농업기술 - 내구성 있는 직조필름 개발로 비닐하우스 장기사용과 보온성 향상!

국내 시설원예 재배면적은 1980년대 이후로 급격히 증가했고, 시설채소 재배면적의 99%는 비닐하우스가 차지한다. 이러한 비닐하우스 재배로 채소로 사계절 생산이 가능해졌고, 국민들은 하우스에서 생산된 채소를 어느 때나 구입할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 시설채소 재배에 피복되는 연질 필름의 소재는 폴리에틸렌(PE) 필름, 에틸렌아세트산비닐(EVA) 필름, 폴리올레핀(PO) 필름 등으로 나누어지고, 이러한 열가성수지에 각종 첨가제를 추가해 보온성, 유적성, 내후성을 향상시킨다. 최근에는 연동하우스와 하우스 피복비용의 증가로 인해 내구성 있는 장기사용 필름에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다.

아공정 Al-Si 합금에서 Si 함량과 냉각속도에 따른 제이차수지상간격의 변화

In this study, we investigated the effect of the Si content on the secondary dendrite arm spacing (SDAS) of hypoeutectic Al-Si binary alloys in the range of 4~10 wt% Si. Cooling curves were measured during the solidification of the alloy cast in a step-wise mold. We compared two kinds of solidification time: the first is the total solidification time for both dendritic and eutectic growth, and the second is the solidification time for only dendritic growth. The proportional constant in the relationship between SDAS and cooling rate was estimated, as this constant represents the stability of the cast microstructure. The proportional constant decreased with the Si contents from 4 wt% to 8 wt%, and it remains relatively uniform with up to 10 wt% of Si.

신성화와 상품화의 앙상블: ‘5·18민주광장’의 사회문화적 생산과 공간의 통치

본 연구는 5·18민주화운동의 사적지 중 하나인 ‘5·18민주광장’의 사회문화적 생산과 구성, 기념행위가 매개하는 사적지를 구성하는 기념물과 행위자의 상호작용을 고찰한다. 광장의 행위자와 사물의 상호작용에 대한 탐구는 5·18이 현재 어떻게 재현되고, 도시공간과 특정 사건의 기념 행위가 어떤 관계를 맺고 있는지 드러낼 수 있다. 5·18민주광장을 구성하는 다양한 행위자들이 생산한 기념물들은 의미를 실어 나르는 상징이며 광장의 기억-경관을 구성하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 광장의 기념물들과 행위자의 상호관계를 분석함으로써 상징을 통한 정치, 5·18정신과 기억의 신성화를 탐색한다. 특히 광장의 구성 요소들 중 ‘시계탑’, ‘회화나무 소공원’, ‘민주의 종’의 조성 과정과 의미를 검토하여 신성화와 상품화를 추동하는 권력 메커니즘을 비판적으로 성찰한다. This study examines the socio-cultural production of ‘May 18 Democracy Plaza’, one of the historic sites of the May 18 Democratization Movement, and the interaction between human beings and the objects that make up the historic site mediated by commemorative acts. Exploring the interaction between actors and objects in the plaza can reveal how May 18 is currently represented and the relationship between urban space and the commemorative act of a specific event. The monuments produced by the various actors who make up the May 18th Democracy Plaza are symbols that carry meaning and constitute the memory-scape of the plaza. In this study, by analyzing the interrelationship between the monuments in the square and the actors, this article explore politics through symbols, the sanctification of the May 18 spirit and memory. In particular, it critically reflects on the power of sanctification and commercialization by examining the building process and meaning of the ‘Clock Tower’, ‘ Chinese Scholar Tree Small Park’ and ‘Democracy Bell’ among the elements of the square.

플라스틱 봉지재배가 애호박 품질 향상과 저장 연장에 미치는 효과

최근 애호박은 수확 중 표면 손상을 방지하고, 유통 기간을 연장하기 위해 PET(polyethylene terephthalte)와 PE(polyethylene)를 접합시켜 만든 플라스틱 봉지(두께 0.1㎜)를 과실에 덮어씌우는 방법이 시도되고 있다. 본 연구는 플라스틱 봉지의 피복이 애호박의 품질 향상과 유통기간 연장에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위해 수행하였다. 애호박의 플라스틱 봉지씌우기가 과실 수량과 과실 길이에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 무처리에 비해 과실 무게가 가볍고 주당 과실수가 증가하였다. 이는 봉지씌우기를 함으로써 과실 비대가 제한되어 착과 수가 늘어났기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 플라스틱 봉지씌우기는 애호박의 균일성을 높이고, 저장기간 중 과실의 감모율과 연화를 감소시켰다. 따라서 애호박의 품질을 향상시키고, 저장기간을 연장하는 수단으로 재배 중에 플라스틱 봉지씌우기가 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다. In recent years, the bagging cultivation of summer squash (Cucurbita moschata) is applied for surface protection during harvest and extension of storage period. In this study, the effect of plastic bagging cultivation of summer squash on improvement of quality and extension of storage period was investigated. The yield and the length of fruit didn't have no difference between bagging and control treatment but the bagging treatment significantly made more regular size and light weight of fruits, and increased the number of fruits because of the limitation of their growth. The bagging treatment decreased weight loss and fruit softening during the their storage. Therefore it showed effective means for quality improvement and storage extension of summer squash.

