        CaO-Gd<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>계에서의 PDP용 Eu<sup>3+</sup>와 Tb<sup>3+</sup> 활성 형광체의 탐색

        본 연구에서는 조합화학을 이용하여 $CaO-Gd_2O_3-Al_2O_3$계에서 $Eu^{3+}$와 $Tb^{3+}$활성 적색 및 녹색 PDP용 형광체를 탐색하였으며 탐색된 형광체의 합성온도, 최적조성,발광 특성 등을 조사하였다. $CaO-Gd_2O_3-Al_2O_3$의 삼성분계의 형광특성 라이브러리를 작성하기 위하여 210개의 다른 조성을 가진 시료를 고분자 착체 중합법으로 합성하였다. 합성된 형광체 분말을 VUV PL로 측정하여 형광 특성 라이브러리를 작성하였고 발광특성이 잘 나타난 시료를 XPD를 이용하여 결정 구조를 확인하였다. 적색 형광체로서 탐색된 $Ca_{\alpha}$G$d_{0.95-\alpha-\beta}$$Al_\beta$$O_\delta$ : Eu(0.02< $\alpha+\beta$ <0.04)형광체는 색순도 면에서 상용형광체보다 개선된 특성을 보였으며 녹색 형광체로서 탐색된 $CaGdAl_3O_7$ : Tb, Ca$Al_{12}$$O_{19}$ : Tb, $Gd_4Al_2$$O_9$ : Tb, $Gd_3Al_5$$O_{12}$ : Tb 형광체 중에서 $CaGdAl_3O_7$ : Tb, Ca$Al_{12}$$O_{19}$ : Tb형광체는 상용 형광체에 비해 잔광시간이 짧은 특성을 보였다 In this study, we have screened $Eu^{3+}$- and $Tb^{3+}$-activated candidate phosphors for PDP in the sys-tems of CaO-Gd$_2$O$_3$-Al$_2$O$_3$ by combinatorial chemistry and investigated the synthetic temperature, optimum com-position and luminescent properties about the candidate phosphors. To construct the emission intensity library by VUV PL, we have synthesized 210 different compositional samples using a polymerized-complex method. Good luminescent samples were identified by X-ray diffraction method. $Ca_$\alpha$$G$d_{0.95-$\alpha$-$\beta$}Al_$\beta$O_$\delta$$ : Eu(0.02< $\alpha$+$\beta$ <0.04) phos-phors screened as a red phosphor have good color purity than commercial phosphor. In the candidate phosphors of CaGdAl$_3O_7$ : Tb, Ca$Al_{12}O_{19}$ : Tb, Gd$_4$Al$_2O_9$ : Tb, and Gd$_3Al_5O_{12}$ : Tb CaGdAl$_3O_7$ : Tb, and Ca$Al_{12}O_{19}$ : Tb have shorter decay time than commercial phosphor.

        $Al^{3+}$, $Pr^{3+}$가 첨가된 Perovskite $La_{2/3}TiO_{3}와 Pyrochlore $La_{2}Ti_{2}O_{7}$의 발광 특성

