The goal of this paper is design and fabrication of 1.0㎜ × 0.5㎜ size blue color light emitting diode. The proposed 1.0㎜ × 0.5㎜ size LED basic structure is based on the AlInGaN cell structure. We explain and propose to 1.0㎜ × 0.5㎜ size new package LED and fabrication. Firstly, we explain the 220㎛ × 220㎛ cell structure using AlinGaN. Secondly, we propose fabrication procedure of 1.0㎜ × 0.5㎜ size LED. Finally, we shown the characteristics of fabricated smaller size LED.

This paper is on the modeling of two-axis accelerometer and extraction of their frequency characteristics which is applied surface micro machining for measuring the frequency at two-dimensional plane. In this paper, MEMS which is a field of two-axis accelerometer semiconductor sensors using surface micro machining technology is applied. The proposed accelerometer basic structure is based on the comb driver and movable mass at the two-dimensional plane. The Two-axis accelerometer is adopted as an auto focus system operation of digital camera and application component are implemented by using gyroscope of aviation systems.

The goal of this paper is to propose a method of user interface display using 1.0㎜ × 0.5㎜ size Light Emitting Diode on mobile phone. We have developed the 1005 size LED and new package of I²c control Ie. Firstly, we explain display method using l.0㎜ × 0.5㎜ size LED. Secondly, We propose to the new package of 40pin Thin-QFN(6.0㎜ × 6.0㎜) control IC. As a result, the proposed display method is shown good accuracy at dark room and a long range, furthermore the display technique method is improved for character recognition and real-time display.

The goal of this paper is to propose a method of ORFS switching spectrum error correction using P-Channel and N-Channel Switching FET and Capacitor on GSM PCMCIA Card Type. We have developed the GSM PCMCIA card also including 2.2mF load capacitor and dual FET package IC. Firstly, we explain Output RF Spectrum of GSM system effect on the modulation, wide band noise and switching transient. Secondly, we propose the schematic for improvement on ORFS for GSM system. To sum up, the proposed schematic was improvement 10㏈ switching spectrum margin and reduce the noise level approximately 290㎷.

The goal of this paper is to propose a study on efficiency improvement of photovoltaic power system using condensing plate. We measured characteristic of current and voltage for proposed solar cell using commercially sold of aluminum and sliver glass on flat concentrator The increase ration of power are 64% respectively when used of three sides concentrator. According to our experimental test results the propose the solar cell system was improvement increase the efficiency also increased power electric of photovoltaic. To sum up, the proposed solar cell system have advantage for photovoltaic power system Also, I expect that our test results will be applied photovoltaic power house system.

That TV Broadcast be flowed Digitalization, If it is became Digitalization, Field be happened very problem, Now document, Digital Block of complex Europe TV Broadcast be techniqued for development of Software Processes. C-Language changed before software composited of assembly, that It’s tried system of simple, define and software became very stable. Before as Analog Circuit composited, Europe TV development changed digital circuit, add function part of software processes insufficiency, for assembly, bug happening of software program work, information processes ability of very quality, solved the same software modify difficulty part. Agreeably, for now document improved, digital block composite of complex europe TV broadcast processed better stable video module development.
