        의지 표현들의 의지 정도성 비교 -‘-겠어요’,’-(으)ㄹ거예요’,’-(으)ㄹ래요’,’-(으)ㄹ게요’를 중심으로 -

        This paper aims to examine the semantic function and compare the ‘degree of intention’ in the Korean expressions for the intention such as -겠어요‘, ’-(으) 게요‘, ’-(으) 래요 and ‘-(으) 거예요’. These expressions have primarily the meaning of ‘intention’ in common, but they have been used in the different environment of the discourse. Consequently, when learners acquire their usage of various expressions for the ‘intention’, we recognize that learners commit errors according to linguistic context, situational context. Therefore, I first explore their semantic function focused on the ‘intensity’, in so doing compare ‘the degree of intension’ in some Korean expressions for the intention. Furthermore, it has been shown to compare ‘the degree of intention’, which is combined by adverbs to the intention, answering to the imperative sentence, etc. (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies)

        유아교육시설 내 실내공기유해오염물질에 대한 어린이 건강위해성평가

        In this study, the hazard rate of the indoor environment of Children's Educational Facilities in Seoul was conducted, in order to determine how the indoor environments of these facilities, where infants and children spend the most time of their away from home day, can effect their health. The way of measurement and analysis were done according to the Indoor Air Quality Standard Method, and the Risk Assessment was accomplished with several significant ways - Hazard Identification, Exposure Assessment, Dose-response Assessment, Risk Characterization, which are deighed by National Research Council (NRC). On each exposure factors, documentary and questionary research such as Epidemiological study and Toxicological study were conducted. The result of the CTE (Central tendency exposure) of Formaldehyde and Benzene by Monte-Carlo simulation was $6.79{\times}10^{-6}$, $2.50{\times}10^{-7}$ which in the case of Formaldehyde exceeded the permitted standard ($10^{-6}$) of the US EPA. The RME(Reasonable maximum exposure) was $7.31{\times}10^{-5}$, $2.65{\times}10^{-6}$ which did not exceed $10^{-4}$, the maximum permitted standards in the US EPA.

        대식세포에서 Pneumococcal Teichoicated Fragment 에 의한 분비성 및 세포성 활성화의 유도

        Bacterial components and their derivatives have been reported to mediate various immunomodulating activities and to activate immune cells including macrophage. In this study, the secretory and cellular macrophage response to teichoicated fragments (TFs) from pneumococcal cell wall subcomponent were examined. Tumoricidal activity was measured by MTT assay and secretory molecules were assessed by biological assay. After stimulation of macrophages with various doses of TFs for 18hrs, secretion of TNF-α, nitrite and H₂O₂ were significantly increased as compared to medium-treated control. In addition, tumorcidal activity of TFs-treated macrophages was enhanced, whereas production of IL-1 and IL-6, and phagocytic activity were not induced. These data suggest that TFs is a potent inducer of macrophage secretory and cellular activities.

        보육시설 실내공기 중 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)의 계절적 농도변화에 대한 연구

        보육시설은 미취학전 아이들에게 중요한 실내 환경이며 하루 중 가장 많은 시간을 보내는 영유아들에 잠재적인 유해한 건강영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 2006년 2월에서 12월에 걸쳐 서울에 위치한 보육시설 29개 시설을 선정하여 실태조사를 하였다. 측정물질은 휘발성유기화합물 중 7개의 물질(벤젠, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, m, p-자일렌, 스틸렌, o-자일렌 및 TVOC)을 선정하였다. 보육시설에서의 TVOC, 톨루엔, m, p-자일렌, 에틸벤젠, 벤젠 그리고 스틸렌의 평균농도는 318.7 ㎍/㎥, 51.6 ㎍/㎥, 11.7 ㎍/㎥, 6.5 ㎍/㎥, 4.2 ㎍/㎥, 3.6 ㎍/㎥이고, 정성분석된 TVOC 중 톨루엔은 17.6%로 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였다. TVOC와 톨루엔의 실내/실외 농도비는 각각 2.0, 1.6으로 나타났다. TVOCs의 계절에 따른 오염물질의 특성결과는 여름이 433.9 ㎍/㎥로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다른 계절은 겨울 280.5, 봄 298.3 및 가을 264.6 ㎍/㎥로 비슷한 경향으로 나타났다. Daycare centers are an important indoor environment for pre-school children and exposure area with potential harmful health effects for infants and children who spend most of their daily life. Sampling was undertaken at 29 daycare centers located Seoul in Korea from January, 2006 to December 2006. The target compounds were 7 individual volatile organic compounds (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m,p-xylene, styrene, o-xylene, TVOC). The mean concentrations of TVOC, toluene, m ,p-xylene, ethylbenzene, benzene and styrene in daycare centers were 318.7 ㎍/㎥, 51.6 ㎍/㎥, 11.7 ㎍/㎥, 6.5 ㎍/㎥, 4.2 ㎍/㎥, 3.6 ㎍/㎥, respectively. Toluene occupied 17.6 % of the concentration of individual VOCs. The ratio of indoor and outdoor (I/O) of TVOC and toluene were 2.0 and 1.6, respectively. The results of characteristics according to a season of a year, the concentration of TVOC were measured 433.9 ㎍/㎥, and these concentrations during third quarter of the year in summer were higher than the other season. In the other four seasons, TVOC were measured 280.5 in winter, 298.3 in spring and 264.6 ㎍/㎥ in fall, respectively.

