중국 전자상거래법제상의 문제점과 해결방안에 관한 연구

중국의 WTO가입, 높은 경제 성장과 함께 중국의 인터넷도 급격한 성장을 하고 있다. 중국의 IT산업의 발전에 따라 중국의 전자상거래 또한 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 그러나 중국의 2008년 e-readiness 지수는 64개국 중 49위를 기록하여 하위권에 머물러 있는데 중국에는 전자상거래 발전을 저해하는 다양한 요소들이 존재하고 있기 때문이다. 본 논문은 중국 전자상거래의 현황분석을 통하여 중국의 전자상거래발전변화, 중국 정부의 전자상거래에 대한 정책 및 법률의 입법현황과 내용을 살펴보면서 전자상거래에 있어 법체계상의 문제점과 해결방안을 모색함으로써 중국 전자상거래의 발전에 기여하는 것이 그 연구목적이다. 중국 전자상거래가 급속히 발전하고 있는 관점에서 중국 전자상거래의 법률 환경을 분석하고 문제점과 해결방안이 연구되고 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. With entry of WTO (World Trade Organization), and high economy growth, China’s Internet has also been boosted dramatically. According to the development China’s IT industry, e-commerce in China has been rapidly growing in its density. But China’s e-readiness ranked 52th among 64 countries in 2008. There are multiple factors that contribute to the slow development of e-commerce in China. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the development of e-commerce in China by analysing the problems of China’s e-commerce law system and solutions to them by way of studying the present condition, development and changes of China’s e-commerce, legislation and contents of the Chinese government’s policies and law on e-commerce. The significance of this paper is that in view of items of the fast-developing e-commerce of China, the problems of China’s e-commerce laws and solutions to them are studied.

인터넷 의류 쇼핑몰에서 배송 서비스 품질이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

인터넷을 통한 거래가 급속도로 증가하고 있고 인터넷을 편리한 거래수단으로써 이용하는 소비자들 또한 계속해서 증가하고 있다. 판매시장으로써의 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경쟁은 점점 더 치열해지고 이에 따라 수많은 쇼핑몰들 중에서 살아남기 위해서는 물류 서비스 품질이 중요한 요인이 되고 있다. 그 중 한 요인으로써 배송 서비스 품질이 오늘날의 인터넷 환경에서 살아남고 성공하기 위한 필수적인 전략으로써 간주되고 있다. 물류 서비스 품질에 있어서의 경쟁적 우위는 경쟁자와의 차별화를 위한 강력한 수단이 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 의류 쇼핑몰에서 배송 서비스 품질이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 고객만족도가 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. The volume of internet transaction is growing rapidly and more and more consumers are using internet as a new and convenient way of commercial transaction. As the market of internet shopping mall is increasingly competitive, measuring and managing logistics service quality are becoming a crucial issue for success of company especially for internet-based business. Delivery service, a vital component of logistics management, is considered as an essential strategy for internet-business. Furthermore the competitiveness in logistics has become a powerful source for differentiation in service. The purpose of this study is to find out how delivery service quality factors influence customer satisfaction and how customers satisfaction has effects on the repurchasing intention in the internet apparel shopping mall.

국가종합전자조달 현황과 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

기업간 거래에 인터넷 기술의 응용에 최근 많은 관심을 집중되고 있다. 강력한 비즈니스 수단으로 인터넷의 중요성을 인식하면서, 정부전자조달시스템과 같은 공공전자조달시스템을 포함한 많은 기업과 조직들은 전자상거래의 이점을 취하기 위해 빠르게 움직이고 있다. 세계 각국의 정부는 전자정부 전략으로써 정부전자조달의 효율성을 추구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조달에 있어 인터넷 기반의 기술의 영향력을 검토하고, 전자조달이 경쟁력 증대에 어떠한 도움을 주는지에 관해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 정부전자조달의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다. The application of Internet-technologies to support inter-business transactions and relationships has recently received tremendous attention. Recognizing the importance of the internet as a powerful business tool, a number of organizations including public ones with GEPS(Government e-Procurement System) have adopted quickly e-procurement system based on internet to take advantage of electronic commerce. Most of governments in advanced countries in the world have established public e-procurement system as an e-Government strategy for better efficiency. This study explores the impact of internet-based technology on the procurement function, how e-procurement is helping organizations to enhance their competitiveness and the challenges to its adoption. The study also presents the findings from a survey conducted to gain insight into the adoption of e-procurement by Korea government's public e-procurement.

