풍력 에너지는 많은 이점으로 인해서 그 사용량이 증가하고 있다. 많은 나라에서 유가 폭등과 기후의 다변화로 인해 전력 사용량이 증가하여 풍력 발전 단지 설치를 추진하고 있다. 그러나 풍력 발전기는 군 레이더 시스템의 성능을 방해하는 왜곡을 일으키는 설비이다. 풍력 발전기의 대용량화로 인해서 풍력 발전기의 크기가 커지게 되어 해안가의 풍력 발전기는 군 레이더 시스템에 군사 표적으로 오인하게 한다. 그래서 본 논문은 풍력 발전기에서 나타나는 레이더 산란 신호의 최소화를 위한 방안을 나타내었다. 구체적으로 풍력 발전기의 각 부분들의 레이더 산란 신호 최소화를 위한 방안을 나타내었다. 레이더 신호 간섭 최소화를 위한 방법은 전투기의 스텔스 디자인 개발 기술을 기반으로 하고 있다. 그러나 풍력 발전기의 레이더 산란 신호 감소를 위한 구현은 비록 전투기 스텔스 디자인 개발 기술을 기초로 하고 있지만, 현재 중요한 시도이다. 본 논문에서는 풍력 발전기의 레이더 신호 간섭을 최소화하기 위해서 다양한 기법들을 풍력 발전기에 적용하였다. 풍력 발전기의 타워 및 날개 부분에 대한 두 가지 기법 적용을 통해서 풍력 발전기의 레이더 단면적 감소 효과가 나타남을 알 수 있다. The use of wind energy is gaining importance because of its many advantages. Nations worldwide are promoting the installation of wind farms to produce electricity in an attempt to tackle climate change and increasing oil costs. But, wind turbines can generate undesired signals which disturb the performance of military radar systems. Because the current generation of on and off-shore three bladed wind turbines have radar signatures consistent with their very large physical size. So this study considers the options available for the reduction of wind turbine radar signature and presents solutions for each of the main external turbine components. The radar signature reduction approaches are based on existing technologies developed for aerospaces stealth applications. However, the realization of these for the purposes of reduction wind turbine radar signatures is a novel development, particularly in the solutions proposed. This paper is presented techniques which reduce radar signatures of wind turbine. We know that radar signatures of wind turbine reduce by using these techniques.
보행시 신발 밑창 형태가 에너지 소비 및 심박수에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 double rocker sole을 채용한 기능성(complex function double rocker sole; CDR) 신발과 negative-heel rocker sole(NR)을 채용한 신발의 보행 중 에너지 소비량을 비교하여 보행시 에너지 사용을 증가시킬 수 있는 기능성 신발에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2011년 3∼8월까지 40∼50대 중년여성 11명을 대상으로 inbody 4.0 (Biospace, Korea)로 체성분 검사와 Vmax ST(SensorMedics, USA)로 운동부하 심폐기능 검사를 실시한 후, 분당 보행에너지 소비량(walking energy cost per time; WECt)과 심박수 운동강도(Heart rate intensity; HRi) 를 산출하였다. 연구 결과, CDR신발은 NR신발에 비하여 심박수 운동강도의 통계적 유의차 없이 분당 보행에너지 소 비량과 총 칼로리 소비량이 높게 나타나, CDR신발은 동일한 운동 조건 속에서 자각적 운동강도를 증가시키지 않고 운동량을 증가시킬 수 있으므로 에너지소모량을 높이고자 하는 사람에게 적합할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of form of outsole - complex function double rocker sole(CDR) vs. negative-heel rocker sole (NR) - on energy consumption and heart rate intensity during gait. 11 women, who had no medical history on musculoskeletal disease and surgery within 3 years prior to study, were participated. The walking energy cost per time (WECt) during 35minutes, heart rate intensity, and total calorie consumption were compared by using pair t-test. The WECt and total calorie consumption were found to be significantly higher(p<.05) in CDR than NR. However, there was no difference in HRi. Based on the present study, CDR shoe may have significant implications in shoe prescription for people who want to increase energy consumption.

There are focus on graduation between layer and graduation to make a form which is hair design. It is a gradnation to express the volume and three-dimensional sense about the form. It must know Graduation’s methord which bring up hair design. Like this, it is Graduation’s methord recoghniged as a mean of oart media that delinver semces and idea. In addition, it does not place a limit on only a mean of form, but it self as a formativitive cut is acknowledged as a work. A varielty of Graduation’s methord by providing the source of unlimited inspiration to Graduation’s onethord. Consequentyuly, if more many studies on this Graduation’s methord are in continuous swing, the Graduation’s methord will seem to contribute to the present hairdresssing industry to same extent.

The government make a mandatory to submit a decommissioning plan to the regulatory body as decide to decommissioning of the GORI 1 NPP. The decommissioning plan requires various kinds of expert knowledge. But it has not been developed yet. This paper proposes a new type of a decommissioning decision-making support model that can evaluate the main factors based on quantitative and qualitative data for decommissioning a full life-cycle reactor. The proposed model is a technology that can trace the change in dismantling costs and a change history of dismantling methods following a decommissioning regulatory changes as a model combined a decommissioning engineering system and requirement engineering. The model will be showed an advanced knowledge base as linked with laws and an important factors for decommissioning of a NPP.
