We report two cases of benign symmetrical lipornatosis, one associated with mild hyperthyroidism in a 57-year-old man and the other with alcoholic hepatitis in a 57-year-old man. In the histologic exsmination of the excised mass we found fibrous pseudocapsules surrounding adipose tissue in case 1, but not in case 2. Liposuction was performed in case 1 and simple excision in case 2 for treatment of tumors. The tumor masses were not recurred in clinical observation for follow-up 5 months after treatment.

대학생 선수의 스포츠맨십과 학습태도의 관계와 선수경력에 따른 조절효과 검증

The purpose of this study was to examine moderated effects of college athletes between sportsmanship and learning attitude in college athletic club. The participants were collected nomadic sampling allocation. Sampling results out of a total of 360 college athletes, belong to the department of physical education in Gyeoggi Province and Seoul area. 341 athletes except insincere call 19 survey questionnaires were analyzed. The collected material was carried out by using Spss 18.0 and Amos 18.0. The questionnaires for the sportsmanship had been developed by Vallerand, Dexhaies, Cuerrier, Briere, & Pelletier(1996), Soung(2003), Kang(2013), and Park(2013) learning attitude had been developed by Kim(2016), Jang(2013). From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions. The research hypothesisⅠ was partially established, Ⅰ1, The best and commitment had a positive effect on the learning attitude. Ⅰ4. The justification of judgment had a positive effect on the attitudes of learning. Ⅰ6. The self-indulgence had a negative impact on learning attitude. The research hypothesis Ⅱwas partially established. The impact of the best and commitment on learning attitude has resulted in enhanced according to athletes career. and it has shown that the impact of a victory obsession on the learning attitude of a player has a relaxed effect according to athletes career.

We report two cases of extramammary Paget's disease associated with ad enocarcinoma with metascases. Histologically, Iaget cells in the epidermis and the hair follicles and adenocarcinoma in the der mis was observed in both cases. Of special interest was the demonstration of Eaget cells extending from the involved epidermis to the underlying dermis in case 2, There were metastatic lesioris of 3rd lumbar vertebra in case 1 and of the liver and lymph nodes in rase 2. 대학 태권도 선수의 홀로서기 과정: 학생선수의 운동지속과정에 대한 내러티브적 접근

본 연구는 대학 태권도 선수가 어려운 환경을 극복하고 홀로 운동지속을 해 나가는 경험을 이야기 하고 그 과정에 내포되어 있는 의미를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구 참여자의 경험을 중심이 되어 이야기 식으로 풀어가는 내러티브 연구방법을 채택하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 참여자는 충남 소재 대학의 태권도 선수 2명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 2015년 4월부터 2017년 12월까지 약 2년 8개월간 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 Spradley가 제시한 영역분석과 분류분석을 통해 자료를 분석하여 시간 흐름에 따라 크게 5가지 주제 영역을 중심으로 이야기를 전개하였다. 결과의 전개는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사실상 팀이 해체된 가운데 운동 지속하기 위해 가보지 않은 길로 들어서기. 둘째, 가보지 않은 길에 대한 변화를 받아들이는 과정과 시행착오 겪어 나가기. 셋째, 목표 달성을 위한 자신과의 싸움과 이에 대한 격려와 희망 경험하기. 넷째, 지금까지의 노력에 대한 성취와 성과 경험하기. 다섯째, 모든 과정을 통해 깨닫게 되는 홀로서기의 의미로 이야기를 구성하였다. This study discusses university Taekwondo players' experience in overcoming a difficult environment and keeping on performing Taekwondo on their own, and explores the meaning of such a course. For this, the research was carried out by adopting a narrative approach that focused on the experiences of the study participants. Two subjects, who were sampled from Taekwondo players in a university in Chungcheongnam-do, were given in-depth interview along with participatory observation for 2 years and 8 months from April 2015 to December 2017. Collected data was analyzed using Spradley's domain analysis and taxonomy, and according to time sequence, their stories were classified into five themes and unfolded accordingly. First, subjects were willing to continue on, eventhough their Taekwondo team disbanded. Second, they confronted an untravelled path and challenging changes and thus overcame corresponding trials and errors. Third, to achieve goals, they fought against themselves and experienced being inspired with self-encouragement and hopes. Fourth, they experienced the achievement and performances through efforts made to date. Fifth, they finally realized the meaning of standing alone through all these courses.