        $La_{2/3}TiO_3$, $La_2Ti_2O_7$는 유전성을 갖는 특징으로 인해 여러 분야에 이용되고 있다. 본 연구는 perovskite 구조의 $La_{2/3}TiO_3$와 pyrochlore 구조의 $La_2Ti_2O_7$를 모체로 하여 $Al^{3+},\;Pr^{3+}$가 첨가된 형광체의 발광 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 두 구조 모두 $Pr^{3+}의\;^1D_2{\rightarrow}^3H_4$ 전이에 의한 적색 발광을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서는 perovskite 구조의 $La_{2/3}TiO_3$:Pr 형광체의 에너지 전이 과정과 그 임계거리에 대한 조를 통해 에너지 전달체로서의 $Al^{3+}$의 역할을 제시하였다. 또한, perovskite 구조의 $La_{2/3}TiO_3$와 pyrochlore 구조의 $La_2Ti_2O_7$ 사이의 발광특성 차이를 알아보기 위해서 trap-involved process와 charge transfer band를 조사하였다. $La_{2/3}TiO_3$, $La_2Ti_2O_7$ are used in various parts by dielectric properties. The purpose of the present study is to understand the photoluminescence properties of $Al^{3+}\;and\;Pr^{3+}$ doped perovskite-type $La_{2/3}TiO_3$ and pyrochlore-type $La_2Ti_2O_7$ phosphor, which characterized by the red emission $(^1D_2{\rightarrow}^3H_4)\;of\;Pr^{3+}$ of $Pr^{3+}$ ion. The explanation for the energy transfer and the corresponding critical distance were proposed on the role of Al^3+ ions as energy transfer mediates in perovskite-type $La_{2/3}TiO_3$:Pr phosphor. In order to clarify the distinction of photoluminescence propoerties between the perovskite-type $La_{2/3}TiO_3$ and the pyrochlore $La_2Ti_2O_7$, the trap-involved process and the charge transfer band have been investigated.

        CGMMV-CP 형질전환 수박대목의 CGMMV 내성시험 및 계통확보

        수박작물의 대목용으로 사용하는 수박공대에 CGiMMV-CP 유전자를 도입하여 개발된 LM 수박공대의 CGMMV 내성 정도를 격리하우스와 노지 포장내에서 조사하였다. 격리온실에서의 $T_{3}$ 형질전환 수박대목의 CGMMV 내성은 접종 후 70일까지 유지되는 반면 대조구는 접종 후 20일에 전부 이병되었다. 인위적 토양전염 포장에서 형질전환체는 접종후71일까지 약 40%의 내성률을 보였으며, 대조구는 접종 후 37일에 모두 이병되었다. 인위적 접촉전염 포장에서 형질전환체는 대조구에 비해 약 10일 정도 지연효과를 보였다. 따라서 CGMMV-CP 형질전환체는 CGMMV에 저항성을 가진 것이 아니라 감염시기를 지연시키는 부분 내성으로 나타났다. CGMMV-CP homozygous T 세대를 진전시켜서 형질전환 수박공대 계통을 $BC_{1}T_{5}$ 세대에서 선발하였다. 또한 LM 수박공대에 형질전환 되지 않은 접수 (슈퍼금천수박)를 접목하여 non-LM 수박을 생산하고 CGMMV-CP 유전자에 관련된 물질의 이동 여부를 조사하였다. PCR, northern, western 분석한 결과 수박공대 대목에서 형성되는 DNA, RNA, protein 물질이 접수로 이동되지 않음을 확인하였다. Previously developed transgenic watermelon rootstocks (gongdae) inserted by CGMMV-CP were examined to test the virus tolerance levels. In the restricted plastic house, the $T_{3}$ watermelon rootstock showed tolerance to CGMMV until 70 days after inoculation on the leaves while the non-transformed watermelon rootstock became susceptible at 20 days after inoculation. In the field, tolerance efficiency of transgenic rootstocks maintained up to 40% at 71 days after contamination with CGMMV in the soil while all of the non-transformed rootstocks became susceptible at 37 days with the same condition. In the same field, transgenic rootstocks showed more tolerance to CGMMV than the non-transformed rootstocks as those were inoculated on the leaves, but it showed only 10 days delay before being susceptible. Therefore, transgenic rootstocks have a characteristic of delay effect against CGMMV susceptibility, rather than resistance character. From $T_{3}$ rootstocks homozygous for the CGMMV-CP horticulturally favorable individuals were selected for further breeding and a transgenic line was finally obtained at the $BC_{1}T_{5}$. A material transfer experiment was conducted to find out if the DNA, RNA or expressed protein in the transgenic rootstocks could move to the grafted scion (non-transformed watermelon, Super-Kumcheon). PCR, northern, and western blot analysis were performed and no evidence of transferring of those materials from rootstock to scion was ever found.

