구조적 토픽모델을 이용한 품질경영분야 연구동향 분석

본 연구는 구조적 토픽 모델을 이용하여 2013년부터 2022년까지 수행된 국내 품질경영 관련 연구의 연구 패턴과 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 수집된 논문 데이터를 바탕으로 구조적 토픽 모델과 회귀분석을 적용하여 연구 패턴과 연구 동향을 분석하고, 모듈화 알고리즘을 적용하여 토픽 네트워크의 커뮤니티를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구조적 토픽 모델을 적용한 연구결과에 따르면 품질경영 분야의 연구동향은 20개 토픽을 구성하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로세스 개선 토픽과 고객 만족도 토픽은 연구 비중이 감소하는 추세에 있는 cold topic으로 분석되었고, 데이터 분석 토픽과 예측 모델 토픽은 연구비중이 증가하는 추세에 있는 hot topic으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 토픽 네트워크에 대한 커뮤니티 분석결과에 따르면 연구동향을 구성하는 20개 토픽은 7개의 커뮤니티를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구자들에게 품질경영 분야 연구동향을 파악하고 연구방향을 탐색하여 추세를 예측하는데 도움을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. This study analyzed the research patterns and trends of domestic quality management-related research conducted from 2013 to 2022 using the structural topic model. Based on the collected paper data, we applied structural topic model and regression analysis to analyze research patterns and research trends, and applied a modularity algorithm to analyze the community of the topic network. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, according to research results applying the structural topic model, research trends in the quality management field were found to consist of 20 topics. Second, the process improvement topic and customer satisfaction topic were analyzed as cold topics with a decreasing research proportion, while the data analysis topic and prediction model topic were analyzed as hot topics with an increasing research proportion. Third, according to the results of community analysis of the topic network, the 20 topics that make up the research trend were found to form 7 communities. This study is expected to provide researchers with help in predicting trends by identifying research trends and exploring research directions in the field of quality management.

항공편과 승객의 흐름을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 디지털 시스템에 대한 의존도 증가와 승객용 기내 와이파이 서비스 등으 로 인해 민간항공의 사이버 보안 취약성은 매년 증가하고 있는데 비해 공항에 대한 무장 공격, 항공기에 폭발물 설치 및 납치와 같은 전통적인 테러에 맞춰 마련된 항공보안 관련 국제협약은 사이버 위협에 직접적으로 적용하기 어렵다는 문제를 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 민간항공에 대한 사이버 공격의 예방 및 기소와 관련된 국제협약의 적정성을 검토한 후, 사이버 위협 대응을 위한 기존 국제협약 체계, 잠재적 차이 해석 등을 중점적으로 분석하여 민간항공의 안전을 위협하는 불법방해행위로부터 중요정보 및 시스템을 보호하는 항공 사이버 보안 국제표준 마련 및 이행 촉진을 강조하고자 한다.

Evaluation of Classification Algorithm Performance of Sentiment Analysis Using Entropy Score

다양한 온라인 고객 평가 및 소셜 미디어 정보는 고객의 의사결정에 영향을 미치기 때문에 기업에게 매우 중요한 정보 출처라고 할 수 있다. 설문 조사를 통해 고객의 다양한 요구와 불만 사항을 파악하는 데는 많은 비용과 시간적인 제약이 발생하고 있다. 온라인 쇼핑몰의 고객 후기 데이터는 제품에 대한 고객들의 감성을 분석할 수 있는 이상적인 자료를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 삼성과 애플 스마폰에 대한 감성분석을 위해 아마존 쇼핑몰로부터 고객 리뷰 데이터를 수집하였다. 선행 연구에서 대표적인 감성분석 기법으로 사용된 5가지 분류 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 5가지 분류알고리즘은 support vector machines, bagging, random forest, classification or regression tree, maximum entropy 등이다. 본 연구에서는 분류 알고리즘의 수행도를 종합적으로 평가할 수 있는 entropy score를 제안하였다. Entropy score를 이용하여 5가지 알고리즘을 평가한 결과에 따르면 support vector machines 알고리즘의 entropy score가 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다. Online customer evaluations and social media information among a variety of information sources are critical for businesses as it influences the customer's decision making. There are limitations on the time and money that the survey will ask to identify a variety of customers' needs and complaints. The customer review data at online shopping malls provide the ideal data sources for analyzing customer sentiment about their products. In this study, we collected product reviews data on the smartphone of Samsung and Apple from Amazon. We applied five classification algorithms which are used as representative sentiment analysis techniques in previous studies. The five algorithms are based on support vector machines, bagging, random forest, classification or regression tree and maximum entropy. In this study, we proposed entropy score which can comprehensively evaluate the performance of classification algorithm. As a result of evaluating five algorithms using an entropy score, the SVMs algorithm's entropy score was ranked highest.

