We report the enhancement of hole injection using ozone-treated Ag nanodots dispersed on indium tin oxide anode in $Ir(ppy)_3-doped$ phosphorescent OLED. Phosphorescent OLED fabricated on Ag nanodots dispersed ITO anode showed a lower turn on voltage and higher luminescence than those of OLEDS prepared commercial ITO anode. Synchrotron x-ray scattering examination results showed that the Ag nanodots dispersed on ITO anode is amorphous structure due to low deposition temperature. It was thought that decrease of the energy barrier height as Ag nanodots changed to $AgO_x$ nanodots by surface treatment using ozone for 10 min led to enhancement of hole injection in phosphorescent OLED. Futhermore, efficient hole injection can be explained by increase of contact region between anode material and organic material through introduction of $Ag_2O$ nanodots.
박스 캐소드 스퍼터로 성장시킨 고분자 유기발광소자용 비정질 IZO 애노드 박막의 특성

Electrical, optical, surface, and structural properties of amorphous indium-zinc-oxide (a-IZO) grown by box cathode sputtering (BCS) were compared with crystalline indium-tin-oxide (c-ITO) anode films grown by conventional DC sputtering (DCS). Although x-ray diffraction plot of BCS-grown IZO film shows amorphous structure, the optical and electrical properties of a-IZO is comparable to those of c-ITO film. In particular, BCS-grown IZO films shows very smooth surface without defects such as pin hole and cracks because most of the energy of the sputtered atoms was confined in high density plasma region in box cathode gun. Furthermore polymer organic light emitting diodes (POLED) with the a-IZO anode film shows better electrical properties than that of POLED with the c-ITO anode film due to high work function and smooth surface of a-IZO. This suggested that BCS-grown a-IZO film is promising anode materials substituting conventional c-ITO anode in OLED and flexible displays.
비정질 IZO 애노드 박막을 이용한 유기물 플렉서블 디스플레이의 상온 제작

We report on the fabrication of organic-based flexible displays using an amorphous IZO anode grown at room temperature. The IZO anode films were grown by a conventional DC reactive sputtering on the polycarbonate (PC) substrate at room temperature using a synthesized IZO target in a $Ar/O_2$ ambient. Both x-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution electron microscope (HREM) examination results show that the IZO anode film grown at room temperature Is complete amorphous structure due to low substrate temperature. A sheet resistance of $35.6\Omega/\Box$, average transmittance above 90 % in visible range, and root mean spare roughness of $6\sim10.5\AA$ were obtained even in the IZO anode film grown on PC substrate at room temperature. It is shown that the $Ir(ppy)_3$ doped flexible organic light emitting diode (OLED) fabricated on the IZO anode exhibit comparable current-voltage-luminance characteristics as well as external quantum efficiency and power efficiency to OLED fabricated on conventional ITO/Glass substrate. These findings indicate that the IZO anode film grown on PC substrate is a promising anode materials for the fabrication of organic based flexible displays.
비정질 IZO 애노드를 이용한 형광 유기발광소자의 특성

We reported on characteristics of the fluorescent OLED fabricated on commercial ITO/glass and BCS grown IZO/glass substrate, respectively. The amorphous IZO anode film grown by box cathode sputtering(BCS) exhibited similar electrical and optical characteristics to commercial ITO anode even though it was deposited at room temperature. In addition, the amorphous IZO anode showed higher workfunction (5.2 eV) than that of the commercial ITO anode (5.0 eV) after ozone treatment for 10 min. Furthermore, fluorescent OLED fabricated on amorphous IZO anode film showed improved current-voltage-luminance characteristics, external quantum efficiency and power efficiency en contrast with fluorescent OLED fabricated on commercial ITO anode film. It was thought that smooth surface and high workfunction of amorphous IZO anode lead to more efficient hole injection by reduction of interface barrier height between anode and organic layers.

한약재로 이용하는 황련을 메탄올 추출하여 화랑곡나방 3령 유충, 팥바구미 성충을 대상으로 훈증활성을 실험한 결과, 화랑곡나방 유충은 2.82mg/㎠에서 처리 3일 후 90% 이상의 살충률을 보였고, 팥바구미 성충은 0.70mg/㎠에서 처리 3일 후 91% 이상의 높은 살충률을 나타냈다. 훈증독성에 따른 화랑곡나방 유충에 대한 LC<sub>50</sub>, LC<sub>80</sub>, LC<sub>90</sub> 값은 각각 138.7(g/L), 497.1(g/L), 915.7(g/L)이었으며, 팥바구미 성충에서 LC<sub>50</sub>, LC<sub>80</sub>, LC<sub>90</sub> 값은 각각 21.9(g/L), 203.6(g/L), 652.7(g/L)이었다. 따라서 황련 메탄올추출물은 저곡해충에 대한 우수한 잠재 활성을 갖는 것이 확인 되었다. Methanol extract of Coptis chinensis was tested for its fumigant activity against Plodia interpunctella larvae and Callosobruchus chinensis adult. The fumigant activity of C. chinensis extracts against P. interpunctella larvae was shown more than 90% mortality at 3 days after treatment and for C. chinensis adult the mortality was 91% at 0.70mg/㎠ with 3 days after treatment. By the fumigant toxicity test, LC<sub>50</sub>, LC<sub>80</sub> and LC<sub>90</sub> against P. interpunctella larvae were 138.7(g/L), 497.1(g/L) and 915.7(g/L), whereas LC<sub>50</sub>, LC<sub>80</sub> and LC<sub>90</sub> against C. chinensis adult were 21.9(g/L), 203.6(g/L) and 652.7(g/L), respectively. The result obtained indicated that this naturally occurring plant extract could be useful for managing populations of two stored product insects, P. interpunctella and C. chinensis.

This research investigates the relationship between spatial configuration and patterns of lend use and Locational Characteristics of classified architecture in CBDs of Seoul. the purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of location so as to analyze spatial configuration. this study show spatial configuration is well related to location of architecture. in addition, identifying the location characteristics of classified facilities. The spatial configuration system interacts organically with the total spatial configuration system. Also, We can find that locally location characteristics of classified facilities do not act by itself but interact with CBD global system.
