Heunginjimun as treasure No.1 is wooden structure of 2 story. This stucly presents an investigation on vibration characteristics of Heunginjimun in Seoul through ambient vibration test. The research team studied structural characteristics unlike general building and performed the test. Natural or environmental excitation as ambient vibration source is always present and hence the test implies a minimum interference with normal use of the structure. Natural frequencies, damping ratio and modes are identified and compared using two strategies, Frequency Domain Decomposition, Stochastic Subspace Identification techniques. The result shows that behavior and dynamic property of Heuninjimun.

『선데이 서울』에 나타난 여성의 유형과 표상

본고는 『선데이 서울』에 나타난 여성의 표상을 살펴보고, 이것이 당대 사회·정치적 배경과 어떻게 조응하고 있는가를 해명해보고자 한다. 1960년대 말 본격적인 대중오락잡지를 표방하며 등장한 『선데이 서울』은 당시 사회적 반향을 일으키며 1960-70년대 대중문화를 특징짓는 하나의 사건이라 할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 특징에도 불구하고 그 동안 『선데이 서울』은 말초신경을 자극하는 성적기사들로 채워진 삼류 잡지로 치부되거나, 혹은 언론의 정치적 비판기능을 마비시키기 위한 ‘3S 정책’의 표본이라는 이유로 기존에 문화연구의 대상이 되지 못했다. 하지만 비정치적인 영역이 어쩌면 가장 정치적으로 읽힐 수 있다는 역설을 감안한다면, 『선데이 서울』의 연구는 1960-70년대 한국의 정치문화와 대중문화의 상관관계 및 그 양태를 조명하는 중요한 단서임과 동시에 동시대 문화사를 살피는 계기가 될 수 있으리라 본다. 특히 본고가 주목하는 부분은 『선데이 서울』에 나타난 여성을 묘사하고 재현하는 유형과 방식이다. 이에 대한 고찰은 당시 지배이데올로기였던 조국 근대화의 논리와 맞물려 여성을 호명하고 배치하는 방식을 드러낸다는 점에서 의미 있는 대목이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 본고는『선데이 서울』이 여성을 그리는 방식을 살펴봄으로써 ‘여성’과 근대화가 맺는 상관관계와 1960-70년대 여성에 대한 사회 전반적 인식을 탐색해 보고자 한다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the representation of women in the magazine Sunday Seoul and to explain how these features are related with social and political background. ‘Sunday Seoul’ was published in the late 1960s, positioning itself popular entertainment magazine and it caused a social sensation. Literally it was a big incident that was to characterize the popular culture throughout 1960's and 1970's in Korea. Despite this historical meaning, ‘Sunday Seoul’ has been regarded as a third-rate magazine, That is, it was thought to be filled with the articles on sex that would stimulate the peripheral nerves. So it could not be the subject of the culture study in the reason that it was typical example of 3S policy designed for benumbing political awareness. But when we consider the irony that the most unpolitical sector can be interpreted politically, the study of ‘Sunday Seoul’ may give us the clue that shows the feature of political culture and mass culture, and the correlation of the two. Also it provides us with the opportunity where we can study the history of those times. Especially this study will focus on the ways and types that ‘Sunday Seoul’ described and represented women. This is meaningful in that it shows how women was interpellated and disposed, interweaved with the dominant ideology of those times, National Modernization. This paper, based on above point of view, will show social perception of women and the correlation of women and modernization through analyzing the way that Sunday Seoul represented women.

뷰티 교강사의 심리적 소진과 직무열의의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개와 사회적 지지의 조절효과

This study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of self-resilience and the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between psychological burnout and job enthusiasm of beauty instructors. The subjects are 220 beauty instructors who are teaching beauty in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For data analysis, SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used. Analysis methods include reliability coefficient verification, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural model verification, and hierarchical regression analysis. The study results were as follows. First, the partial mediating effect of self-resilience was verified in the relationship between psychological burnout and job enthusiasm. Second, it was confirmed that social support had a moderating effect in the relationship between psychological burnout and job enthusiasm. Based on these results, it was discussed the need for self-resiliece mediation and social support in order to increase the job enthusiasm of beauty instructors. 본 연구는 뷰티 교강사의 심리적 소진과 직무열의의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해서 서울과 경기도에서 뷰티 강의를 하고 있는 교강사 220명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하였다. 분석방법은 신뢰도 계수 검증, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조모형 검증, 위계적 회귀분석이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 심리적 소진과 직무열의의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 둘째, 심리적 소진과 직무열의의 관계에서 사회적 지지가 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 뷰티 교강사의 직무열의를 높이기 위해서 자아탄력성의 중재 및 사회적 지지가 필요함에 대해 논의하였다.

지각선호도, 심상능력, 실제심상활용의 조사연구 : 사격, 양궁, 다이빙, 체조 종목 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the tendency and match rate within one’s perceptual preference, imagery ability and the actual imagery that one uses. Methods: To achieve our goal, we surveyed 248 athletes(diving, gymnastic, shooting, archery) from high school, universities and professional fields. But 55 questionnaires were excluded by data screening. Therefore, a total of 193 questionnaires were finally used. Results: First, athletes preferred Uni-Kinethetic(K) type the most, followed by multi-modal(4 mixual modal) among the perceptual preference. Second, 37 athletes(19.2%) had high imagery abilities matching their preferred perceptual types. Third, 16 athletes(10.4%) showed matching rate of their actual use of imagery type and perceptual preference. Fourth, only 3 athletes(2.1%) showed consistency within their perceptual preference, imagery ability and actual use of imagery sensory type. Conclusion: The consistency between the athletes’ perceptual preference and their main sensory of imagery ability was not as high as expected. Particularly, the rate of athletes who high imagery ability of their perceptual preference was low. Moreover, the low percentage of athletes were actually using their preferred sensory type. These results will provide future direction for the personalized imagery training program. Furthermore, this study suggests further research on the effect of imagery training relating to individual perceptual preference.

Crystallization and X-ray crystallographic analysis of the C-terminal domain of Bacillus subtilis GabR in complex with pyridoxal 5'-phosphate and γ-aminobutyric acid

Bacillus subtilis GabR (BsGabR) functions as a transcriptional activator that regulates the expression of gabTD operoninvolved in the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) catabolism. Most studies of BsGabR have been focused on the structurefunctionalrelationship regarding the Cterminal aminotransferase-like domain of BsGabR (BsGabR-CTD), but it still remainsunclear due to lack of the structural information containing the GABA. To better understand the role of this domain,BsGabR-CTD was purified and crystallized in complex with pyridoxal 5'-phosphate and GABA. The crystal of ternarycomplex diffracted to a resolution of 2.0 Å and belonged to the tetragonal space group P41, with unit-cell parameters a = b= 118.497, c = 75.862 Å. Preliminary molecular replacement further confirmed the presence of one dimer in the asymmetricunit with a Matthews coefficient (VM) of 2.86 Å3 Da-1, corresponding to a solvent content of 56.9%.
