      • 절임농도와 저장기간에 따른 청주박을 이용한 오이장아찌의 품질특성

        본 연구에서는 오이의 저장성을 향상시키고 시중에 판매되는 대부분의 고염도 장아찌를 대체할 수 있는 저염장아찌를 제조하고자 했다. 이를 위해 주박을 이용해 오이장아찌를 제조했으며, 그에 따른 품질특성을 확인하고자 했다. 오이장아찌는 소금물의 농도를 달리해 제조했으며, 이화학적 특성 및 물성 특성, 관능평가를 실시했다. 시료는 소금물의 농도(0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%)따라 각각 제조했다 오이의 수분함량은 94.85%, 조단백은 0.97%, 조지방은 0.25%, 회분은 0.50%, 조섬유는 0.74%, 탄수화물은 2.69%였다. 주박의 수분함량은 49.37%였으며, 조단백은 15.95%, 조지방은 3.77%, 회분은 0.32%, 조섬유는 1.70%, 탄수화물은 28.89%였다. 수분함량은 절임 농도가 높을수록, 저장기간이 길어질수록 유의적으로 감소했다. 오이장아찌의 pH 는 절임 농도가 높을수록 저장기간이 길어질수록 낮아지는 경향을 나타냈으며, 산도는 절임 농도가 높을수록 저장기간이 길어질수록 총산은 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 염도는 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 유의적으로 감소했다. 0일차에는 소금물 농도와 비슷한 염도를 나타냈는데 반해 28일차에는 매우 낮은 수치를 나타냈다. 환원당 함량은 오이장아찌의 저장기간이 길어질수록 유의적으로 증가했다. 가용성고형물은 저장기간이 길어질수록 유의적으로 증가했으며, 21일차 이후 약간 감소했다. 소금물의 농도에 따라서는 농도가 높을수록 증가하는 경향을 나타냈으나 그 차이는 미미했다. 환원당 함량은 오이장아찌의 저장기간이 길어질수록 유의적으로 증가하였다. 경도는 모든 처리구에서 14일차까지 증가하다가 21일차까지 감소했으며, 다시 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 28일차 경도의 경우 절임농도가 높아질수록 유의적으로 증가했으며(CJ0 제외), 12% 소금물에 절인 CJ12가 926.77±62.01으로 가장 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 총균수는 전반적으로 절임농도가 높을수록 유의적으로 감소했다. 저장기간에 따라서는 14일차까지 총균수가 증가하다 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 오이장아찌의 저장 초기(0일차) 젖산균수는 절임농도가 높아질수록 많아지다 CJ6(3.59 CFU/g) 이후로 농도가 높아질수록 작았으며, CJ12가 1.00 CFU/g 로 가장 낮았다. 관능평가 결과 Color의 경우 CJ6이 가장 높은 점수를 받았으며, 단맛은 절임농도가 높아질수록 높은 점수를 받았다. 짠맛은 전반적으로 많이 느껴지지 않았다. 조직감은 CJ9가 4.46±1.41으로 높은 점수를 받았다. 전반적인 기호도는 CJ6이 4.33±1.13으로 가장 높은 점수를 받았으며, CJ3, CJ9, CJ12는 4.13으로 동일한 점수를 받았다. 이상의 결과에 따라 청주박이 첨가된 오이장아찌의 경우 식염수 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%에 절여 저장기간이 최종28일에 염도 함량이 0.69-1.52%로 확연히 줄어드는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 염도가 줄어들었음에도 불구하고 조직감, 전반적인 기호도에서 높은 점수를 받았다. 따라서 주박을 이용하면 충분히 고염도의 장아찌 대신 품질이 우수한 저염 오이장아찌를 제조 할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. In this study, to improve the preservation of cucumber and replace high salt Jangachi available in the market, quality characteristics of low salt Jangachi are investigated. To this end, cucumber Jangachi using Sake cake was prepared and it was to check the quality characteristics. After preparing various cucumber Jangachi by changing salt concentration, their corresponding physicochemical characteristics, hardness and sensory evaluation are conducted. We use five samples with 0%, 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% brine in their treatment plots (CJ0, CJ3, CJ6, CJ9, CJ12). Fresh cucumber contains moisture 94.85%, crude proteins 0.97%, crude fat 0.25%, crude ash 0.50%, crude fiber 0.74% and carbohydrate 2.69%. Sake cake contains moisture 49.37%, crude proteins 15.95%, crude fat 3.77%, crude ash 0.32%, crude fiber 1.70% and carbohydrate 28.59%. The higher the concentration of brine and the longer the storage period, the less the moisture content significantly. The higher the concentration of brine and the longer the storage period, the less the pH of cucumber Jangachi and the higher the total acidity in tendency. Salinity decreases significantly as the storage period goes longer. On the zeroth day, it shows similarity to the concentration of brine, whereas it shows a very low value after twenty-eighth day. The soluble solids increase significantly as the storage period goes longer, and decrease slightly after twenty first day. Regarding the concentration of brine, higher concentration shows a tendency to increase but the gaps are insignificant. Reducing sugar content increases significantly as the storage period goes longer. The hardness increases in all treatment plots up to the fourteenth day, decreases to the twenty first day and increases again thereafter. The hardness on the twenty eighth day increases significantly as the concentration of brine gets higher (except CJ0), and CJ12 of 12% brine shows the highest value of 926.77 ± 62.01. The total number of bacteria decreases significantly as the concentration of brine gets higher. Regarding the storage period, it increases up to the fourteenth day and thereafter decreases. On