항공화물의 보안 공급망 체계 강화 연구 - 등록대리점(Regulated Agent) 제도 법적 도입을 중심으로 -

The deterioration of operational efficiency due to the increase of air cargo and the difficulty of perfect security search for all air cargoes led International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) and major countries to introduce the “Known consignor” system and “Regulated agent” system. Therefore, major countries such as the United States and Europe systematically introduce the above system. In this paper, the analysis betwwen international standards of the security supply chain and the air cargo security systems of major countries will perform comparatively. Then, I would like to emphasize the necessity of introducing a legal basis for the establishment of the supply chain system, and the urgent introduction of the “Regulated agent” system. As a result, major countries such as the United States and Europe have systematically introduced and operated the above system, but in Korea, only the ‘Known consignor’ system is being introduced and operated due to the lack of understanding by the government and the industry, and even this has caused excessive demand for shippers and economic logic. Accordingly, the necessity for introducing a segregated system of ‘Known consignor’-‘Regulated agents’ through the establishment of latter’s definitions and the segmentation of eligibility criteria was raised. Therefore, it has drawn practical implications of improving the dual cargo security system of the Known consignor and Regulated agents to strengthen the mutual surveillance system in the existing domestic air cargo security system. In addition, it has academic significance that it raised the need to establish an air cargo supply chain that was not covered in the existing domestic research. 항공화물 증가에 따른 화물 처리 프로세스의 신속성 저하와 전체 항공화물에 대한 완벽한 보안검색의 어려움은 국제민간항공기구(ICAO) 및 주요 국가들로 하여금 화물에 대한 직접적인 보안검색을 대체할 수 있는 방법으로 상용화주(Known Consignor) 제도와 등록대리점(Regulated Agent) 제도를 도입하여 운영하게 되는 계기가 되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 보안 공급망의 국제기준, 주요국의 항공화물 보안체계를 비교법적으로 분석한 후 보안 공급망 체계 수립에 관한 법적 근거 제정의 필요성을 제기하고 등록대리점 제도의 법적 도입이 시급함을 강조하고자 한다. 연구결과 미국, 유럽 등 주요국에서는 위 제도를 체계적으로 도입하여 운영하고 있으나, 우리나라의 경우 정부와 업계의 이해 부족으로 상용화주 제도만을 도입․운영 중에 있고, 이마저도 화주에대한 과다한 기준 요구와 경제논리에 따라 사용자로부터 외면당하고 있는 실정으로 등록대리점 정의 신설 및 자격기준 세분화 등을 통한 상용화주-등록대리점의 이원화된 제도 도입에 대한 필요성이 제기되었다. 따라서, 기존 일원화된 국내 항공화물보안체계에 상호감시체계를 강화하기 위한 정부의 상용화주및 등록대리점의 이원화된 화물보안체계 개선이라는 실무적 시사점을 도출하였으며, 기존 국내 연구에서는 다뤄지지 않았던 항공화물 공급망 구축에 대한 필요성을 제기하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있다.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 설문조사 및 분석

Today''s database system needs to collect huge amount of questionnaire that results from development of the information technology by the internet, so it has to be administrable. However, there are many difficulties concerned with finding analytic data or useful information in the high capacity-database. Data mining can solve these problems and utilize the database. Questionnaire analysis that uses data mining has drawn relevant patterns that did not look or was tended to overlook before. These patterns can be applied by a new business rule. The purpose of this research is to analyze the questionnaire results and to present the result that can help to make decision easily with data mining. Recognition and analysis about these techniques of data mining show suitable type of questionnaire survey. This research focus on the form of present composition and the model of suitable questionnaire to analyze the type of it. Also, the comparison between the actual questionnaire result and the conventional statistical analysis is examined.

