      • Grignard 반응을 이용한 열경화성 수지의 합성

        A multiple steam generator tube rupture (MSGTR) event in APR1400, an advanced pressurized water reactor, is investigated using the best estimate thermal hydraulic system code, MARS 1.4. The effects of parameters such as the number of ruptured tubes, rupture location, affected steam generator on analysis of the MSGTR event in APR1400 are taken into account. In particular, the effects of tube rupture modeling are compared. In the present study, single tube (STM) and double tube modeling (DTM) are examined for assessment on the main steam safety valve (MSSV) lift time. Nuclear steam supply system (NSSS) and several safety systems that are relevant to the APR1400 are modeled. Automatic safety systems are assumed to mitigate the MSGTR events including the reactor protection trip. reactor coolant pump trip, the pressurizer heaters, high-pressure safety injection (HPSI) pumps, and the valves for atmospheric dump, main steam safety, main steam isolation and turbine stop and bypass. When five tubes are ruptured. the STM permits the operator response time of 2085 seconds before lifting of MSSVs. The effects of rupture location on the MSSV lift time is not significant in case of STM. ,while the MSSV lift time for tube-top rupture is found to be 25.3% larger than that for rupture at hog-leg side tube sheet in case of DTM. The MSSV lift time for the cases that both steam generators are affected (4C5x, 4C23x) are found to be larger than that for the single steam generator cases (4A5x. 4B5x) due to a bifurcation of the primary leak flow- The discharge coefficient of C_(d) is found to affect the MSSV lift time oniv for smaller value of C_(d) below 0.5. For larger values of C_(d) than 0.5, its effect on the leak flow rates as well as the MSSV lift time become negligible. It is found that the most dominant parameter governing the MSSV lift time is the leak flow rate. Whichever modeling method is used, it gives the similar MSSV lift time if the leak flow rate is similar, except the case of both steam generators are affected. Therefore, the system performance and the MSSV lift time of the APR1400 are strongly dependent on the break flow model used in the best estimate system code.

      • 수산기를 갖는 방향족 수지의 열적변화

        1-환(1) 과 3-환(2)에 수산기를 갖는 수지를 제조하여 열적특성을 조사하였다. 수지1은 2회(312℃; 및 500℃)의 중량감소 곡선을 보였고, 수지2는 비교적 완만하고 넓은 온도범위(204℃~500℃)에서 중량감소를 보였다. 열처리 초기에는 수지2가 높은 중량감소를 보였으나, 후반부에서는 수지1의 중량감소가 두드러졌다. Resins with one-(1) and fused three-ring(2) have been prepared and their thermal behavior were studied. There were two stages of weight-loss at 312℃ and 500℃ for resin 1; For resin 2, one broad range(204℃ ~ 500℃) of weight-loss were shown. At the early stage of heat treatment, resin 2 showed a weight-loss a lot, however resin 1 showed a weight-loss at the late stage of heat treatment instead.

      • 방향족 수지의 탄화시 조직변화

        1,4- Dibromobenzene 과 9,10-dibromoanthracene의 terephthaldicarboxaldehyde의 반응으로 수지를 제조하여 탄화 후, 조직들의 분석하였다. 3환의 anthracene의 수지(1)가 1-환의 benzene의 수지(2)보다 강한 포화 탄소-탄소 결합구조를 갖는 특성을 보였다. After making resins from 1,4-dibromobenzene and 9,10-dibromoanthracene with terephthal-dicarboxaldehyde, Carbonization has been carried. Resin(l) from anthracene ring showed more saturated C-C bond character than resin(2) from benzene ring.

      • 직장 구조조정과 파업에 의한 근로자의 사회심리적 스트레스의 변화

        Objective : This study was conducted to evaluate the insecurity of employment and anxiety by downsizing and strikes affected job characteristics and psychosocial distress of workers. Methods and Material : This is a longitudinal study of the container terminal workers in Pusan. The company operated downsizing from October to December in 1999 by economic depression. In the result of that, the number of workers decreased into 627 from 662. During that period, a new union was built and it made conflict between employers and employees, so the conflict caused the strikes from February to April in 2000. The first cross-sectional study was performed in February, 2000 and the oneyear follow-up cross-sectional study was performed in February, 2001. Socio-demo graphic characteristics, stress-related behavior, job characteristics and psychosocial distress were assessed with job content questionnaire(JCQ) and Psychosocial well-being Index(PWI) in 200 workers(white-collar: 100 men, blue collar: 100 men) from 662 men in total. Results : In the first study, job strain was high in the whole, but there was no difference between white and blue-collar workers. The level of PWI was very high at 86.67 points and the level of blue-collar workers was higher than that of white-collar workers(p=0.013). In the results of follow-up study, the rate of drinking and smoking decreased as the change of stress-related behaviors. In the job characteristics change, decision authority and physical exertion of the white-collar workers got lower(p<0.05), but social support and job strain didn't have no difference. In the PWI level change, stress level got rather higher(p<0.01), especially, increase of the white-collar workers' stress was big difference from that of the blue-collar workers'. Conclusion : Job stress management programs should be made to reduce stress. And in approaches to management and prevention, excessive physical exertion, shift work and irregular meals and breaks should be considered. Especially, this stress control program should be begun with recognition on conflicts between employers and employees and between employees and employees by downsizing and strikes. And also efforts to reinforce social support should be needed.

