평균 이동거리는 15분 이하가 가장 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 공원환경에 대한 인식 분석 결과, ‘공원까지의 거리’, ‘충분한 녹지면적’, ‘충분한 그늘’ 등의 항목이 4점 이상으로 높게 분석되었다. 반면, ‘원예활동지원 공간’, ‘다양한 볼거리’, ‘복지시설과의 연계’ 등에 대한 인식이 3.2점 이하로 낮게 평가되었다. 공원만족도와 공원환경 요인을 회귀분석한 결과, 5개 요인이 모두 유의수준 1% 이내에서 공원만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히, ‘이용쾌적성’, ‘시설적합성’, ‘이용편의성’의 영향성이 타 요인에 비해 높게 평가되었다. 이상의 연구결과들은 향후 신규 노인공원 조성 또는 노인거주 중심지역의 근린공원 리모델링 사업 등에 의미 있는 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to identify the behaviors of park use and to analyze the influences of perceived park environments on the park satisfaction for older adults focused on the neighborhood parks in Daegu. Several statistical analyzes were performed based on a total of 290 samples collected by questionnaires in four neighborhood parks. First of all, 43.4% of the respondents visited the park for 'walking', and 50% of the respondents used the park more than 5 times a week. Most of the respondents used the park for about 2 hours, the most common means of transportation was walking, and the average distance to the park was less than 15 minutes. In terms of perception on the park environment, perceptions of 'distance to park', 'area of green space' and 'shade by trees' were higher than 4 points. On the other hand, perceptions of the 'Supporting space for gardening', 'Various attractions', and 'Connection with welfare facilities' were lower than 3.2 points. As a result of regression analysis between park satisfaction and park environment factors, all five factors had positive effects with park satisfaction within 1% of significance level. In particular, the correlations of 'Amenity of use', 'Suitability of facility' and 'Convenience of use' were higher than other factors. The findings of this study can be meaningful basic data for the construction of new senior parks and remodeling of neighborhood parks in the elderly residential area.
병원 리뷰 사이트에 나타난 정보 탐색: 조직-공중 대화적 커뮤니케이션 이론과 기계학습의 결합

연구목적 온라인 병원 리뷰 사이트에 나타난 조직-공중 대화적 커뮤니케이션 변수를 추출하여, 의료 서비스 소비자의 의사평가에 미치는 영향을 수치화하고, 효과적인 조직-공중의 관계성 측면에서 온라인 커뮤니케이션 전략을 수립하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 의료 소비자들이 의사와 병원에 느끼는 대화적 커뮤니케이션의 정도가 의사/병원 평가에 미치는 영향을 수량화하기 위하여 미국 온라인 병원 리뷰 사이트인 바이탈스닷컴(vitals.com)을 이용하였다. 파이썬(Phyton) API를 이용하여 2023년 9월 1일부터 9월 8일까지 일주일간 전문, 전공 분야와 병원의 위치에 상관없이 무작위로 7,218 명의 의사를 먼저 추출하고, 각각의 의사에 대한 12,945개의 리뷰를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 수집된 소셜 빅 데이터를 다양한 방식의 지도 학습(supervised learning), 비지도 학습(unsupervised learning) 기법들을 결합하여변수들을 추출하고, 변수들의 효과를 추정하였다. 연구결과 종합 별점을 종속변수로 하고 의사의 특성들(경험, 언어의 수, 전문분야, 전공분야, 자격증 수, 진료 태도)과 병원의 특성(취급하는 보험의 수, 대기시간, 진료의 신속성, 직원의 친절도, 별점과 리뷰 개수), 그리고 리뷰 내용의 특성(리뷰에 사용된 단어 수, 리뷰의 정서)을 모두 통제하였을 때, 최소 자승법(Ordinary Least Squares, OLS)으로 추정된 회귀분석 결과 대화적 커뮤니케이션은 종합 별점에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 더욱 중요하게 상호작용을 살펴본 결과, 대화적 커뮤니케이션은 진료의 신속성, 진료 태도, 직원의 친절도가 부정적으로 평가되는 병원 및 의사의 경험이 낮은 경우 그 효과가 더 컸다. 결론 및 함의 본 연구는 지금까지 알려진바 가장 많은 샘플(1만 3천여 개)을 사용하여 조직-공중 대화적 커뮤니케이션의 효과를온라인 정보 탐색과 보건 커뮤니케이션 맥락에서 최신 기법으로 재확인하였다. 둘째, 접근성-진단성 모델을 기반으로 의료 소비자들의 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 역할을 밝혀냈다. 셋째로, 기계학습 방법론을 도입하여 기존의자기 보고 형식에서 벗어나 자동화된 방법에 따라 리뷰가 조직-공중 대화적 커뮤니케이션과 관련이 있는 리뷰인지아닌지를 구분하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한 PR 실무자의 입장에서 조직-공중 대화적 커뮤니케이션의 중요성을 확인하고, 때로는 직원의 친절도, 전문 분야의 수, 자격증의 수 같은 병원/의사의 특징보다 커뮤니케이션적측면이 소비자들의 병원/의사 판단에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 점을 제안한다. Objectives The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the communication variables between organizations and the public as demonstrated on online hospital review sites. By quantifying the impact of these variables on consumer opinion evaluation, the study aims to establish an effective online communication strategy for organization-public relations. Methods To measure the effect of communication between consumers and doctors/hospitals on their evaluation, we utilized vitals.com, an online hospital review site in the US. From September 1 to September 8, 2023, we gathered 12,945 reviews for a total of 7,218 doctors from different specialties and hospital locations. By employing a combination of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, we extracted variables from the collected social big data and estimated their effects. Results When considering the total rating as the dependent variable and controlling for factors such as doctors’ characteristics (experience, number of languages, specialties, detailed fields, number of certificates, treatment attitudes), hospital characteristics (number of insurance, waiting times, speed of treatment, employee kindness, number of ratings and reviews), and review content characteristics (number of words used in the review, sentiment of the review), it was found that dialogic communication had a positive impact on the total rating. Furthermore, it was noted that dialogic communication was particularly effective in cases where hospitals and doctors had less experience with negative evaluations related to treatment speed, treatment attitude, and employee kindness. Conclusions This study confirmed the effectiveness of organization-public dialogic communication in the realm of online information search and health communication. It employed the latest techniques and included the largest sample size to date, with a total of 13,000 participants. Additionally, the study unveiled the role of organization-public dialogic communication in influencing the decision-making process of medical consumers, based on the accessibility-diagnosis model. Furthermore, the study utilized machine learning methodology to develop an algorithm that can automatically determine whether reviews are related to organization-public dialogic communication, rather than relying on self-report data. These findings emphasize the importance of organization-public dialogic communication from the perspective of PR practitioners. It suggests that communication aspects sometimes carry more weight in consumers’ judgments of hospitals/doctors than characteristics such as employee kindness, number of specialties, and number of certificates.