기업간 전자상거래의 물류기능 효율화 방안에 관한 연구

전자상거래는 최근 인터넷 기술의 발달로 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 전자상거래는 기존 전통상거래와는 달리 급속한 정보기술의 발달에 따른 본질적으로 새로운 방법의 유통, 물류 구조를 가지고 있다. 거의 대부분의 산업과 마찬가지로 전자상거래산업에서도 물류는 성장요소로써 중요한 경쟁력을 가지고 있으며 지난 몇 년동안 기업간 전자상거래는 그 중요성이 증대하고 있다. 새로운 기술은 가능한한 다른기업들의 요구에 가깝게 기업 활동의 최종 목표로 공급채인을 최적화하려는 노력에 사용된다. 본 연구는 기업간 전자상거래의 물류효율화 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. Electronic Commerce is increasing rapidly in resent years. Because of the development of internet technology. Electronic Commerce is in essence, a new method of distribution and logistic structure under rapid development of information technology. Across many industries, logistics is considered the most competitive growth factor in the firm induced e-commerce. Over the past few years, both the press and the business community has increased their focus on B2B e-commerce. New technologies are used to try to optimize the supply chain, with the final goal of the company’s activities in as close a relationship to the demands of another companies as possible. This study shows logistics environment and the efficient of logistics activities in B2B e-commerce.

UNCITRAL 계약협약상 전자계약의 성립에 관한 연구

정보기술의 발달과 함께 전자 무역 또는 국제전자상거래의 규모가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 국제 전자거래의 원활화에 많은 문제 및 장애요인이 등장하고 있으며 특히 전자 메시지 전달과정에서 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, UNCITRAL은 전자계약협약이 제정되었다. 본 연구는 UN 전자계약협약상의 전자계약성립에 관해 살펴봄으로써 전자계약협약상의 법리의 이해를 증진시키는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. With development of information technology, the volume of electronic trade and international electronic commerce have increased sharply. However a number of problems and obstacles to international commercial transaction were taken place particularly in transferring electronic message. To resolve theses problems, the UNCITRAL has enacted ｢United National Convention of Electronic Communications in International Contract｣. Accordingly, this paper attempts to explore the conclusion of the electronic trade contract under UN convention on the use of electronic communications in international contract.

특허 정보 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 핵심기술 도출: 모바일 결제 시장을 중심으로

정보통신기술의 발달로 융합의 시대가 도래하였고 급변하는 변화에 대응하기 위한 예측의 필요 성이 증대되고 있다. 최근에는 데이터의 양이 방대하고 기술의 변화 과정 및 방향을 확인할 수 있으며 객관성을 확보할 수 있다는 특성이 있는 특허 데이터를 활용한 핵심기술 도출 연구가 다수 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 첨단기술을 활용하는 핀테크(Fin-Tech) 산업 내의 화두인 모바일 결제 시장을 대상으로 특허 데이터를 활용하여 기술예측 단계에서 근거자료로 활용 가능한 핵심 기술 도출에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 모바일 결제 시스템과 기존 통신시스템에 대한 인프라적 결합과 관련된 기술, 기기간 통신을 바탕으로 결제와 관련된 데이터의 전송 및 처리 기술, 카드 등을 활용한 사용자의 결제/ 지불 체계와 관련된 기술 등 세 가지의 기술이 모바일 결제 시장 내 핵심기술로 도출되었다. 본연구는 공신력 및 객관성이 높은 특허 데이터를 기반으로 다양한 적용가능성이 존재하는 효율적인 핵심기술 도출을 위한 연구라는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. Due to a development of Information and Communication Technologies(ICT), the age of convergence is coming and the importance of technology foresight coping with the changes in environment is increasing. Researches about technology foresight using patent data have been actively conducted because of objective characteristics of patent data, which is consisted of massive amount of data and includes a path of technological change. This study is focused on the mobile payment market, the promising field in Fin-tech industry, and detected core technologies for technology foresight using patent data. The result showed that three technologies were selected as core technologies in mobile payment market. The core technologies in mobile payment market are that combination mobile payment system infrastructure with communication system infrastructure, transferring and processing a data related payment based on M2M(machine to machine), and users’ payment system like credit card. There is a implication that this study suggests a quantitative way to detect core technologies efficiently based on patent data with high reliability and high objectivity.