CCTV를 이용한 승객 추락 감지 시스템 도입에 관한 연구

현재 많은 역사에는 PSD (Platform Screen Door)가 설치되어 승객 선로 추락 사고를 미연에 방지하고 있다. 하지만 현재 용인 경전철에는 PSD 대신 선로에 승객이 침입하는 것을 검지하는 GIDS (Guideway Intrusion Detection System)가 설치 되어있다. 따라서 용인 경전철의 승강장 플랫폼에는 PSD 가 설치되어 있지 않음에 따라 승객 선로 추락 사고가 발생 할 우려가 있다. 또한 승객이 선로를 침입할 경우 GIDS 에 의해 열차가 비상 정차하고 이로 인해 탑승하고 있는 승객이 부상을 입을 우려가 있다. 본 논문은 승강장에 설치되어 있는 CCTV 영상을 활용하여 승강장 추락사고를 감시할 수 있는 영상 감지 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 GIDS 시스템과 상호 보완적으로 작동할 수 있으며, 승객의 선로 추락 발생 시 운영자가 쉽게 이 사실을 인지하여 즉각적인 대처를 가능하도록 하여 승객과 열차 탑승객의 생명과 안전을 보존하는데 목적이 있다. Recently many stations install PSD (Platform Screen Door) for preventing passenger from raildrop accident. However, YILRT (Yong-In Light Rail Transit) installs the GIDS (Guideway Intrusion Detection System) instead of the PSD. Therefore, the passengers run a risk of a drop accident. If they intrude the railway, trains would be emergency stopped due to GIDS. It raises the risk of injuries for boarding passengers. This paper suggests video inspection algorism for monitoring passengers. The proposed algorithm can be complementary operated with GIDS and guarantee passengers’ life & safety through easy accident recognition and immediate response in case of any accidents.

협상이론을 통한 개성공단 토지임차료 이해갈등 분석

지금까지의 북한 공간계획 또는 북한 도시계획관련 연구들이 이론적인 측면을 위주로 연구되었던 것에 비하여, 본 연구는 구체적 실물자료와 증언자료를 통한 실증연구를 진행하였다는 점에서 연구방법론적 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 남북한 협상참여자간의 구체적인 토지임차료 협상가격을 시계열적으로 정리분석하였으며, 협상관계자들의 이해갈등과 관련된 구체적인 증언들을 논거로 활용하였다. 연구결과 개성공단 토지임차료를 둘러싼 이해갈등을 협상론적인 관점에서 분석하면 다음과 같다. 1) 토지임차료를 두고 1차 협상부터 3차 협상까지의 시기는 북한측뿐만 아니라 남한측도 경성협상전략을 구사하며 가격 오도와 위협을 반복적으로 구사하였다. 2) 4차 협상부터 7차 협상까지는 남북 양측이 결과적으로 원칙협상에 공감할 수 밖에 없는 상황이 전개되면서 상호이익의 접점을 마련하였다. 3) 토지임차료 협상이 경성협상에서 원칙협상으로 바뀌게 된 데는 북한측이 시간비용을 최소화하려는 합목적적 이유가 작용하였다. 본 연구의 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 1) 북한의 개성공단 1단계 운영경험과 학습효과로 인하여, 2단계 토지임차료 협상가격은 1단계와는 전혀 다르게 남한측에 더욱 불리하게 작용될 것으로 예상되므로, 남한측은 그에 대비하여 정밀한 협상전략과 객관적 협상기준을 미리 준비해 놓을 필요가 있다. 2) 남한측 협상참여자간의 내부갈등이 재현되지 않도록, 사업추진 주체와 구조를 재정비하는 등 북한측과의 협상력을 높일 수 있는 방안이 검토되어야 한다. Negotiations between the South Korea and North Korea over the land rents of the Kaesong Industrial District are based on the following two principles: 1) Hard negotiation -> 2) Hard negotiation -> 3) Hard negotiation -> Negotiation strategy change -> 4) Principle negotiation -> 5,6) Principle negotiation -> 7) Principle negotiations. As a result, North Korea yielded 5.5 times the initial amount and South Korea yielded 2.3 times. In this way, it is summarized that both sides have resolved the sharp conflict of land rent understanding by changing from hard negotiation to principle negotiation. The reason why the negotiation strategy changed from the hard negotiations to the principle negotiations was confirmed by the case of Kaesong Industrial District that the mutually beneficial reasons for minimizing the time cost are working. Both sides’ intentions in the initial negotiation process of the Kaesong industrial District suggest that the inter-Korean economic cooperation project could proceed in a reasonably predictable way in the future.