해양레저스포츠 시설의 지각된 환경단서가 재미요인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between perceived environmental cues and fun factors in marine leisure sports facilities for yachting contestants and yacht school participants who have experience using marine leisure sports facilities. The researcher visited and collected the materials from 29th April to 29th May through extracting intentional samples of 250 subjects who participated in the Busan Super Cup International Yachting Contest held in Busan Metropolitan City and the yacht yachting school located in Kimpo City. The collected data were 250 copies, but 219 copies were used for the analysis of this study except 31 copies of inappropriate copies. Using statistical program SPSS 23.0 Version after inputting them individually to the computer, the data analysis conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis according to the purpose. The results obtained through a series of steps to accomplish this research objective are as follows. First, perceived environmental clues of marine leisure sports facilities partially affect fun factors. The higher the personal service of perceived environmental cues, the more positive response is from interest, health, socialization and recognition.

구조방정식 모형에 의한 태권도장의 유 · 무형 서비스품질과 고객만족 및 재구매의도의 관련성 연구

This research examined a study on the relationship between quality of service and customer satisfaction and repurchasing intention in Taekwondo place by analysis of structural equation model. The subjects of this study were 425 Parents of Taekwondo trainees. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for service quality scale had been developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml & Berry(1998), Lee(2007), Jang(2011), customer satisfaction had been developed by Park(2002), Lee(2003), intention of repurchase had been developed by Gang(2004), Lee(2010) and Chae(2003), The statistical methods such as Correlational Analysis and Structural equnation modeling analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. The results were summarized as follow. First, Research theory 1 was adopted in part. Namely, Leaders, facilities, staff, and programs have affected customer satisfaction. Second, Research theory 2 was adopted. Namely, Customer satisfaction has affected the intention of buying again. Third, Research theory 3 was adopted in part. Namely, Leaders, facilities and programs influenced the intention of repurchase via customer satisfaction.

대학교 학생선수의 수업참여도와 진로결정 효능감 간의 관계 및 운동종목에 따른 조절효과 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate a study on the moderating effect between class participation and career decision efficacy of college student athletes according to sports event. The subjects of this study were collected 331 of college player who are belong to the department of physical education in Gyeoggi Province and Seoul area. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The collected material was carried out by using Spss 18.0 version. The questionnaires for the class participation scale had been developed by Kim(2016) and Jang(2013), and career decision efficacy scale had been developed by Taylor & Bets(1983), Lee(2004), and Kim(2013). From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions. The research hypothesisⅠwas partially established, More details, Class interest affected the efficacy of career decisions, and the attitude of participation affected the efficacy of career decisions. The research hypothesis Ⅱwas partially established. More details, Interventions of sports events showed the interaction between classes and career determination efficacy. The interactive effects of classroom interest and the interaction of sports events were reflected in the collection of vocational information among the lower factors of career decision efficacy. The interactive effects of the participatory attitude and the exercise of sports events appeared in self-evaluation among the lower factors of career decision efficacy.

프로배구구단의 유튜브 품질에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of professional volleyball team’s YouTube quality using the IPA method. To this end, a questionnaire was used as a research tool, and a survey was conducted targeting viewers who watched YouTube videos of professional volleyball teams. A total of 283 valid samples excluding 17 questionnaires out of 300 were used for the final analysis. The data was examined through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis paired t-test and IPA using SPSS 24.0. The results were as follows. First, I Quadrant provides sufficient communication opportunities with professional volleyball teams, provides information about professional volleyball teams quickly, communicates smoothly with professional volleyball teams, and the information of professional volleyball teams was included. Secondly For quadrant Ⅱ information about professional volleyball teams is valuable to me. Provides up-to-date information about professional volleyball teams, and provides opportunities to build relationships with other users. Thirdly Quadrant Ⅲ includes reliable professional volleyball club information, error-free professional volleyball team information, and mutual exchange of information. Lastly In the case of quadrant IV, professional volleyball team information is useful to me, professional volleyball team information is useful when choosing professional volleyball, YouTube is more useful than other media, professional volleyball team information is new, professional.