the beginning of the storage (the zeroth day), the number of lactic acid bacteria increases up to 6% brine CJ6 (3.59 CFU/g), decreases after it and shows the minimum value 1.00 CFU/g at 12% brine CJ12. Following the sensory evaluation, in color the highest score goes to CJ6, and sweetness score goes higher as the concentration of brine does. Saltiness cannot be felt in overall plots, and CJ6 gets the highest score 4.46 ± 1.41 in texture. In overall acceptability, CJ6 also gets the highest score 4.33 ± 1.13, and CJ3, CJ9, CJ12 get the same score of 4.13. According to the above results, in the case of cucumber Jangachi using Sake cake the salinity content decreases definitely to 0.69-1.52% in 0%, 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% brine on the final twenty eighth day, and despite decreasing of salinity, in texture and overall acceptability the scores are higher than the above results. Thus, we conclude that it is possible to fully produce low salt cucumber Jangachi of high quality using Sake cake instead of high salt one.

      • 초등학생의 비합리적 신념과 사회적 지지 및 우울성향과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the irrational belief of depressed school children and social support provided to them to their depression in an attempt to pave the way for more successful guidance. Six hypotheses were formulated in this study: 1. There might be a significantly positive correlation between the irrational belief and depression of school children. 2. There might be a significantly negative correlation between social support given to school children and their depression. 3. There might be a significantly negative correlation between the irrational belief of school children and social support offered to them. 4. The irrational belief and social support of school children might have a significant impact on their depression. 5. The social support of school children might have a significant impact on their irrational belief. 6. There might be significant differences between elementary school boys and girls in irrational belief, social support and depression. The subjects in this study were 300 students who were selected by random sampling from among the fifth and sixth graders in two different elementary schools in the city of Goyang. They included 150 boys and 150 girls. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 288 students were analyzed except for incomplete ones. The instruments used in this study were an Irrational Belief Inventory, Social Support Scale and Children's Depression Inventory(CDI). The collected data were analyzed with SPSSWIN/PC program, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, multiple correlation analysis and t-test were utilized. As a result of verifying the hypotheses, the following findings were given: First, depression had a significantly positive correlation to irrational belief at the p<.01 level of significance. Concerning connections between total irrational belief and each depression variable, physiological phenomena had the strongest correlation with that, followed by depressive emotion. When total depression was considered, dependent disposition wasn't statistically significantly correlated to that, but all the other subvariables had a significant correlation with that at the p<.01 level of significance. As to the level of the correlation, overanxiety was most correlated, followed by deterministic belief. Second, there was a significantly negative correlation between depression and social support at the p<.01 level of significance. Regarding connections between overall depression and each social support subvariable, support from friends had the strongest correlation to that, and backing from teachers were least correlated. When total social support was considered, the depression subvariable that was most correlated to that was demotivation, followed by depressive emotion and behavioral disorder. Third, irrational belief had a significantly negative correlation to social support at the p<.01 level of significance. As to links between total irrational belief and each social support subvariable, family