GSM1900 기지국용 일체형 2-Way Isohybrid의 개발

본 연구에서는 GSM1900 주파수 대역을 위한 이동통신 기지국용 Isohybrid를 개발함으로써 시스템의 효율을 증가시켰으며 제품의 소형화 및 안정된 특성을 구현하였다. 결과로서 각각 Chip coupler type과 Hybrid coupler type의 Isohybrid transmitter combiner를 설계 및 제작하였고 Insertion loss는 Chip coupler type Isohybrid의 경우에 $3.29\;dB{\sim}3.47\;dB$로 측정되었으며 Hybrid coupler type의 경우에는 $3.17\;dB{\sim}3.42\;dB$로 측정되어 3.5 dB 미만을 만족하였다. ANT단과 Port단 사이의 Isolation은 Chip coupler type Isohybrid의 경우에 $24.23\;dB{\sim}29.98\;dB$로 측정되었으며 Hybrid coupler type의 경우에는 $26.28\;dB{\sim}36.91\;dB$로 측정되어 23 dB 이상의 우수한 특성을 확인하였다. Total efficiency of transmitter system was improved by developing combinational 2-Way Isohybrid for GSM1900 base station in this paper. The size of product was decreased and the characteristics were stabilized. The isohybrid transmitter combiner of chip coupler type and hybrid coupler type were designed and fabricated. Insertion loss for chip coupler type isohybrid was $3.17\;dB{\sim}3.47\;dB$. On the other hand, insertion loss for hybrid coupler type was $3.17\;dB{\sim}3.42\;dB$. Isolations between ANT and port were $24.23\;dB{\sim}29.98\;dB$ in case of chip coupler type Isohybrid and were $26.28\;dB{\sim}36.91\;dB$ in case of hybrid coupler type, respectively.

Hyangga, the Korean classical poetry of Shilla dynasty, holds high poetic lyricism and excellent aesthetic value. So, hyangga has been sung and parodied beyond time and space by many Korean. Especially, such Poets as Jungjoo Suh, Heejin Park, Jechun Park, and Suksan Yoon transformed hyangga -Ch`oˇyong-ga, Jemangmae-ga, Dosol-ga, Woˇnwangsaeng-ga, Ujoˇk-ga into modern poetry, and obtained excellent results. This study focused on two points. One is how those poets received and succeeded the tradition of hyangga. Another is what the significance and results of the transformation is. Those poetry were some success in the modernization and reinterpretaion of the hyangga`s tradition. Some of them is an admirable writings, and its literariness is very high. But they didn`t understand completely hyangga text and the context of historical and sociocultural background. Parody starts from the thorough understanding to the original work. So, the parody or transformation of hyangga should composed after complete understanding to the text and context of that.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the business strategic plans for maximizing profits of professional baseball teams in Korea. This study analyzed data of 8 professional baseball teams. Ten people, including an ex-professional baseball team executive director, a KBO member, and 8 sport marketer from each professional teams were examined. A total of 10 individual interviews were conducted.. And open questionnaire, literature review, baseball related homepage, materials from KBO seminar and meeting were utilized for this investigation. Also visiting marketing teams in each professional team were conducted. Qualitative methodology was utilized in this investigation and the interview transcripts were analyzed. The interviews were tape recorded. The results of this study showed value comparison and financial status of 8 professional teams and also explained the business strategic plans for maximizing profits of professional baseball teams in Korea.
Hybrid Segmentation을 이용한 Fingerprint Image Quality 측정 방법

본 논문은 지문 데이터베이스를 평가하는데 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 image quality를 측정하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 image quality를 측정하는 hybrid segmentation 방법을 소개하고, 다양한 지문 데이터베이스에 대해 실험한 결과를 분석한다. 개발한 방법의 객관적인 평가를 위해 NIST에서 제공하는 NFIQ 프로그램을 통해 얻은 결과와 variance와 coherence의 fusion을 이용한 hybrid segmentation 결과를 비교한다. NFIQ는 지문 영상의 품질을 정확하게 측정하지만 결과가 1~5로 세분화 되어 있지 못한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 반면 제안하는 hybrid 방법은 NFIQ보다 더 정확하고 세분화된 평가 결과를 제공한다. 두 방법에 의해 실험한 데이터베이스들을 평가한 결과, 동일한 영상에 대해 NFIQ와 hybrid segmentation의 결과가 유사하며 지문 영상의 품질을 세분화하여 측정할 수 있는 점에서 NFIQ보다 뛰어나다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this paper is to present a new measure for fingerprint image quality assessment that has a considerable effect on evaluation of fingerprint databases. This paper introduces a hybrid segmentation method for measuring an image quality and evaluates the experimental results using various fingerprint databases. This study compares the performance of the proposed hybrid segmentation using variance and coherence of fingerprints against the NIST's NFIQ program. Although NFIQ is a most widely used tool, it classifies the image quality into 5 levels. However, the proposed hybrid method is developed to be conformant to the ISO standards and accordant to human visual perception. The experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid method is able to produce finer quality measures.
