        High through screening(HTS)를 이용한 백서(白鼠)의 비장세포(脾臟細胞)에서의 IL-5 분비 조절 한약물(韓藥物) Screening

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Asthma is considered to be an inflammatory disease characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness and Pulmonary eosinophilia. And it is known the structure and function of IL-5, its receptor and the mechnism IL-5 triggered eosinophil accumulation and inflammaion of the airways. At this point of view, we assume which oriental materia medics can the splenocyte inhibit from secreting the IL-S in vitro. Material and Methosds: We used the splenocyte of mouse 8 weeks after its birth, and then cnltivated those into the 2 experimental groups and control group for 48 hours. The culture medium of experimental groups were made of $1{\mu}g/ml,\;10{\mu}g/ml$, oriental materia medics, representative. And the culture media of control group was given no oriental materia medica. Then, we assayed the quantity of cytokine-expression by the Sandwich ELISA. The quantifies of cytokine-expression of the experimental groups were compared with that of the control group which was standardized These method were used for the all of oriental materia medica treated. Results: In this study, we demonstrated that 12 oriental materia medica that inhibit the splenocyte from secreting the IL-5 in both $1{\mu}g/ml,\;and\;10{\mu}g/ml$ culture media. Those were Equiseti Herbs, Sophorae Subprostratae Radix, Moutan Radicis Cortex. Trichosanthis Radix, Buddleiae Flos. Cyperi Rhizoma. Benincasae Semen, Armeniacae Semen. Zedoariae Rhizoma, Astragali Semen, Dolichoris Semen. Lilii Bulbus, Asparagi Radix, Atractylodes Rhizoma White, Polygonati Officinallis Rhizoma. Conculusions: These findinga indicate that some oriental materia medica, specially Antipyretics, Herbs for Resolving Phlegm, Relieving Cough and Calming Wheezing and Herbs for Tonifring and Invigorating effects inhibit the splenocyte from secreting the IL-5. And further study experimented in vivo is needed for treating IL-5-driven inflammatory disease including asthma.

        지난 20년간의 앙코르유적 보호를 위한 국제사회의 노력 - 도쿄선언, 파리선언, 앙코르선언에 대한 분석을 통해서 -

        The international community has been collaborated for the preservation of Angkor site in the last twenty years. This case which is the heritage conservation through cooperation is an exemplary instance for developing countries and warring nations. For this study, we analyze each of declarations that is adopted through three intergovernmental conferences for the preservation of Angkor and study how the policies of the conservation work. Tokyo Declaration at 1993 is included a pledge of the cooperation from all the countries of the world and an emergency measure and an advice of the policy for conservation on Angkor. Paris Declaration at 2003 is mentioned that the emergency measure for last ten years is effective for conservation of Angkor and emphasized the necessity of practical use of heritage like sustainable development and ethical sightseeing. Angkor Declaration at 2013 assures exertions of last 20 years and convinces that all of activities about Angkor is a commendable precedent to another World Heritages in danger. And it is mentioned a practical use of heritage which is more crucial and new conservation of Angkor.

        봉독(蜂毒)이 Lipopolisaccharide로 유발된 Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease 병태(病態) Model에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the protective effects of bee venom on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods : In this study, LPS was administrated to Balb/c mice to induce a disease that resembles COPD. 2 hr prior to LPS administration, mice were treated with bee venom via an intraperitoneal injection. Total cell number and neutrophils number in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were counted and pro-inflammatory cytokines were also measured. For histologic analysis, periodic acid Schiff (PAS) and hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stains were evaluated. Proliferating cell nuclear antigens (PCNA) were also assessed by immunohistochemistry. Results : On 7 days after LPS stimulation, influx of neutrophils significantly decreased in the bee venom group, compared with the COPD group. In addition, TNF-a and IL-6 levels decreased in bee venom group. Histological results also demonstrated the attenuation effect of bee venom on LPS-induced lung inflammation. Conclusions : These data suggest that bee venom has protective effects on LPS-induced lung inflammation. Therefore, bee venom may represent a novel therapeutic agent for lung inflammation and in particular for COPD.

        프레아피투 사원 평면도 복원을 통한 유구 간 상관관계 고찰 -앙코르 유적 "프레아피투 사원" 연구 (1)-

        We surveyed Preah Pithu monument group site in Angkor. We made the map of present condition throughout the actual measurement and 3D scan. And we restored the floor plan, and completed the map of site placement. During this processing, we confirmed the middle axis of temples and studied the relation of temples and made clear the order of sites. Throughout this studying, we verified the middle axis of sites is not matched in Preah Pithu monument group. It is different aspect comparing with general Khmer religion architectures which were built with the planification belonging to strong royal authority and shared main axis through whole sites. In other words, we can estimate that Preah Pithu monument group was not built with planification rather than expanded as occasional demand during the process of actual use.