support had the strongest correlation to that, and teacher backing was least correlated. When overall social support was considered, the most correlated irrational belief subvariable was overanxiety, followed by deterministic belief. In contrast, dependent disposition had little, statistically insignificant correlation to that. Fourth, social support and irrational belief exerted a significant influence on depression. The most influential irrational belief subvariables were overanxiety and avoidant belief, as the two affected depression at the p<.001 level of significance. The second most influential subvariables were deterministic belief and self-expectation belief. The two had an impact on depression at the p<.05 level of significance. On the other hand, dichotomic belief and overdependent belief exercised no statistically significant influence. In the event of the social support subvariables, support from friends and family had an impact on depression at the p<.001 level of significance, and teacher support didn't affect it significantly. Social support and irrational belief made a 57% prediction of depression. Fifth, social support had a significant impact on irrational belief. Out of the social support subvariables, family support affected irrational belief at the p<.001 level of significance, and backing from friends and teachers exercised an influence on that at the p<.05 level of significance as well. Social support made a 18% prediction of irrational belief. Sixth, whether there were any gaps in irrational belief, social support and depression between the boys and girls was checked, and no statistically significant intergroup disparities were found, though their collective averages were not the same. The above-mentioned findings illustrated that elementary schoolers will have a less depressive disposition or stay away from depression if careful and affectionate counseling and guidance are provided for them to think in a positive and rational manner, and if they are backed by their families, friends and teachers in a positive way.

        국문초록 예수 그리스도의 페르소나에 대한 근대적 해석 -슐라이어마허를 중심으로- 박영란 이 논문은 슐라이어마허를 중심으로 근대 신학의 문맥 안에서 예수 그리스도의 페르소나를 조명하고, 이를 통해 역사적 주체로서 인간과 하느님과 관계 속에서 그리스도인의 신앙의 문제를 반성해보려는 데 목표가 있다. 슐라이어마허는 요한복음에 기초하여 그리스도를 “원형적 인간”으로 제시하고 그리스도를 인간학적 지평으로 이해하여 그리스도에 대한 독자적인 해석을 전개하였다. 슐라이어마허는 계몽주의 및 독일 관념론으로 이어지는 근대의 철학적 전통이라 할 수 있는 ‘이성의 절대화’를 비판적 안목으로 접근하고 칸트의 비판 철학을 수용하면서도 그 한계를 극복하려 하였다. 슐라이어마허의 신학은 계몽주의 및 독일 관념론의 전통에 서 있으면서도 그것과 구분된다. 이것을 슐라이어마허가 예수의 페르소나를 이해한 방식에서 고찰하였다. 슐라이어마허는 근대성 안에서 인간 지성의 철저한 세속화 문제를 극복하려는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉 슐라이어마허는 “합리적 의식 안에서 자기 지식 안에 있는 인간 주체성의 중심에 놓여 있지 않고, 근대의 규범과 반대로 감정 안에서” 직접적 자기의식으로 하느님과 관계를 위치시켰다. 본 논문은 슐라이어마허가 그리스도론에 대한 새로운 이해를 바탕으로 근대주의를 극복하고자 하였다는데 초점을 맞추었다. 그는 근대성을 극복하려는 시도로 하느님에 대한 인간의 관계를 의식 및 감정, 경험의 문제로 접근하였다. 이를 위하여 슐라이어마허는 칼케돈 공의회의 교리를 재해석하였다. 이러한 시도는 고전 형이상학에 대한 칸트 비판을 재조명하기 위한 것이었다. 슐라이어마허가 칼케돈 교리에서 역사적 예수 문제를 근대 계몽주의 해석을 통해 수용했다는 면에서는 근대주의의 영향을 받은 것으로 드러나지만 요한복음 1,14절 말씀에 따라 예수의 역사성을 인간의 의식 및 감정의 문제를 통해 접근하여 밝히려 한데서 그의 신학의 고유함이 있다. 인간의 의식과 감정의 문제를 통해 근대 주체의 문제를 해결하려 한 슐라이어마허는 “원형”으로 본 예수 그리스도를 통해 하느님과 인간 간의 관계를 일치시키고자 하였다. 본 논문은 유한한 역사적 주체인 인간과 하느님과의 관계를 조명함으로써 그리스도인의 구원과 신앙의 문제를 반성해 보고자 한다. 이성을 강조한 근대 주체를 뛰어 넘어 예수 그리스도의 하느님 의식을 통해 하느님에 대한 절대 의존적 관계 안에서 인간 존재를 해명하려 한 것은 하느님을 절대적으로 필요로 하는 인간 존재의 구원 성찰에 대한 그 나름의 숙고의 결과로 보인다. ABSTRACT Modern Interpretation on Persona of Jesus Christ - F. Schleiermacher's Perspective - Park Young Lan This dissertation aims to examine the Persona of Jesus Christ from the perspective of modern theology with focusing on Schleiermacher, and to reflect the faith of Christians in the relationship between God and human as a historical subject. On a basis of the Gospel according to John, Schleiermacher views Christ as “archetypal man: the completion of the creation of man.” It develops into his unique Christology with anthropological prospect. Analytically criticizing the ‘pure reason’ from the tradition of modern philosophy following the Enlightenment and Deutscher Idealismus, Schleiermacher accepts and tries to overcome the limits of Kant’s