In this study, the main improvements of the seismic design standards of domestic fire fighting facilities were discharged by analyzing the NFPA13 standards and the korea building code. First, the horizontal force (earthquake load) should be calculated by considering the ground characteristics and installation location according to the equivalent static load type such as the korea building code and the NFPA13. Second, the design method of the riser earthquake-resistant design that penetrate intermediate floors in multi-story buildings should be selected by the designer in two ways.,(8m interval installation of the four-way bracing (standard compliance with sleeve and piping clearance) or two flexible couplings for riser(within 300㎜ above and within 600㎜ below the floor in multistory buildings). Third, the seismic separation assembly shall be installed where crosses building seismic separation joints at ground and above, and flexible couplings shall be installed within 30㎝ of buildings expansion joints. Fourth, the clearance and flexible couplings installation are unnecessary because the metal pipe with 50mm or less in seismic design of the structure penetration part of pipe is flexible enough., However, nonmetallic piping needs to confirm the performance of flexibility.

Leaking water problem at sprinkler copper piping system in apartment are caused safety and economical trouble seriously. Therefore many kinds of inhibitors has developed and examined about effectiveness ability. CS-NR inhibitor is one of development products, which made by soluble silicate inhibitor and ionized water by electrolytic cell, witch using magnesium electrode. CS-NR inhibitor is examined at laboratory and existing copper piping system of sprinkler piping system in apartment. Through two times examinations(first: 106 houses, second: 2048 houses)at existing copper piping system which constructed in apartment. We concluded the inhibitor(CS-NR)is perfectively prevent pitting corrosion of copper piping system during 2~3 years
태양광 발전효율 증대를 위한 최대전력추종 시스템에서 Anti-windup 적용의 효과 분석

In this paper, application and comparative analysis of anti-windup method for improving the response of voltage control of MPPT method in photovoltaic generation system is proposed. In the case of MPPT, PI control can be mainly used to control a target voltage from a reference voltage that continuously changes according to changes in the surrounding environment for optimal control of PV power production. However, its PI controller has accumulated saturation of errors in the process of integrating the errors, so it is necessary to consider the integrator windup. This problem could affect the power production efficiency when performing MPPT control, so this paper sought to verify its effect by applying the follow-up anti-windup technique to MPPT control to improve the integral windup phenomenon. It could be confirmed from the results of the presented simulation that the application of the proposed algorithm mixed is more effective to improve the control performance of the photovoltaic system.
태양광 발전 시스템의 MPPT 제어 성능 개선을 위한 추종 안티-와인드업 기법의 적용 및 분석

본 논문에서는 태양광 발전 시스템의 MPPT 제어 성능개선을 위해 안티-와인드업 기법을 적용하였을 때의 그 효과를 비교 및 분석하였다. 태양광 발전 시스템의 전력 생산 효율을 높이기 위해서는 PV 패널이 항상 최대전력을 생산할 수 있도록 MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) 제어를 수행해야한다. 이때 전압 레퍼런스가 지속적으로 변화하며 측정된 전압이 변화하는 레퍼런스를 추적하는 성능에 따라 태양광 발전 시스템의 효율이 변화될 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 추종 안티-와인드업 기법을 PI제어기에 적용하여 MPPT 제어의 성능을 개선을 하고자 하였다. MPPT에 추종 안티-와인드업 기법을 적용한 결과 적용하지 않았을 때 보다 전압 제어 성능이 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
