        사상체질에 따른 영양소 섭취 실태에 관한 연구

        1. Objectives This study was carried our to investigate the actual nutrient intake based on Sasang Constitution. 2. Subjects and Methods This study was performed with 984 adults(292 males, 692 females) aged 40 to 69, diagnosed of their Sasang constitution(1 Taeyangin, 242 Soyangin, 492 Taeumin, 249 Soeumin). Data was collected using the Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. The daily mean nutrient intake and the index for evaluation of quality of nutrient intake were investigated and compared among three constitutional groups(Soyangin, Taeumin, Soeumin) 3. Results and Conclusions The comparisons of the daily mean nutrient intake and the index for evaluation of quality of nutrient intake among three constitutional groups were as followings. (1) In male, the daily mean fat-intake of Taeumin was significantly more than that of Soeumin. In the ratio of car bohydrate-intake in total calorie, Soemuin was significantly higher than the other two groups, and in the ratio of fat-intake lower. %RDA of vitamin B was significantly different among groups. (2) In female, the daily mean fat-intake of Soyangin was significantly more than that of Soeumin. In the ratio of carbohydrate-intake in total calorie, Soemuin was significantly higher than Soyangin, and in the ratio of protein and fat-intake lower. In INQ of protein, Soyangin was significantly higher than Soeumin.

        E.T.A. Hoffmann 의 『모래요정 der Sandmann』 에 나타난 현실인식의 문제

        In der vorliegenden Abhandlung wurde versucht, anhand einer Ahalyse der Erza¨hlung 『Sandmann』 die besondere Art der Wirklichkeitserkenntnis und der Wirklichkeitsdarstellung bei E. T. A. Hoffmann zu beschreiben. Zuna¨chst wird darauf eingewiesen, daß E. T. A. Hoffmanns Wirklichkeitsanschauung sich von derjenigen der anderen Romantiker unterscheidet. Diese ignorieren die a¨ußere welt weitgehend, wa¨hrend Hoffmann der a¨ußeren und der inneren Welt den gleichen Daseinswert beimißt. So warnt er im 「Einsiedler Serapion」 davor, sich nur der Phantasie hinzugeben, und im 『Sandmannd』 besta¨tigt er die Wirklichkeit der a¨ußeren Welt. Jedoch ha¨lt er these nicht fu¨r wichtiger als die innere Welt, aber er strebt die Verso¨hnung dieser beiden Welters an. Einen solchen Zustand bezeichnet er im 『Goldenen Topf』 als ”das Leben in der Poesie.“ Die Erza¨hlung 『der Sandmann』 ist in diesem Zusammenhang besonders aufschlußreich, weil Hoffmann der Leser hier durch seine besondere Erza¨hlweise zu der angemessenen Wirklichkeitserkenntnis fu¨hrt, die er Nathanael, dem Protagonisten des Textes, versagt hat. Im 『Sandmann』 wird na¨mlich der mißlungene Erkenntnisweg Nathanaels dargestellt. Nathanael wird vom Sandmann in die phantastische Welt eingefu¨hrt und leidet danach am Zwiespalt zwischen der a¨ußeren und seiner inneren Welt. Durch die Liebe zu Olimpia glaubt er sich von diesem Zwiespalt befreien zu ko¨nnen, denn in dieser Liebe fu¨hlt er die Einheit von beiden Welters. Aber als Nathanael schließlich erfahren muß, daß Olimpia nur eine leblose Puppe ist, da kann er diese ungeheure Wirklichkeit nicht verkraften und wird verru¨ckt. Indem Hoffmann nun den Leser dieser Geschichte nicht auf eine bestimmte Perspektive festlegt, sondern so erza¨hlt, daß der Leser selbst sich fu¨r eine Sehweise entscheiden muß, zwingt er ihn zur Auseinandersetzung mit der Frage nach der echten Wirklichkeit. Zusammenfassend kann man festellen, daß E. T. A. Hoffmann mit der Ar seines Erzahlens eine neue Perspektive auf die Wirklichkeit ersffnet, die die Verso¨hnung von Wirklichkeit und Phantasie und damit eben auch ”das Leben in der Poesie“ ermo¨glicht.

        ‘파리 오페라 무용단’은 매우 뚜렷한 개성을 가진 무용단으로 세계에서 가장 오랜 전통을 지니고 있으며 또한 그와 같은 고전적 전통을 지금까지 잘 의식하고 있다. 그러나 ‘파리’ 이외에는 잘 소개되지 않았으며 어느 의미에서는 그와 같은 사실은 활발한 국제무용계와는 거리가 멀다는 것을 의미한다. 그 무용단은 그들대로의 자만심과 자기 나름의 기준을 가지고 있으며 ‘파리’를 그들의 시비공과에 대한 유일한 심판자로 생각하고 있다. 더욱이 과거 15년 동안 그 무용단은 무한한 변천을 거듭해 왔다. Diaghileff가 생존해 있었고 그가 파리를 그의 무용활동의 본거지로 삼았을 당시 그는 많은 창조적 무용인들을 자기 주위에 끌어 들였다. 그 무용단은 Mephisto Walpurgis 밤을 제공해줄 수 있었다. 그 후 Diaghileff가 사망함으로써 Liqar가 그 무용단의 안무가이자 수석댄서이며 단장으로서 취임했고 그로 인하여 러시아풍의 무용정신이 도입되었고 Roesche의 고무적인 지도 하에서 낭만주의시대 이래 그때까지 알지 못했던 위치까지 그 무용단을 발전시켰으며 대신 공정하게 러시아와 Marius Petipa를 교환했었다.