critical theory. Therefore, it can be said that his theology is based on the traditions of the Enlightenment and Deutscher Idealismus, but distinctive therefrom at the same time. His understanding of persona in Jesus Christ shows his unique theology abovementioned. Schleiermacher provides measures to resolve secularization of human intellectus in the modernity. Unlike modern philosophical approach, he places divine relation not in “the center of human subjectivity with self-knowledge in reasonable consciousness, but in the center of emotion with direct self-consciousness.” This dissertation focuses on how his unique Christology helps him to overcome the issues relating to the modernism. First of all, he adopts a new approach to God-human relation with basis of consciousness, emotion, and experience. It includes his reinterpretation of doctrines of Council of Chalcedon, which is purposed to review the critiques of Kant against traditional metaphysics. Agreed that Schleiermacher has been influenced by the modernism, which is well attested to his assent to the enlightening interpretation of historical Jesus in the Council of Chalcedon. However, regarding Gospel of John (1,14) he also tries to interpret historical Jesus in terms of human consciousness and feeling. This clearly illustrates the uniqueness of his theology. He tries to approach human subjectivity in terms of human consciousness and feeling, and to unify the human-God relation through Jesus Christ, an archetypal man. This dissertation reviews mainly the relation between God and human as a historical and limited subject, thereby reflecting the Christian salvation and faith. It is noteworthy that overcoming the reason-oriented understanding of ‘subject’ from modern philosophy, Schleiermacher tires to explain ‘human as a subject’ within the relation of his absolute reliance on God. In short, his Christology is an outcome of his reflection upon human being whose salvation shall never come without God.

        The 7th curriculum of English education in Korea deserves special attention in the Information Age. The major characteristic of this new curriculum is its focus on the teaching of English according to the levels of students' proficiency. In the traditional teaching method in middle schools teachers provided students with the same content and techniques to all students. As a result, of this, there has been a wide gap among students' learning deficiency aiming the teaching of multi-level class. The new curriculum each student with the learning content appropriate to his/her level. This study, focusing on defining the curriculum for the multi-level students, consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 covers the need, purpose, and introduction of this study. As a theoretical background, Chapter 2 covers communication ability, linguistic interaction, characteristics of communicative learning activities, and communicative teaching method. Chapter 3 discusses the importance and types of the curriculum for the multi-level class. Chapter 4 discusses the teaching-learning materials for the multi-level class. Chapter 5 the arguments and summaries concludes preceding chapters. Under the circumstances that most of school classes are overpopulated, it is important to secure the teaching materials according to the levels of students. Thus study presents practical teaching materials applicable to the current educational field in accordance with objects that the 7th curriculum targets. The contents of the teaching-learning materials are not confined to a specific textbook. In addition, though practical activities are divided into listening, speaking, reading, and writing, these functions are organically connected. However, one specific function may be highlighted if necessary. Considering an urgent need to develop the appropriate and systematic teaching materials and to apply them among many prerequisites for English curriculum for the multi level classes, it is the most essential for experts of each field to develop the varied and sufficient teaching materials that can bring interests to students.