국제항공화물 공급망 보안 강화를 위한 보안과 세관의 협조체계 구축방안에 관한 연구

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) emphasize securing supply chain security through mutual cooperation between aviation security and customs by establishing a standardized security system by regulations, procedures and practices of international air cargo. Accordingly, in accordance with the Aviation Security Act, the known consignors system aims to secure cargo security before loading air cargo into the aircraft, while the customs AEO system is a public-private cooperation program that focuses on simplification of customs clearance procedures. These systems basically have the same purpose of effectively identifying high-risk cargo through a risk-based approach in international air cargo transportation and preventing risks in advance, and the content that a common basic standard for cargo security must be established is also similar. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a cooperation system by simplifying problems such as cumbersome and redundant authentication procedures and on-site verification through coordination of security requirements for mutual recognition between the two systems. As a result, it is necessary to establish a process for coordinating security and customs' supply chain security program and maximize the effect of harmonizing supply chain security by strengthening the linkage between known consignors and AEO.

원스톱 보안(One-Stop Security) 도입을 통한항공화물 공급망 보안체계 강화 연구 - ICAO 국제기준 및 EU 사례를 중심으로 -

Cost reduction and equality by exempting re-scanning of passengers, baggage and cargosecured from the first airport of departure, mainly in the European Union/European Economic Area(EU/EEA), Switzerland, etc. One-Stop Security(OSS) is being promoted to maintain the level of security while increasing speed and convenience, and movement is expected to expand worldwide. Therefore, this paper establishes the basic concept of OSS through a literature review of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices(SARPs), and analyzes the actual conditions of OSS implementation in major countries such as the United States and the EU. It is intended to present the political, economic benefits for Korea and highlight the urgency of implementing the OSS system in the aviation industry including the cargo sector. Therefore, the practical implications of strengthening international cooperation through the expansion of government and airport operators OSS implementation to overcome the resource shortage problem of the existing national air cargo security system and to strengthen the status as a global aviation powerhouse were drawn up. There is academic significance that it raised the need for effective implementation of OSS, which was not previously covered.

항공기내 불법방해행위 대응 체계 및 처리 절차 개선 방향 연구

최근 비행중인 항공기 내에서 승객이 항공사 객실승무원을 폭행한 사건으로 항공기 내의 난동이 사회적 관심사로 떠올랐다. 흡연 · 폭언 등 소란행위, 음주 후 위해행위, 성희롱이나 성추행, 폭행 · 협박 등 승무원의 정당한 업무 집행을 방해하거나 승무원과 탑승객의 안전한 운항이나 여행을 위협하는 일체의 행위인 기내 난동(Air Rage)은 항상 존재했지만 최근 들어 정도를 넘어서고 있는 실정이다. 기내난동처럼 항공기내 불법행위가 계속 생기는 원인은 무엇일까? 우리나라의 경우 기내난동이 급격하게 증가함에 따라 이에 대한 대책으로 단지 처벌 형량강화에 초점이 맞춰져 있어 사후적인 조치에만 국한되고, 사전적인 탑승 거절이라든지 현장에서의 항공보안업무를 책임지고 있는 승무원들에게 보다 명확한 보안활동에 대한 적극적 대응을 가능하게 하는 실체적이고 근본적인 문제해결에 있어서는 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이러한 배경에서 국내·외적으로 급증하고 있는 기내불법 방해행위에 대비하여 국가 및 항공사의 예방적 관리프로그램부터 사건 발생 이후 체포한 불법 행위자 인도 및 사법처리 과정을 아우르는 적극적이고 실효성이 있는 항공기내 난동승객 대응 및 처리절차 수립이 매우 중요한 시기이다. 그 결과적으로 이 연구는 기내불법 방해행위 발생시 신속하고 효율적인 대응을 하기 위한 항공기내보안요원 등의 전문성 강화 및 인수인계 범위 확정 등 처리 절차에 대한 명확한 방향제시 등 법적 뒷받침을 통해 기내난동 감소 등 항공보안 사고를 예방하고, 항공보안감독관 및 보안검색요원 등을 포함한 항공사법경찰대 창설을 제안하여 보다 전문적인 관리가 필요함을 역설하고자 한다.