        1.Objects of Research This research is purposed to find methods of treatment on serious diseases, through summarizing etiology, classification and treatment on serious diseases proposed in Sasang constitutional medicine 2.Methods of Research It was researched as bibliologically with Dong-mu's chief medical writings such as ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon(東醫壽世保元)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon Sasang Chobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ 3.Results and Conclusions 1. The principle of treatment in the previous medicine is to treat each disease by 'Assisting-Good Qi' and 'Removig-Bad Qi'. but The principle of treatment in Sasang Constitutional medicine is to manage incurable disease by helping 'Essential Qi of each constitution(體質正氣)' 2. Incurable disease is classified into a chronic disease by 'Nature(性氣)' and a acute disease by 'Emotion(情慾)'. Both diseases became serious through 'Noi-Ok(牢獄)' and 'Wi-Gyoung(危傾)'. A chronic disease is much in the middle years of life and become senile disease. A acute disease is much in the young years of life and make patients die young. 3. prognoses of incurable disease are different from degree of Inherent vitality(命脈實數) and term of disease. The case in which Inherent vitality is exhausted is thought that is unable to treat. 4. The prevention of incurable disease Is more important the treatment of one in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. but if incurable disease is caught, Medicine(醫藥) and management(調養) must be used together for treatment of incurable disease. Medicine is more important in the level of 'Noi-Ok(牢獄)' and management is more important in the level of 'Wi-Gyoung(危傾)'. 5. Therefore, incurable disease should be treated by method that 'Essential Qi of each constitution(體質正氣)' is recovered and declination is removed through 'controlling mind(治心) and correcting Qi(正氣), so then the state of 'Golden mean(中庸)' is reached.

        Hak-Jil has a broad sense of affection due to exgenous pathogenic factors including repeating creeping chill, fever and aversion to heat during fever, in Oriental Medicine. Hak-jil has a very fast progress and seriousness, so patients and protectors want to visiting western medicinal hospital, not oriental medicinal hospital. But, We accidentally met Soeumin man having Hak-jil and acquired good results by treatment him with Sasang Constitutional Medicinal method. This paper describe the process and contents about the way the patient was cured.

        The Clinical Study on the Body Weight Loss of Taeumin Inpatients in Stroke by Sasang Constitutional Medicinal Treatment. Purpose: It has been frequently noted that overweight and obesity have a stronger relationship to hypertension and diabetes mellitus than to the risk of stroke. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Sasang Constitutional Medicinal treatment in the stroke patients of Tae-um-in has an effect on local or general weight loss. Methods: Case-control study was applied. The experiment group is the 24 Taeumin stroke inpatients who were in hospital in Kyung-Hee Oriental Hospital from July 1, 2000 to October 1 and received Sasang Constitutional Medicinal treatment. The control group is the 13 Taeumin stroke inpatients who were in the hospital during the same period but didn't receive Sasang Constitutional Medicinal treatment. In the two groups, body weight, BMI, the skin fold(cm) of triceps, suprailiac, abdominal portion, and thigh and the circumference(cm) of wrist, biceps, triceps, and W/H ratio were compared and studied for three weeks. Results: 1. In the experiment group, there were 8 women and 15 men, 23 in total and in the control group, there were 5 women and 9 men, 14 in total. 2. From two weeks later, there was a significant decrease in the experiment group in weight loss, the ratio of loss, and BMI(p<0.05). 3. Concerned with the change in the skin fold of suprailiac portion, there was a significant decrease in each group(p<0.05). 4. Concerned with the change in the skin fold of Chunchu-Hyel portion(天樞穴), thigh and in the circumference of hip, W/H ratio, there was a significant decrease in the experiment group(p<0.05). 5. Concerned with the change in the value of Lipid Profile, GOT, and GPT, only Glucose(GLU) showed a significant decrease(p<0.05) in the experiment group(p<0.05). As Conclusion, Sasang Constitutional Medicinal treatment in the stroke patients of Tae-um-in has an effect on local or general weight loss.

        문예비평에 있어서 심리분석적인 방법의 우수성은 이미 널리 알려져 있는 사실이며 심리분석학은 여러가지 형태로 문예비평에 개입된다. 그것은 일반적인 창작과정을 설명할 수 있고 작가의 생활을 언급하면서 그 작가의 작품을 밝히는 방법을 마련해 줄 수 있고, 주어진 자료의 올바른 뜻을 파악하도록 도와 줄 수 있다. 그러므로 심리주의비평은 비평가의 사상이 그가 다루려고 하는 작가의 사상이 될 때에만 가능하다. 이러한 모든 점에 있어서 심리분석학이 완전히 규범적인 것은 아니고, 표면적으로는 이해될 수 없고 복잡한 작품도 사실에 있어서는 인간특성의 어떠한 양상들을 심오하게 연구한 것이라는 것을 설명할 수 있다. 문학작품은 어떤 특정한 동기에서 어떤 특정한 동기에 관하여 쓴 것이므로 심리분석이야말로 동기를 파헤치는 작업을 하는 학문이다. 문학에서 취급하는 좌절, 갈등, 자기기만, 백일몽 등은 바로 정신분석학에서도 취급하는 대상이 되고 있는 주제들이다. 그러나 문예비평과 정신분석학은 동일한 목적을 지향하지는 않는다. 본래 정신분석학은 신경병 또는 정신병의 진단과 치료를 목적으로 하고, 문예비평을 문학의 이해와 평가를 목적으로 한다. 이러한 차이점을 간과하지 않고 잘 파악하여 문예비평에 정신분석학을 적용할 때 문예비평의 보다 넓은 차원이 전개될 것이다.