      • Neutral Protease를 이용한 닭 간 단백질 가수분해물의 산업적 이용에 관한 연구

        영양학적으로 매우 우수한 부존자원이라 할 수 있는 닭 간의 단백질을 protease인 Neutrase를 이용하여 효소적으로 가수분해를 하였다. 가수분해시의 최적조건을 파악하기 위하여 온도, 시간, pH 및 효소 첨가량 (E/S ratio) 의 조건을 검토하고 수분과 기름의 흡수성, 유화활성, 점도등의 기능성을 조사하였다. 아울러 다시료 비교법에 의한 관능검사를 시행하였다. Neutrase를 이용하여 닭 간 단백질을 가수분해 시켰을 때 온도 50℃, pH 6.0에서 최대활성을 나타내었고, 효소의 첨가량이 증가할 수록 가수분해도는 증가하였다. 수분과 기름의 흡수성과 유화활성도는 반응시간이 지날수록 감소하였고 점도는 증가하였다. 동결건조된 닭 간 단백질 가수분해물의 냄새와 색깔에 대한 관능평가에서는 썩은내와 역겨운 냄새만이 1% 범위에서 유의성이 있었다. 또한 효소적 가수분해는 닭 간 단백질 가수분해물의 색을 붉은색이 감소하는 대신 좀더 밝고, 녹색을 띠도록 하였다. Chicken liver is a potential valuable source of nutrients. Chicken liver protein was enzymatically hydrolyzed using a kind of protease, Neutrase. In order to determine the optimum conditions of hydrolysis process, the parameters of reaction temperature, time, pH, and enzyme to substrate ratio (E/S ratio) were investigated. To evaluate the functional properties of hydrolysate, water and oil absorption capacity, emulsifying capacity and viscosity were measured. Sensory tests by multiple comparison test were also carried out. The optimum condition for the hydrolysis were 50℃ and pH 6.0 and degree of hydrolysis incrased with increasing E/S ratio. Water and oil absorption and emulsifying capacity were decreased and viscosity was increased during hydrolysis. The sensory evaluation of odor and color of freeze-dried chicken liver protein hydrolysates showed a significant increase in 'spoiled' and 'nauseous' (p < 0.01). It was also found that the proteolytic hydrolysis caused the color of chicken liver protein hydrolysates to be brighter, less redish and more greenish.

      • 순천지방 배나무 붉은별무늬병의 발생생태 및 약제방제

        Pear rust caused by Gymnosporangium asiaticum began to occur on early May in 1994 and 1995 at Sunchon area, Korea. Number of rust pustules per pear leaf decreased in the late season more than in the early stage of infection, but lesion size began to increase remarkably with rainfall on May and maximized on late June. Sporulation of pycniospores maximized on early May and thereafter decreased. Aeciospores sporulate from late May to September and their sporulation maximized on early July. There was a significant correlation between the sporulation of aeciospores and the development of pear rust. Teliospores sporulated from late March to mid May and their sporulation maximized on mid April. The site of juniper trees and the direction of the wind from pear orchard proved to affect on occurrence of pear rust in addition to the distance between pear orchard and juniper trees. Chemical spray reduced more than 80% of occurrence of pear rust. Spray of preventive chemicals on mid to late April and thereafter periodic sprays of chemicals seem to protect occurrence of pear rust effectively.