        This study aims to look into the history of music therapy as it now after many changes, and to envision its future function. In modern medical sphere, spiritual cures seem to attract an increasing interest, ever gaining in importance. Indeed, some of physical disorders are related to mental ones, thus demanding psychotherapy as well. This is where music may be available as a means of spiritual cures, for music works more efficiently on human soul than any other form of art by self-expanding and self-reinforcing. The basic principle of music therapy is to have the patient listen to music and undergo musical experience in an unconscious world, thus helping his/her self-consciousness in a conscious state. The musical experience the patient undergoes help him/her face emotional problems affirmatively, by eliminating obstructive factors such as tension, uneasiness and fear, and aims to help the patient acquire defensive energy in the musical environment. The motion that music relieves mental and physical exhaustion by enhancing vitality tracks back to ancient community, and in modern days many medical experts, musicians, and psychologists are pursuing attempts to apply music to medical treatment. In a primitive society, music therapy did not go along with medicine, as is conceived in modern days, but the medicine man, most influential in the society, makes use of music in a ritual exorcising a demon as a means to treat a patient It should be noted that music was applied in the process of the therapeutic ritual for the origin of modern music therapy can be referred to that primitive exorcism Ancient Greeks had a number of gods created in imagination and abundant and distinct legends concerning therapeutical effect of music. The greatest of all Greek gods, Apollo was the god of the sun, music and medicine. The fact that he presided over both music and medicare seems to symbolize their interrelationship. Ancient Greek myths, legends and tales about medical care are connotation of a great regard they had for music This era claims the most remarkable period in the history of music therapy, when music was analyzed psychologically, philosophically and ethically, and they made music available for prevention as well as treatment of diseases. During Renaissance and up to the nineteenth century, the therapeutic effect of music was treated in terms of physiology and psychology, and music was acknowledged to be an effective treatment of freeing and diverting a patient from an obsession or fear. Those cases have greatly contributed to establishment of the theory of practical music therapy. Every ancient society had its own distinct view of disease, which is, judging from the stand-point of modern media science, quite erroneous and unscientific. Modern music therapy is closely related to the science of medicine which has remarkable progressed since the turn of the century. The most we could expect from music therapy before was to have the patient passively listen to music. Recently systematized music therapy, however, emphasizes the importance of performing as well as listening. A person giving a treatment is doing his professional activity as a music therapist. In a modern society, music teachers, psychoanalysis, and clinicians have shared interest in the effect music has on human behaviour and in the correlation between mind and body. Now we need to expand the sphere of music therapy, and the cooperation of experts concerned is urgent ; Anthropologists and folk musicians may look into traditional culture related to folk remedy ; historians may collect and classify myths and legends in which music had an effect on the process of treatment ; medical men may experiment on the effect which musical sound has on a body ; neurologists may study the effect music has on brain ; psychiatrists may study the interaction which music induces between emotion and consciousness ; and physicians may also be able to contribute to the understanding of cause and its treatment. In closing, 1 would like to predict the emergence of prescribed music performance for the treatment of a patient in the future, and I expect to see some musicians employed at hospitals and other medical centers, just as some musicians were hired by and worked for churches and courts in the long past.

