        퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에서 슬관절방(膝關節方) 1호(號)의 유효성 연구

        Objective : This study is designed to find out the effects of Sulguanjul-Bang No.1 on osteoarthritis in knee joint. Methods : 45 patients with symptomatic osteoarthritis of the knee joint were enrolled in a short term 8-week open clinical trial. The 45 patients were taken Sulguanjul-bang No.1 two times a day before meals for 8 week. After 8 week treatment period, the following parameters were analyzed ; Visual analogue Scale(VAS) as first effective parameter, Lysholm index score, patient's global assessment, passive movement range of the knee joint. Results : Sulguanjul-bang No.1 treatment led to significant improvement in the pain and symptoms of osteoarthritis as determined by all efficacy measures. After 8 weeks of therapy, there was significant improvement in VAS and Lysholm index; squat, sit down and up, crepitaion, swelling. The range of motion was improved in 6 of 9 cases. The improvement in patient's global assessment was seen in 84%. Conclusion : Sulguanjul-bang No.1 was very beneficial effect in pain relief and improvement functions on osteoarthritis.

        졸-겔법에 의한 SiO<sub>2</sub>-TiO<sub>2</sub> 박막의 초친수성

        [ $TiO_{2}-solution$ ] was aaded in $SiO_{2}-solution$ by various composition. $SiO_{2}-TiO_{2}$ thin films were obtained by the dip-coating method on the $SiO_{2}$ glass substrates, and then heat-treated at various temperature. Nano-size $TiO_{2}$ particles dispersed $SiO_{2}-TiO_{2}$ films showed absorption peak by quantum size effect at short wavelength region $350{\sim}400nm$, which made them good candidates for non-linear optical materials and photo-catalytic materials. The thickness of $SiO_{2}-TiO_{2}$ films were $300{\sim}430nm$. The contact angle of $SiO_{2}-TiO_{2}$ films for water was $5.3{\sim}47.9^{\circ}$, and therefore it is clear that $SiO_{2}-TiO_{2}$ films have super hydrophilic properties and the self-cleaning effects.

        경제활동인구조사 자료를 위한 다중대체 방식 연구

        경제활동인구조사는 고용 관련 통계를 생성하는 국가조사로서, 국민의 경활상태(취업/실업/비경활)를 파악하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 정확한 통계를 내기 위해 무응답률을 낮추는 것이 중요하고, 이미 발생한 무응답을 보완하기 위한 방법으로 무응답 대체가 가능하다. 경제활동인구조사는 응답 방식이 순차적 흐름을 따라가기 때문에 구조적인 무응답이 존재한다. 또한 전체 가구원내 무응답 항목이 하나라도 있으면 해당 가족 구성원 전체를 무응답 처리하기에 최종 자료에는 항목 무응답이 아닌 단위 무응답만 존재한다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 구조적 무응답 이해 및 연계자료를 통한 과거 자료의 활용 등을 통해 기존의 방법보다 효과적인 무응답 대체 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 대체 모형의 성능을 일치도/비일치도를 기반으로 평가한다. 이를 위해, 2019년 11월 경제활동인구조사 자료를 기반으로 모의실험을 실시한다. 총 59,996명의 응답자 중 일부를 랜덤하게 선택한 뒤, 경활상태를 판정하는데 결정적인 설명변수 6개와 경활상태를 무응답 처리한다. 기존 무응답 대체 모형에서 사용하였던 설명 변수 이외에 산업변수와 종사상지위 변수를 추가함으로써 모형을 개선한다. 이는 과거자료의 연계 및 활용을 가정한 것으로, 기존의 모형모다 성능이 향상되는 것을 확인한다. 또한, 경활상태별 무응답자 수에 대한 다양한 시나리오를 고려한다. The Korean Economically Active Population Survey (KEAPS) is a national survey that produces employment-related statistics. The main purpose of the survey is to find out the economic activity status (employed/ unemployed/ non-employed) of the people. KEAPS has a unique characteristics caused by the survey method. In this study, through understanding of structural non-response and utilization of past data, we would like to present an improved imputation model. The performance of the proposed model is compared with the existing model through simulation. The performance of the imputation models is evaluated based on the degree of mathing/nonmatching rates. For this, we employ the KEAPS data in November 2019. For the randomly selected ones among the total 59,996 respondents, the six explanatory variables, which are critical in determining the economic activity states, are treated as non-response. The proposed model includes industry variable and job status variable in addition to the explanatory variables used in the precedent research. This is based on the linkage and utilization of past data. The simulation results confirm that the proposed model with additional variables outperforms the existing model in the precedent research. In addition, we consider various scenarios for the number of non-responders by the economic activity status.

