제품디자인에 있어서 유희적 표현에 관한 연구; FCB Grid 적용을 중심으로

In the field of design, amusing expressive element is one of the most widely used elements. Especially, in the field of product design, this element has been used in various way. However, not always does this element give positive influence. This research is for suggesting amusing elements by type of a product to apply it to the product design. In this research, amusing elements, that had been classified with various viewpoint by researchers through preceding research analysis, were newly re-classified into 4 factors and 11 detailed factors, and the following traits were suggested. By using FCB Grid model that is frequently used in advertisement field, types of products were classified, and amusing elements by each type was deducted. Results of a questionnaire survey of 20 design majors based on amusing elements and product types were derived through a correlation analysis between the amusing elements that appear in each type, as well as their suitability and preference. As a result, according to the involvement and Think-Feel field, there were different amusing elements. Also, there’s correlation between suitability and preference of amusing elements that appeared in each field. It is expected that this research can be used as a standard to apply proper amusing elements according to the types of products when designing products. 디자인 분야에서 유희적 표현요소는 널리 사용되는 표현 요소 중 하나이다. 특히 제품디자인의 영역에서 유희적 표현요소는 다양한 방식으로 활용되어져 왔다. 하지만 이러한 유희 요소가 항상 긍정적인 영향만을 주진 않는다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 유희 요소를 제품의 유형별로 그에 맞는 유희 요소를 제시하여 제품 디자인에 적용시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 선행 연구 분석으로 통해 연구자에 따라 다양한 관점으로 분류해 낸 유희 요소를 새롭게 네 가지 요소와 11가지 세부 요소로 재분류하고, 그에 따른 특징을 제시하였다. 광고 분야에서 주로 사용되는 FCB Grid 모델을 활용하여 제품의 유형을 분류하고 각 영역별로 나타나는 유희 요소를 도출하였다. 유희 요소와 제품 유형을 기준으로 디자인 전공자 20명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 각각의 유형에서 나타나는 유희 요소와 그에 따른 적합성, 호감도에 대한 상관관계 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 구 결과 관여도와 Think-Feel 영역에 따라 유희 요소가 다르게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 각각의 영역에서 나타나는 유희 요소의 적합성과 호감도가 서로 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 제품을 디자인하는데 있어서 각각의 제품 유형에 따라 적절한 유희 요소를 적용할 수 있는 기준으로 활용되길 기대한다.

To overcome colloidal instability of calcium phosphate nanoparticles in gene delivery, colloidally stable and endosomolytic Ca2+-based pDNA nanocomplexes (NCs) were designed by a surface coating of biocompatible polycations (PCs; low molecular weight branched polyethyleneimine [bPEI], protamine sulfate and ε-polylysine) and the addition of natural and endosomolytic ATP, respectively. Without remarkable cytotoxicity and colloidal instability, Ca2+/ATP-pDNA/bPEI1.8 kDa NCs having [bPEI1.8 kDa] = 3.6 μg showed 5.8-fold and 4.4-fold higher transfection efficiencies than bPEI25 kDa/pDNA NCs in HepG2 cells and dental pulp stem cells, respectively. In conclusion, pH-sensitive endosomolytic ATP and Ca2+-based gene complexes could be potentials as effective and safe gene delivery vectors in various cells.

The field of quinoidal molecules have been developed rapidly due to their superior electrical properties derived from more electron delocalized structure. One of the strategy for design of quinoidal molecules is the introduction of various quinoidal cores. We synthesized novel quinoidal conjugated polymers PmQEDOT-T2 and PmQEDTT-T2 including different atoms in the quinoid core through Stille polymerization. The prepared quinoidal conjugated polymers exhibited significantly different properties such as electronic, optical properties and vibronic structures. Organic field-effect transistors were fabricated using PmQEDOT-T2 and PmQEDTT-T2 polymers, the highest hole carrier mobilities of 7.1 x 10<sup>-2</sup> and 1.4 x 10<sup>-2</sup> cm<sup>2</sup>/Vs were obtained. In this study, we will explain the substitution effect of atoms on quinoidal conjugated polymers in relation to microstructural analyses and molecular packing structures of thin films as well as thermal, optical, electrical and electrochemical properties.

Histiocytic medullary reticulosis (HMR) is a malignant noeplastic process, with tumor cells belonging to the histiomonocytic line, and originally described by Scott and Robb-Smith in 1939 characterized by its acute onset, progression to death within a few months and its clinical features are fever, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, jaundice, and purpura common laboratory findings are characterized by severe anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and histologically by systemic progressive invasion of morphologically atypical histiocytes or of their precursor. 61 and 37-year-old males were admitted with camplaints of high fever and chilling sensation and were treated by cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednison and antiobiotics, but patients all died 17 and 14 days after admission due to probably sepsis and respiratory failure.

목적: 본 연구는 콘택트렌즈의 강도를 증가시키기 위해 Isoma(2-lsocyanatoethyl methacrylate)를 기존의 소프트 콘택트렌즈 재료에 첨가하여 렌즈의 물리적 특성을 측정 및 분석하고자 하였다. 방법: Isoma(2-lsocyanatoethyl methacrylate)를 첨가제로 사용하여 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 주재료인 HEMA와 개시제인 AIBN 및 교차결합제인 EGDMA를 기본조합을 제조하였다. 또한 Isoma를 1%, 5%, 10%의 비율로 첨가하여 100°C에서 1시간 열 중합하여 렌즈를 성형하였다. 제조된 시료의 인장 및 파단강도를 각각 측정한 후 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 함수율 측정결과, 첨가제의 비율이 증가됨에 따라 39.34~27.47%를 나타내었다. 파단강도 측정결과 Ref의 경우 0.12459, Isoma(2-lsocyanatoethyl methacrylate)를 1% 첨가한 경우 0.19394, 5%의 경우 0.33358 그리고 10%의 경우 0.76434로 나타나 첨가제의 비율이 증가할 수록 파단강도가 증가하는 경향이 나타났다. 결론: 본 실험결과로 볼 때 Isoma(2-lsocyanatoethyl methacrylate)의 첨가량이 증가할수록 고강도의 특징을 나타내어 고기능성 소프트콘택트렌즈 소재로 적합할 것으로 판단된다.
후두미세수술 후 양성자펌프억제제, 점액용해제, 스테로이드가 음성에 미치는 영향

Background and Objectives Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), mucolytics, and steroids were commonly recommended after phonomicrosurgery to prevent worsening of vocal fold (VF) scar formation and subglottal swelling. However, there is no consensus about whether laryngeal reflux and thick discharge are associated with the voice outcomes following phonomicrosurgery in benign VF lesions. The purpose of this study is to examine voice outcomes of use of PPIs, mucolytics,and steroids after phonomicrosurgery.Materials and Method This randomized controlled study is performed with patients undergoing laryngomicroscopic surgery for VF polyp and cyst. Participants were randomly assigned to 1) no medication, 2) PPIs, 3) PPIs+mucolytics, and 4) PPIs+mucolytics+steroids for 2 months postoperatively. Grade, roughness, breathiness, asthenia, and strain (GRBAS) scale, stroboscopic examination, aerodynamic assessment, acoustic analysis, and Voice Handicap Index-10 (VHI-10) were performed pre- and post-operatively at 2 months. Parameters were compared among four groups.Results Among 85 patients, a total of 50 patients were included. The VHI-10, perceptual and acoustic parameters improved in all groups after surgery. However, there was no significant difference in those parameters among all groups.Conclusion PPIs, mucolytics, and steroids did not significantly influence voice outcomes after phonomicrosurgery in patients with benign VF lesions.