        본 연구는 2012년부터 주5일 수업제가 전면 시행되면서 광주광역시교육청 소속 5개 도서관에서 운영하는 초등학생 토요 프로그램 운영 실태를 조사하여 토요 프로그램 운영의 문제점과 그에 따른 개선 방안을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 연구문제로는 첫째, 2011년과 2012년, 2013년 도서관별 토요 어린이 프로그램의 현황은 어떠한가? 둘째, 학생의 토요 요구프로그램 실태와 만족도에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 셋째, 담당직원은 토요 프로그램 운영상 문제점을 무엇으로 인식하는가? 넷째, 토요 프로그램의 개선 방안은 무엇인가? 연구방법은 토요 격주 휴무이던 2011년과 전면 휴무인 2012년, 2013년의 변화를 비교할 수 있도록 5개 도서관의 어린이 프로그램 현황, 소외계층을 위한 프로그램 현황, 성인강좌와 어린이 강좌의 프로그램 수․예산비율․담당 직원 수와 도서관별 어린이 이용자 현황을 연도별로 비교 분석하고, 5개 도서관 이용 초등학교 고학년 어린이 309명과 도서관 직원 19명에게 설문을 받아 프로그램 운영의 문제점과 개선방안을 찾아보았다. 연구 결과로는 2011과 비교하여 2012년에는 어린이 이용자가 117% 증가하였고, 도서관 프로그램 수와 수업 시간도 180%이상 확대되었으며, 성인강좌와 비교할 때 어린이 강좌가 차지하는 비율이 2011년 30.1%에서 40.6%와 41.2%로 매년 증가하고 있었다. 프로그램 만족도에 대해서 어린이들은 대체적으로 만족을 표시하였으며, 체험학습 프로그램이나 예․체능 프로그램과 같이 활동적인 프로그램을 선호하였다. 도서관 담당직원 설문조사 결과로는 각 도서관에서 행․재정적 지원과 시설이 열악함에도 불구하고 평생교육학습관으로서 역할을 충분히 하고 있다고 생각하고 있었으며, 프로그램 운영상의 문제점으로 수강생 모집이 가장 어렵고, 시설과 문화공간이 부족하다, 예산과 인력부족으로 다양한 프로그램 개설이 어렵다는 순으로 조사되었다. 이에 대한 개선책으로 예산확보가 우선되어야 하며, 학교에서 하기 어려운 체험학습 프로그램과 예․체능 프로그램을 확대하여 학생들의 취미와 흥미에 맞는 프로그램을 개설하고, 학생들이 자율적인 배움을 위하여 스스로 찾아오는 도서관이 되도록 쾌적한 문화공간과 시설 확충에도 노력하여야 하겠다. 또한 프로그램 운영을 위한 전담 인력을 확충하여 학생들의 발단 단계와 교육과정을 고려한 프로그램이 개설되어야 하겠다. 제언, 공공도서관이 평생교육학습관으로서 역할이 점점 강조되고 있는 현대에 공공도서관의 평생교육 활성화를 위하여 지역을 기준으로 근거리 학교끼리 권역화하여 서로 프로그램 정보를 공유하고, 동일 권역 내에서는 학생들이 자유롭게 프로그램을 선택하여 수강할 수 있는 이용자 중심 시스템으로 전환이 필요하며, 공공도서관에서는 학교 프로그램과 중복을 피하여 학교에서 개설하기 어려운 프로그램 중심으로 운영하게 된다면 운영에 따른 문제점도 해결되는 방면, 공공도서관의 토요 프로그램 활성화에도 기대할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

        After Amoxicillin·Potassium clavulanate dry syrup was prepared in water, this suspension syrup was evaluated for stability at temperature, light, in used conditions. As a result, suspension syrup is influenced by the temperature. Suspension syrup was stable for 7 days in refrigerated conditions and was unstable at a room temperature and a high temperature. Color was changed very little brown in refrigerated conditions but was changed sharply brown in room temperature and high temperature. The pattern is similar to what the color changes and the potassium clavulanate content changes. The color change is associated with potassium clavulanate content change. This suspension syrup was stable both amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate in light. And amoxicillin was stable for 7 days, potassium clavulanate was stable for 3 days at in used condition. Result in this study, it can know that stability before opening and in used stability are different. Therefore opened medicine by users should be evaluated in used stability.