        적외선체열촬영을 통한 편측 경항상지통환자의 임상적 고찰

        Objectives : We studied to discover the patterns of DITI of the patients having a both neck and upper extremity pain on one side without any nerve root compression sign and the history of cervical disc herniation. Method : We selected 26 patients as an experimental group, who had visited for a both neck and upper extremity pain on one side without any nerve root compression sign, at the department of acupunture and moxibustion in Conmaul oriental medical hospital, during 2001. 01. - 2003. 09. And 31 normal adults were selected as a control group, not having any neck or arm pain and any history of cervical disease. We analyzed the segmental temperature statistically with t-test. Results & Conclusion : There was a significant change of temperatures in the scapula, posterior brachium, lateral forearm and dorsal hand area. And the experimental group showed cold spot and disruption of normal thermographic shape that were usually shown on the cervical sprain.

        우리나라 에코세대의 자살생각과 관련요인: 2012년도 한국의료패널 자료를 이용하여

        Purpose: This study investigated the factors associated with suicidal ideation in the Korean Echo Generation using 2012 Korea Health Panel Data. Methods: The 2012 Korea Health Panel Data were collected from February 2012 to July 2012 and included 2,303 people who responded to a question asking whether they had experienced suicidal ideation. The data were analyzed by chi-square and multiple logistic regression test using SPSS 22.0. Results: The rate of suicidal ideation was 4.2% in the Echo Generation. Factors associated with suicidal ideation in the Echo Generation revealed that the following variables increased the rate of suicidal ideation: sex(odd ratio: 2.39, CI: 1.39-4.09), education(odd ratio: 1.95, CI: 1.08-3.52), depression(odd ratio: 12.06, CI: 6.92-21.03), frustrating experience(odd ratio: 2.52, CI: 1.22-5.20), anxiety about the future(odd ratio: 14.58, CI: 3.20-66.41), self-rated health status(odd ratio: 2.39, CI: 1.39-4.09 and odd ratio: 6.41, CI 2.87-14.33). Conclusion: This study provides a preliminary examination of the factors associated with suicidal ideation in the Echo Generation. A more careful examination may be warranted.

        폐광산지역 토양 식생복원 과정 내 토양특성 및 미생물 군집 변화 분석

        Mine soil contamination by high levels of metal ions that prevents the successful vegetation poses a serious problem. In the study presented here, we used the microbial biocatalyst of urease producing bacterium Sporosarcina pasteurii or plant extract based BioNeutro-GEM (BNG) agent. The ability of the biocatalysts to bioremediate contaminated soil from abandoned mine was examined by solid-state composting vegetation under field conditions. Treatment of mine soil with the 2 biocatalysts for 5 months resulted in pH increase and electric conductivity reduction compared to untreated control. Further analyses revealed that the microbial catalysts also promoted the root and shoot growth to the untreated control during the vegetation treatments. After the Sporosarcina pasteurii or plant extract based BNG treatment, the microbial community change was monitored by culture-independent pyrosequencing. These results demonstrate that the microbial biocatalysts could potentially be used in the soil bioremediation from mine-impacted area.

        마이크로데이터 공표를 위한 통계적 노출제어 방법론 고찰

        학술 연구나 정책 입안 등을 위한 심층적 자료 활용의 확대는 동시에 개별 정보 노출에 대한 염려도 증가시킨다. 때문에 최근 이십여 년 간 통계적 노출제어(정보보호) 분야에서 많은 논문들이 발표되었다. 본 논문은 그러한 연구 내용들을 정리하여 국내 통계인들과 기관들에게 소개하고자 한다. 주요 내용으로 국소통합이나 잡음추가와 같은 전통적인 매스킹 기법 뿐만 아니라, 온라인 자료 분석 시스템에서의 정보보호 처리, 차등정보보호를 통한 노출제어 및 재현자료를 활용한 정보보호 대안 모색에 대해 다룬다. 또한 각각의 주제에 대한 방법론 소개와 함께 활용 사례 및 장단점을 논의하였다. 본 논문이 실제적인 통계적 노출제어 문제를 고민하는 통계인들에게 도움이 되기를 바란다. The increasing demand from researchers and policy makers for microdata has also increased related privacy and security concerns. During the past two decades, a large volume of literature on statistical disclosure control (SDC) has been published in international journals. This review paper introduces relatively recent SDC approaches to the communities of Korean statisticians and statistical agencies. In addition to the traditional masking techniques (such as microaggregation and noise addition), we introduce an online analytic system, differential privacy, and synthetic data. For each approach, the application example (with pros and cons, as well as methodology) is highlighted, so that the paper can assist statical agencies that seek a practical SDC approach.

        졸-겔법에 의한 나노크기 Au 미립자 분산 TiO<sub>2</sub> 박막의 특성

        Nano-size Au particle doped $TiO_2$ films were prepared with $Ti(OC_3H_7^i)_4$, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP), $HAuCl_4$ and $C_3H_7OH$ etc. by sol-gel method. $TiO_2$ gel films were obtained by the dip-coating method on the $SiO_2$ glass substrates, and then heat-treated at $700^{\circ}C$ for 10 min. The thickness of $TiO_2$ films were $0.7\~1.8\;{\mu}m$. It was found that the thickness of films prepared from PVP containing solution was about $2\~8$ times higher values than that of thin films without PVP. The size of Au particles doped in the films were about $350\~750\;nm$. Nano-size Au particle dispersed $TiO_2$ films showed high absorption peak at visible region 450nm, which made them good candidates for non-linear optical materials and photo-catalytic materials. The contact angle of $TiO_2$ film for water was $12.5^{\circ}$, and therefore it is clear that $TiO_2$ films have very high hydrophilic properties and the self-cleaning effects.

