이 논문은 영화연구가 노동력 상품에 주목할 때 역사적 자본주의 연구와의 접점을 형성할 수 있다고 주장한다. 이를 위해 ‘액션 영화’라 불리는 느슨한 범주와 노동력 상품 사이에 역사적으로 실재했었던 담화 실천 과정들을 살펴보고, 또한 일반적인 상품들과는 구분되는 노동력 상품의 독특한 특징을 이론적으로 검토한다. 그런 다음 1960-70년대 남한의 ‘액션 영화’라는 특수 한 대상을 살펴본다. 1960-70년대의 남한 자본주의가 자신을 재생산하기 위해서 필요로 했던 노동력 상품의 속성들이 이 영화들의 표상들과 표상들의 표현 양식들 속에서 나타난다. 그러한 시각적 담화가 남한 자본주의 역사의 특정한 국면 속에서 전개된 효과로서 민족 정체성으로부터 노동자 계급 정체성이 분할된다. 이와 같이 영화 연구의 관점에서 노동력 상품에 관한 이론적 차원과 담화 실천의 역사적 차원 모두를 종합해서 살펴봤을 때, 역사적 자본주의의 전개과정 속에서 ‘액션 영화’들이 상연했던 표상들 및 표상들의 표현 양식들의 의미를 좀 더 선명하게 이해할 수 있게 된다. This thesis suggests that cinema studies need to attention about labor power commodity as articulated point between cinema and capitalism dynamics. To further explore this issue, it examines discoursive practices between ‘action cinema’ category and labor power commodities at the historical dimension. Furthermore it examines specific feature of labor power commodity at theoretical dimension. Then, it examines the specific object of South Korean ‘action cinema’ in 1960-70s. It will be identified that there are elements of reproduction of South Korean capitalism in our specific object. And the one of the effect of that deployed elements in South Korean capitalism is making a rupture in ideological formation. After all this explanation, there will be some lucidity that meaning of representations and its mode of expression that South Korean action cinema presented.
IGCC 합성가스 냉각기 GRC의 열유동 및 입자거동 특성에 대한 전산해석 연구

In the Shell coal gasification process, the syngas produced in a gasifier passes through a syngas cooler for steam production and temperature control for gas cleaning. Fly slag present in the syngas may cause major operational problems such as erosion, slagging, and corrosion, especially in the upper part of the syngas cooler(gas reversal chamber, GRC). This study investigates the flow, heat transfer and particle behaviors in the GRC for a 300 MWe IGCC process using computational fluid dynamics. Three operational loads of 100%, 75% and 50% were considered. The gas and particle flows directly impinged on the wall opposite to the syngas inlet, which may lead to erosion of the membrane wall. The heat transfer to the wall was mainly by convection which was larger on the side wall at the inlet level due to the expansion of the cross-section. In the evaporator below the GRC, the particles were concentrated more on the outer channels, which needs to be considered for alleviation of fouling and blockage.
RF 스퍼터링 시스템을 이용하여 증착한 비정질 Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 박막의 급속 열처리 조건에 따른 결정성과 광학적 특성 변화

The Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> thin films were deposited using an RF sputtering system and the effect of crystallographic and optical properties under rapid thermal annealing conditions on Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> thin film was evaluated. A rapid thermal annealing method can fabricate a crystalline Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> thin film which is applied to various fields with a low cost and a high efficiency compared with the conventional post-annealing method. In this study, the Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> treated at 900℃ for 1 min showed the beta and gamma phases in XRD measurement. In optical properties, the crystalline Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> represented a high transmittance of more than 80% in the visible region and was calculated with a high optical bandgap energy of 4.58 eV. The beta and gamma phases Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> can be obtained by adjusting the rapid thermal annealing temperatures, and the various properties such as the optical bandgap energy can be controlled. Moreover, it is expected that crystalline Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> can be applied to various devices by controlling not only temperature but process time.
