Back propagation 과 SOM 을 결합한 선박 연료 소모량 예측 모델 개발

선박의 연료 소모량은 운항하는 선박으로부터 계측된 데이터를 통해서 얻을 수 있다. 연료 소모량을 고려한 운항은 경제성 확보 및 CO₂ 배출량 저감과 같은 매우 큰 이득이 있다. 그러나 모든 운항 선박의 연료소모량 계측은 불가능하기 때문에 연료소모량에 대한 예측 모델을 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 선박의 연료 소모량 예측을 위해 다양한 선박 운항데이터의 Self-organization map 을 이용하여 예측 모델 데이터를 클러스터링하고 각 데이터의 기여도를 평가하였다. 그리고 그 클러스터링된 데이터를 Back propagation 기법에 적용하여 연료 소모량 예측을 위한 신경망 모델을 개발하였다.

In this paper, it is necessary to simplify the equipment 3D CAD data in ship design. A different level of detail may be needed for the three-dimensional ( 3D) computer aided design(CAD) data for equipment, depending on the purpose. Equipment supplier provide CAD data with high complexity, whereas ship designer CAD data proper low complexity. It is necessary to review simplification metric in Feature-Based 3D CAD assembly data simplification for equipment and material. Attributes in metric is analyzed with genetic algorithm. This paper presents the result of analysis.

The specific goal of the SMS (Ship Management System) is to increate ship safety and decrease maintenance fee. Equipment of ship is managed by PMS (Planned Management System), subsystem of SMS. But hull has not managed by ship manager. So, the Classes have developed the system for hull maintenance. Recently, the ship maintenance system has been developed for satisfying operator’s requirements such as managing maintenance data as integrated platform, intuitive manipulation and design for ease of use. 오픈소스 기반 빅데이터 플랫폼을 활용한 선박 운항 효율 예측 연구

In this paper, we build an open source-based big data platform using Hadoop and R in order to support ship navigation considering energy efficiency. Based on this, a regression analysis is performed on the navigation data including the external force acting on the ship and the operating condition of the ship, and a method of predicting the fuel consumption rate of the ship is suggested. Finally, we discuss the results of predicting the fuel consumption rate using the test ship operation data according to the proposed method.
해양산업 디지털전환을 위한 사이버보안 전문 인력양성 방안연구

해양산업 디지털 전환에 따른 사이버 위협이 증가함에 따라 선박 및 항만 종사자들에 대한 사이버보안 교육훈련과 전문인력양성 필요성이 증가하였다. 선원의 교육훈련은 IMO의 STCW 협약과 연관되어 교육훈련 관리 및 자격증명이 이루어져야 하고, 선박과 항만의 OT시스템 특성을 반영한 사이버보안 교육훈련 시스템 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 IMO 사이버 리스크 관리 가이드라인 기반 훈련모델 개발, 해양산업 위협의 특성 기반 사이버보안 훈련모델 개발, AR/VR 및 메타버스를 활용한 사이버보안 훈련 효과 향상을 목표로 해양산업 디지털전환에 따른 사이버보안 전문인력 양성 시스템 개발방안을 제시하였다. As cyber threats in the maritime industry increase due to the digital transformation, the needs for cyber security training for ship`s crew and port engineers has increased. The training of seafarers is related to the IMO's STCW convention, so cyber security training also managed and certified, and it is necessary to develop a cybersecurity training system that reflects the characteristics of the OT system of ships and ports. In this paper, with the goal of developing a training model based on the IMO cyber risk management guideline, developing a cyber security training model based on the characteristics of maritime industry threats, and improving the effectiveness of cyber security training using AR/VR and metaverse, A method for developing a system for nurturing cyber security experts is presented.
하둡 및 스파크 기반 빅데이터 플랫폼을 이용한 선박 운항 효율 이상 상태 분석

To reduce emissions of marine pollutants, regulations are being tightened around the world. In the shipbuilding and shipping industries, various countermeasures are being put forward. As there are limits to applying countermeasures to ships already in operation, however, it is necessary for these vessels to use energy efficiently. The sensors installed on ships typically gather a very large amount of data, and thus a big data platform is needed to manage and analyze the data. In this paper, we build a big data analysis platform based on Hadoop and Spark, and we present a method to detect abnormal ship operation using the platform. We also utilize real ship operation data to discuss the data analysis experiment.