        갈색 느티만가닥버섯 추출물의 부위별 항산화 활성

        본 연구에서는 기능성 식의약품 소재로써 갈색 느티만가닥버섯(Hypsizygus marmoreus)의 이용 가능성을 조사하기 위해 갈색 느티만가닥버섯의 부위별, 추출 용매별 항산화 활성을 조사하였다. 열수 추출물 갓과 대의 총 폴리페놀 함량은 17.15±0.19 mg GAE/g과 7.37±0.16 mg GAE/g이었으며 에탄올 추출물 갓과 대의 총 폴리페놀 함량은 각각 10.23±0.14 mg GAE/g과 3.76.±0.19 mg GAE/g으로 에탄올 추출물에 비해 열수 추출물의 폴리페놀 함량이 높게 나타났고 대에 비해 갓의 폴리페놀 함량이 높게 나타났다. 또한 갈색 느티만가닥버섯 추출물의 DPPH, ABTS, ORAC 지수, 환원력도 10 mg/ml의 농도에서 에탄올 추출물에 비해 열수 추출물에서 높게 나타났고 대에 비해 갓에서 높게 나타났으며 흰색 느티만가닥버섯에 비해 갈색 느티만가닥버섯의 총 폴리페놀 함량, DPPH, ORAC 지수, 환원력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 추출물의 세포독성은 WST-1 assay (4-[3-(4-iodophenyl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)-2H-5-tetrazolio]-1,3-benzene disulphonate)를 이용하여 열수 추출물의 처리 농도에 따른 대식세포주 RAW 264.7의 세포 생존율로 확인하였으며 갈색 느티만가닥버섯 열수 추출물 처리구에서 대식세포주 RAW 264.7의 세포 생존율이 증가하였기 때문에 세포독성은 없는 것으로 판단된다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 느티만가닥버섯은 품종에 따라 항산화 활성에 차이가 있고, 갈색 느티만가닥버섯은 다른 버섯보다 항산화 활성이 높기 때문에 기능성 식의약품 소재로서 이용 가능성이 있다고 판단된다. This study was carried out to evaluate potential of Hypsizygus marmoreus (brown cultivar) as a functional food and drug materials. H. marmoreus were divided into pileus and stipe and extracted in hot water and 80% ethanol. The total polyphenol content was highest in the hot water extracts (pileus 17.15±0.19 mg of GAE g, stipe 7.37±0.16 mg of GAE/g) and pileus compared to the ethanol extracts (pileus 10.23±0.14 mg of GAE/g, stipe 3.76.±0.19 mg of GAE/g) and stipe. Also, hot water extracts of pileus from H. marmoreus (brown cultivar) was more effective DPPH, ABTS, ORAC value, reducing power than ethanol extracts and stipe extracts. The pileus and stipe extracts were confirmed to be non-cytotoxic in the mouse macrophage cell line RAW 264.7 determined by WST-1 (4-[3-(4-iodophenyl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)-2H-5-tetrazolio]-1,3-benzene disulphonate) assay. Overall, extracts of H. marmoreus (brown cultivar) was higher antioxidant activity than other mushrooms, and no cytotoxicity. Therefore, H. marmoreus (brown cultivar) showed potential as a functional food and drug materials. The brown cultivar of H. marmoreus have higher antioxidant activity than white cultivar, H. marmoreus seem to have different antioxidant activity depending on the cultivar.

        실손형 민간보험의 비급여 보장축소가 한방의료이용에 미친 영향

        Objective : Private health insurance coverage in Korean medicine has been reduced since October 2009 for preventing unnecessary utilization. The aim of this study is to identify how private health insurance coverage reduction affects on the Korean medicine utilization. Method : We analyzed the Korea Health Panel data from 2008 to 2012. Panel negative binominal regression model was used to analyze the relationship between private health insurance coverage reduction and utilization of outpatient service. Panel tobit regression analysis was used to identify the relationship between private health insurance coverage reduction and health expenditure of outpatient service. Results : Private health insurance coverage reduction significantly dropped both utilization and health expenditure of outpatient service by 9%, 9.22% respectively. In addition, therapeutic utilization significantly decreased up to 10%. Conclusion : Private health insurance coverage reduction seems to have an effect to reduce both utilization and the health expenditure of Korean medicine outpatient service. This effect was more noticeable in the therapeutic utilization. Thus, more elaborate policy will be needed to prevent unnecessary utilization of Korean medicine.