        착제중합법에 의한 1, 2족 원소가 $Y_2O-# : Eu$ 형광체의 합성광 발광특성

        $Y_2O_3$: Eu 형광체는 고효율, 열적 화학적 안정성을 갖고 있어서 평판 표시 소자용 적색 형광체로 널리 사용되고 있다. 고분해능과 고효율을 가지는 평판 표시 소자는 작은 크기의 구형 입자를 가진 형광체를 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 착체 중합법을 이용하여 100-300nm크기의 $Y_2O_3$ : Eu 형광체를 제조하였고 1족 혹은 2족 원소를 첨가하여 발광특성에 대한 영향을 검토하였다. Europium activated yttrium oxide ($Y_2O_3$ : Eu) is extensively applied to red phosphor for Flat Panel Display because of its high efficiency and the thermal and chemical stability. Flat Panel Display screen which have a high resolution and high efficiency needs to the phosphors of ideally small size spherical particle. In this study, we prepared a $Y_2O_3$ : Eu phosphor using polymeric precursor methods and investigated the codoping effect by introducing the group 1 or 2 elements to $Y_2O_3$ : Eu phosphor in view of improvement of luminance efficiency.

        소포체 스트레스가 Ajuba 발현유도

        Ajuba is a number of proteins containing cytosolic LIM domain. Its function may provide a new pathway whereby cell-cell adhesive events are transmitted to the nucleus to regulate cell proliferation and differentiation decisions. Here, Ajuba gene expression was investigated its molecular properties associated with endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stresses (tunicamycin, DTT, A23187 and BFA) which induced remarkable ex-pression of Ajuba mRNA. The mRNA half life of Ajuba was also determined, its half life of Ajuba mRNA in FRTL-5 cells was approximately 2 hr after the initial translation. Although the obvious bioligical function of Ajuba is not clear, on the base of the results, Ajuba gene expression is deeply associated with ER stresses.

        수도권내 단지형 타운하우스 건축의 유형적 고찰 및 커뮤니티 활동공간에 관한 연구

        Since 1970, rapid economic growth and urbanization has gain speed in Korea and the supply of urban housing increased in its quantity. Although there is a lack of community space for residents' social life, it appears that the residents continuously pursuit luxurious town-house, which has advantages as low-density and low-rise building. These town-houses should settle as a community in a way to provide long time dwelling, pleasant environment and humane interaction among residents. The aim of this study is to analyze spatial composition of various types of townhouse and the effects of housing complex's space on residents' community activity conforming to the increase in community senses in complexes. Literature survey indicated that city region, suburbs, suburban leisure type housing and suburban style housing were major categories according to the complex's characteristics. According to the building code and zoning, under city region and suburbs, the classification explored row house, single house, leisure house, and sharing wall type house. Characteristics of the community space and the space organization were explored according to the type of houses. The planning guideline were also suggested for the design of townhouse complex in order to activate the community according to city region town house and single houses, suburb town house, and leisure type.

        BTES 방식의 계간축열 시스템을 적용한 유리온실의 난방용 태양열시스템의 경제성 평가

        The heating performance of a solar thermal seasonal storage system applied to a 1,320 m2 glass greenhouse was analyzed numerically, and the economic feasibility depending upon the number of boreholes was evaluated. For this study, the gardening 16th and 19th zucchini greenhouse of Jeollanam-do agricultural research & extension services was selected. And the heating load of the glass greenhouse selected was 1,147 GJ. BTES(Borehole Thermal Energy Storage) was considered as a seasonal storage, which is relatively economical. The number of boreholes was selected from 25 to 150. The TRNSYS was used to predict and analyze the dynamic performance of the solar thermal system. Numerical simulation was performed by modelling the solar thermal seasonal storage system consisting of flat plate solar collector, BTES system, short-term storage tank, boiler, heat exchanger, pump and controller. As a result of the analysis, when the number of boreholes was from 25 to 50, the thermal efficiency of BTES system and the solar fraction was the highest. When the number of boreholes was from 25 to 50, it was analyzed that the payback period was from 5.2 years to 6.2 years. Therefore it was judged to be the number of boreholes of the proposed system was from 25 to 50, which is the most efficient and economical.
