XML 문서의 구조검색을 위한 기존 구조정보 표현방법들은 특정 엘리먼트의 조상, 자손, 형제에 대한 구조검색을 효율적으로 지원하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 효율적인 관리와 구조검색을 위해 DTD(Document Type Definition)의 논리적 구조를 따르는 XML 문서의 구조정보 표현을 고안하고 구조정보 추출기를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 통하여 특정 엘리먼트에 직접적인 접근이 가능하도록 하고, 다양한 구조적 질의를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있도록 한다.

자본주의 대안체제 논의는 다양한 스펙트럼 상에서 있어왔지만 렷하게 합의된 개념까지 이르지 못하고 있다. 그 주된 이유는 자본주의가 시장경제와 대의제에 의해 지탱되고 있기 때문이라는 점에서 자본주의 대안체제 논의에서는 자본주의 자체뿐만아니라 자본주의를 지탱해주는 시스템으로서의 시장원리와 대의제에 대한 고려가 함께 요청된다. 본 논문에서는 자본주의 대안체제로서 ‘공선사회’(共善社會)를 제안하며 대안체제의 실현방안(실천 주체)으로서의 ‘협동조합공동체’, 작동 원리(운동 원리)로서의 ‘추첨민주주의’에 주목하여 이들이 대안체제의 기본 구성요소임을 확인함으로써 대안체제의 완성된 조감도를 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 채택한 방법론은 ‘비판’이 아닌 ‘통섭’으로, 이는 역사의 계승성을 존중하며 대안체제가 사회를 구성하는 모든 계급계층이 망라되는 협치(協治)에 의한 공동체일 것이라는 최소한의 합의에 근거하여 논의를 진행하기 때문이다. 먼저 자본주의 대안체제로서 기존 혼합체제론과 마르크스주의의 재구성을 통해 공선사회에 대해 논의하고 이러한 공선사회의 실현을 위해 주목할 수 있는 실천 주체로 ‘협동조합’을 제시한다. 협동조합에서는 조합원 1인 1표 원칙과 규정상 특정 주체에 의한 독점적 지위 점유 금지를 통하여 ‘직접 참여’와 ‘신직접민주주의’를 실현하고 있기 때문이다. 협동조합이라는 실천 주체를 근간으로 한 공선사회의 작동원리는 대의제와 신직접민주주의의 새로운 형태가 될 것이며 이들 사이에서 핵심적 역할을 하게 될 것이 바로 ‘추첨제’가 될 수 있다는 것을 제안한다. Despite wide-range debates to come up with an alternative of capitalism, no clear solution has yet come to an agreement. The main reason is that the debate on creating an alternative of capitalism requires consideration about the market principle and representative system as a system that props up capitalism, not to mention the capitalism itself, taking into account the fact that capitalism is propped up by market economy and representative system. This paper suggests ‘comm-good society’ as the alternative of capitalism, and it aims to suggest a complete view of the alternative, by focusing on ‘cooperatives’ as an approach to realize the alternative, and ‘sortition democracy’ as operative principle (motion principle), and confirming that these are the fundamental elements of the alternative system. It is because the debate is carried out based on the minimum consent that the approach that this paper takes is ‘consilience’, not ‘critique’, which respects the succession of history, and that the alternative system is a community by ‘governance’ that includes all social ranks that comprise a society. First, the focus will be put on ‘comm-good society’ through re-composition of conventional ‘mixed-system theory’ and Marxism, as the alternative of capitalism, and ‘cooperatives’ would be suggested as the exercise agent for realization of the ‘comm-good society’. It is because under cooperative society, ‘direct participation’ and ‘new direct democracy’ are realized through banning of dictatorship by 1-vote per-unionmember- principle. The principle of the ‘comm-good society’ based on the exercise agent ‘cooperatives’ would be a new form of representative system and new direct democracy, and the suggestion here would be the ‘sortition’ that would play the key role between the two.

본 논문에서는 대용량의 XML 문서를 효과적으로 저장, 관리 및 구조 기반 검색이 가능한 XML 저장관리시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. XML 저장괸리시스템은 질의 처리기 및 검색결과생성기, XML 객체관리자, XML 인덱스관리자, 구조검색엔진 등으로 구성된다. 이를 통하여 내용검색과 애트리뷰트 검색 그리고 다양한 구조 정보검색을 효율적으로 지원한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 XML 저장괸리시스템은 내용검색을 위해 BRS 검색엔진을 사용하고 데이터베이스로는 ORACLE을 사용한다. In this paper, we design and implement an XML repository system that manages XML documents and supports their structure information retrieval. It consists of a query processor, a retrieval result generator, an XML object manager, an XML index manager, and a structure retrieval engine. The implemented XML repository system can efficiently support content retrieval, attribute retrieval and various structure retrievals. We use BRS retrieval engine and ORACLE DBMS for content retrieval and to store XML documents, respectively.
