The trauma has been known as a major etiologic factor in temporomadibular joint disorders. The endotracheal intubation is suspected as one of the traumatic factor to temporomandibular disorder. But there are few reports about the amount of mouth opening during endotracheal intubation and temporomandibular joint disorder after endotracheal intubation. The authors studied the effects of endotracheal intubation to temporomandibular joint with 70 patients given surgical operation through general anesthesia. The results were as follows. 1. The mean amount of mouth opening for entire patients during endotracheal intubation was 26.3mm (s, d : 2.6), for oral intubation group 25.9mm(s, d : 3.2), for nasal intubation group 26.6mm(s, d : 1.9). There was no difference between two group stastically. (p<0.05) 2. 1 week later endotracheal intubation, the maximum mouth opening increased 1.5mm for entire patients, 1.5mm for oral intubation group, 1.6mm for nasal intubation group than behare endotracheal intubation. 3. Five patients complained the discomforts around temporomandibular joint after endotracheal intubation. The amount of mouth opening during endotracheal intubation was within physiologic range. It seemed that $45^{\circ}$ upward endoscopic lifting for exposure of glottis gave trauma to temporomandibular joint.

The communication environment in Korea has undergone paradigm changes centering on data and entered the era of smart convergence, making network infrastructure even more important. As a result, it is becoming increasingly important to promote information & communication construction work, which entails establishing the network infrastructure needed to support the establishment of a stable and systematic network. Therefore, this thesis has selected the policy issues to be considered for the promotion of information & communication construction work and analyzed the priority of these issues using the ANP model. The results of the analysis show that it is necessary to create a stable operation environment by improving the differentiated market environments and securing construction volume. The deduced results could contribute to the creation of a stable and systematic information & communication construction work market if they are used in the establishment of information & communication construction work policies that can cope with the changes in the communication environment in a reasonable manner.

This study is an empirical study analyzing how the impact of enterprise’s performance on personal information protection execution between the company activities for privacy protection. The importance of personal information protection execution has emerged as an essential element in the business. So, this study explores the factors that affect on performance and presents the implications for decision-making and policy instruments in the industry. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study was based on questionnaires filled in by 315 members who worked in communications company. Personal information effect performance in policy, organizational, managerial and environmental performance bohoi, performing five categories results conducted by analyzing the characteristics identified, bossPrivacy and identify the importance of the implementation of the importance of implementation.
Active Contour Model을 이용한 임의의 물체 윤곽선 추출

본 논문은 Kass가 제안한 수식을 수정했다. 첫 번째로, 물체의 내부나 외부에 초기 값을 설정할 수 있도록 하였으며, 물체의 윤곽선을 보다 빨리 쉽게 추출할 수 있고 에지가 강한 곳으로 움츠려드는 것을 개선하였다. 두 번째로 내부에너지 수식을 개선하였고, 3×3 행렬을 사용하였다. 세 번째로 에너지 항을 부과하여 한 점에 모이는 현상을 처리했고, 임계값을 사용하여 윤곽선을 정확하게 추출하도록 알고리즘을 수정하였다. 알고리즘을 수정한 결과, 초기 값을 쉽게 설정했고 높은 곡률의 물체도 추출했다. 피드백시스템을 사용하여 처리속도를 개선했다. In this paper, improved the formula of Kass. First of all, improved initial guess inside and outside of an object. So, prevent the of shrink, find more easily and faster the contour of object. Secondly, proposed the algorithm which moved to local minimum with the improvement of formula of the internal energy and 3×3 matrix. Process the noise of local minimum with use of medial filtering. In third, process the phenomenon which edge points gather one point with imposing energy to the energy term. Improve the algorithm to find the contour precisely with the use of threshold. The result of these improvements, make an initial guess easily and find the contour of objects which have higher curvature. Improve the speed of process by reducing the repetition of feedback system.