        자장 구조 변화에 따른 High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering (HIPIMS)에서 Al-doped ZnO 박막 증착 특성

        Abstract In this study characteristics of Al-doped ZnO thin film by HIPIMS (High power impulse sputtering) are discussed. Deposition speed of HIPIMS with conventional balanced magnetic field is measured at about 3 nm/min, which is 30% of that of conventional RF sputtering process with the same working pressure. To generate additional magnetic flux and increase sputtering speed, electromagnetic coil is mounted at the back side of target. Under unbalanced magnetic flux from electromagnet with 1.5A coil current, deposition speed of AZO thin film is increased from 3 nm/min to 4.4 nm/min. This new value originates from the decline of particles near target surface due to the local magnetic flux going toward substrate from electromagnet. AZO film sputtered by HIPIMS process shows very smooth and dense film surface for which surface roughness is measured from 0.4 nm to 1 nm. There are no voids or defects in morphology of AZO films with varying of magnetic field. When coil current is increased from 0A to 1A, transmittance of AZO thin film decreases from 80% to 77%. Specific resistance is measured at about $2.9{\times}10-2\Omega{\cdot}cm$. AZO film shows C-axis oriented structure and its grain size is calculated at about 5.3 nm, which is lower than grain size in conventional sputtering.

        광 버스트 스위칭 네트워크에서의 버스트 어셈블리의 성능 비교 및 분석

        광 버스트 스위칭 (Optical Burst Switching) 기술은 IP/WDM 네트워크를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 솔루션으로서 활발한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 광 버스트 스위칭 기술의 특징은 광 도메인 내에서의 투명한 광 데이터의 전송을 위하여 자기 유사성을 가지는 IP 트래픽을 데이터 버스트 단위로 어셈블하고 Offset Time과 Delayed Reservation을 이용한다는 것이다. 특히, IP 트래픽을 데이터 버스트로 어셈블 하는 버스트 어셈블리는 광 버스트스위칭 네트워크의 성능에 지대한 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 세 가지 방식의 버스트 어셈블리에 대한 성능 평가를 수행하고 각 방식이 광 버스트 스위칭 네트워크 성능에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석한다. Optical Burst Switching (OBS) technology has drawn much attention as a promising solution for IP/WDM networks. OBS has the features such as the offset time, the delayed reservation and the burst assembly. In particular, the burst assembly, which assembles IP packets into the data bursts, has a great impact on the performance of OBS network. In this paper, we compare the performance of three different burst assembly schemes and investigate their impact on the performance of OBS network.

      • 무선센서망을 위한 집적화된 칩안테나 해석

        본 논문은 무선센서망을 위해 집적화된 칩안테나의 적합한 설계방법을 제시한다. 또한 이 논문은 M.Bartek의 해석방법으로부터 반사손실 RL의 결과를 비교하여 해의 정확성을 입증하였다. 따라, 이 논문에서 제시된 전송선 해석방법은 M. Bartek의 방법을 향상시켰다. 칩안테나를 설계하기 위하여 HRS(High Resistivity Silicon)와 Coming Pyrex glass인 웨이퍼를 선택하였다. 설계된 칩안테나의 중심주파수는 6GHz에서 동착할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 약 35MHz의 편차를 확인하였다. 결과적으로 Pyrex glass 보다는 HRS 웨이퍼를 사용할 때 정확한 결과를 구할 수 있었다. In this paper, an analysis of chip-size antennas with integrated circuits in a wireless sensor networks has suggested. Also, we demonstrate accuracy comparing the results of the return loss RL from M. Bartek's analytical method[l]. Therefore, the method of transmission line suggested in this paper is advanced than M. Bartek's method. For design of the chip-size antenna, we selected the Corning Pyrex glass and HRS(High Resistivity Silicon) substrates. we designed chip-size antennas that will be able to operate at the central frequency 6GHz. Also, we verified the deviation value about 35MHz. Therefore, the chip-size antennas on HRS substrate have better results when compared to antennas on Pyrex glass substrate.

        초등 교사의 통합적 관점에서 본 체육교육

        이 연구는 초등학교 교사들이 인식하고 있는 초등교육의 특성과 전문성 속에서 체육교과교육에서 나타나는 문제점의 근본적인 원인을 다시 찾아보고 초등체육교과교육의 문제해결방법을 좀 더 다양하게 모색해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 2006년 6월부터 9월까지 초등교사 6명을 대상으로 1:1 개인 심층면담과 2인 이상이 참여하는 집단면담, 문서자료를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 사례기록과 귀납적 범주 분석 방법을 통해 이루어졌고 자료의 수집 및 분석과정에서 구성원간 검토와 동료간 협의를 통해 자료의 진실성을 확보하고자 하였다. 초등교사들이 인식하는 체육교과교육의 특성으로는 교육과 체육교육의 목적의 합일성, 초등교사로써의 역할, 초등체육교사로써의 역할로 범주화 되었다. This study was to reconsider the elementary physical education through the viewpoint on characteristic and expertise of elementary school teachers also to find the various ways for the promote expertise of elementary physical education. For this purpose, 1:1 individual in-depth interviews, group interviews involving more than 2 people, and documentary data on six elementary school teachers were done to gather the data from June to September of 2006. The collected data was analyzed using case records and inductive category analysis, and also evaluation between the members and peer and professional consultation were done to raise the credibility of this study. The results were as follows: The characteristics of physical education as elementary school teachers perceived were categorized into the goal of physical education, the role of elementary school teachers, the role of elementary school teachers who teach physical education. The participants of this study recognized the goal of physical education to actualize the goal of elementary education as educational material, so through the physical education, teachers put importance on the basics/basis of life education, and also they expected for the children to enjoy the physical education activities both in class times and everyday life naturally. These sorts of recognition can be interpreted that educational objectives of elementary physical education is significantly different from secondary physical education`s. In addition, teachers thought the importance of the skill on physical education. but they thought it`s more important that integrating viewpoint with extensive experience and subject characteristic.