        민간조사업무와 법률적 고찰

        비공식적인 일부기관에서는 음성적이고 불법적인 조사활동을 통해 사생활침해, 인권침해등과 같은 부작용을 야기하고 있으므로 불법적인 민간조사기관의 폐해를 방지하고 국가적 부담을 완화하기 위한 수단으로 민간조사제도의 양성화에 대해서는 1999년 이후 18년간 꾸준하게 논의되어왔다. 민간조사제도의 연구에 있어서 미국 영국 일본의 제도에 대하여 업무범위를 분석한 뒤 우리나라의 민간조사제도의 양성화를 위해 고려되어야 할 관련 법률에 대한 쟁점들과 민간조사원의 업무범위는 국민들의 사생활침해를 방지하고 이 제도의 타당성을 검증하기 위해서는 사적영역부터 도입한 후에 점진적으로 그 필요성에 의해 공적영역으로 업무범위를 확대하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다. 업무범위를 범죄행위에 대한 조사, 분실 및 도난품에 대한 수사, 사람의 사망 및 실종에 대한 수사, 법원의 증거자료에 대한 수사로 한정할 수 있다. 민간조사제도의 도입을 전제로 민간조사원의 업무내용과 범위를 어디까지로 한정할 것인지, 민간조사원의 업무범위 설정에 따른 관련 법률과의 관계와 민간조사원의 업무범위의 적절한 설정을 위해서 국회의원들이 제출한 민간조사원의 업무범위를 비교 검토하였으며 관련 법률관계는 민간조사원들의 활동에 직·간접적으로 가장관계가 많을 것으로 예상되는 변호사법, 신용정보의이용및보호에관한 법률, 공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률, 헌법, 형사법 등과의 관계에 있어 상호충돌내지 개정되어야 할 조항들을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 민간조사원들이 업무를 추진하는 과정에서 발생하게 될 불법적인 상황이나 개인의 기본권 침해우려가 있는 상황에 대비하기 위해서는 예방적이고 통제적인 법률제도장치가 함께 마련되어져야 다수 국민의 사생활침해보장과 인권 그리고 행복추구권이 보장될 것이다. Since 1999 for 18 years, legalization of a private investigation system has been constantly discussed as a realistic solution to prevent abuses of illegal private investigation institutions and to decrease government burdens. private investigators are not allowed to trespass on a private area of the person being investigated. and shooting photos needs to be sanctioned as it is a crucial part of the investigatory tasks. However, it should be limited to the shooting in public areas of those who are considered possible evidence of a case. private investigators, tailing and stakeout should be legalized as the vital components to perform relevant duties; however, they should only be permitted in open places and should be stopped when requested by the person being investigated. also, private investigators are prohibited to collect any personal information outside of their work scope. this service will be defined with respect to the possibility of such laws enhance privacy and human rights with regard to a scope of private investigation services. our society have a cognition that private security and private policing have same meaning. But, private policing have a many sub-contents like as private security, private investigation, crime investigation, terrorism prevention etc in many foreign countries. The private investigation business is difficult to pass legislation on the scope of work one of the reasons for the problem. To solve this problem, a range of services for crime investigation, an investigation into the lost and stolen, the person's death and the disappearance of the investigation, an investigation into evidence by specifying proposed. This paper examines main issues in legislating the law for the private investigation system. The work range of private investigator, supervising authority, and methods for the protection of privacy were examined by reviewing of previous literature, analyzing foreign cases and examining the proposed laws in the parliament.

        수막종에서 cDAN chip을 이용한 유전자 발현 연구

        Objective : The current progress of the molecular biological study is in the situation of documentation of relation between the tumor development and the gene mutation. We report an analysis of gene expression profiling of meningioma by cDNA chip. Methods : Meningioma, tumor attached dura and normal dura were obtained during surgery. RNA was extracted from each specimen and cDNA microarray was done. After that, we confirmed the reliability of results from the microarray technique by RT-PCR. Results : We examined the expression of the tumor related gene by cDNA chip. The genes showing two fold changes in the expression were analyzed to find the difference between two groups. The analysis of the tumor and tumor attached dura indicated that the expression of twenty four genes were increased and seventeen genes were decreased in the tumor. The analysis of the gene expression of tumor and normal dura showed increase in twenty seven genes and decrease in thirty one genes. Nine genes in the tumor showed more increase than those in the tumor attached dura and the normal dura. We performed RT-PCR using cytokines to confirm the reliability of the microarray result. Conclusion : The cDNA chip contributes as a good laboratory method to check various gene expression of the meningioma and the dura. In the future, the relationship between the expression of IL-1β, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, and the function of each gene are required to investigate.
