노인일자리사업 수행기관의 유형별 네트워크 구조 분석

본 연구는 부산ㆍ경남지역의 노인일자리사업 수행기관을 대상으로 네트워크 구조를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 네트워크의 밀도 지수는 0.67에서 0.23사이로 클라이언트 의뢰와 정보교환 네트워크는 이루어지고 있지만 민간분야의 일자리창출을 위해 상호협력 체계가 필요한 공동협의, 정기간담회, 판로 및 시장개척 네트워크는 잘 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 둘째, 연결중심성은 내향과 외향 모두 지방자치단체가 정보교환, 클라이언트 의뢰, 정기간담회, 자원교환, 공동협의에서 연결중심성이 가장 높았지만 판로 및 시장개척에는 참여하지 않고 있었다. 셋째, 매개중심성은 연결중심성과는 달리 내향과 외향의 매개역할을 하는 중심기관이 서로 다른 것으로 나타나 연결정도가 많은 기관이 반드시 매개역할을 하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 기초로 노인일자리사업의 활성화를 위한 지방자치단체의 역할 등을 제언하였다. This study analyzed the network structure of senior job project execution organizations in BusanㆍGyeongnam Region. As a result of the analysis First, the network density index was between 0.67 and 0.23 and client requests and information exchange network were active. However, the network for joint discussion, regular talks, sales channels, and market exploration that need mutual cooperation to create jobs in the private sector was not active. Second, the connection-centeredness was highest for the local governments' information exchange, client request, resource exchange, and joint discussion in terms of both inbound and outbound, but they were not engaging in sales channels and market exploration. Third, it was found that medium-centeredness, unlike connection- centeredness, had different organizations serving as the medium for inbound and outbound, manifesting that the organizations with stronger connection do not always serve as the medium. Based on these findings, the role of local governments was suggested for the revitalization of senior job projects.

변혁적 리더십과 자원봉사활동 만족도와의 관계에서 셀프 리더십의 매개효과 연구

본 연구는 변혁적 리더십과 자원봉사활동 만족도와의 관계에서 셀프 리더십의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 매개효과 분석 절차에 따라 3단계 회귀분석과 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 변혁적 리더십과 셀프 리더십은 자원봉사활동 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프 리더십은 변혁적 리더십과 자원봉사활동 만족도와의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 이것은 자원봉사활동 만족도를 높이기 위해 셀프 리더십의 중요성을 인식하고 셀프 리더십을 높이기 위한 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 리더가 발휘하는 변혁적 리더십과 매개변인의 셀프 리더십을 향상시킴으로써 자원봉사활동 만족도를 높일 수 있다는 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to testify the mediating effects of self leadership in the relationship between the transformational leadership and the satisfaction of volunteering activities. To do this, 3-step regression analysis and Sobel test were carried out. The results of this analysis are as follows. First, self leadership has a positive(+) effect on the satisfaction of voluntary activities. Second, self leadership has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the transformational leadership and the satisfaction of volunteer activities. These results indicate that it is necessary to recognize the importance of self leadership and seek the ways to improve self leadership. Taken together, the results of this study have suggested the implications to increase the satisfaction of voluntary activities by increasing the transformational leadership of leaders and the self leadership of mediating variables.

대학생의 전공만족과 취업불안 간의 관계에서 취업상담활동의 매개효과 연구

본 연구는 대학생의 전공만족과 취업불안 간의 관계에서 취업상담활동의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 5월 13일부터 5월 31일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 매개효과 분석절차에 따라 3단계 회귀분석과 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 전공만족, 취업상담활동, 취업불안 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 취업상담활동은 전공만족과 취업불안 간의 관계에서 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 취업상담활동 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. This study aims to test the mediation effect of Eemployment Counseling Activity on the relationship between college students’ major satisfaction and employment anxiety. To this end, it conducted a 3-step regression analysis and Sobel test, according to the analysis procedure of mediation effect. The analysis results are as follows. First, there were statistically significant correlations between major satisfaction, Eemployment Counseling Activity, and employment anxiety. Second, job consultation activity was confirmed to have a full mediation effect on the relationship between major satisfaction and employment anxiety. Based on these findings, this study suggested ways to promote Eemployment Counseling Activity for college students.

대학생들의 복지태도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대학생의 복지태도를 알아보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 2018년 5월부터 6월까지 설문조사를 실시하여 456부가 분석에 사용되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라의 복지수준은 낮으며, 보편적 복지를 선호하였다. 응답자들은 빈곤원인을 우리사회의 불공정으로 보았으며, 복지책임 주체를 국가로 인식하고 있었다. 복지재정은 세금을 더 내서 재원을 마련하는 것이 필요하며, 복지 확대를 위해 복지예산을 더 부담할 것이라고 응답하였다. 둘째, 복지재정 부담에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 주관적인 소득계층, 복지교육, 사회봉사활동 참여경험, 향후 사회봉사활동 참여의향이 유의미한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 바탕 으로 시사점을 제시하였다. This study aims to examine welfare attitudes among college students. A survey was conducted from May to June 2018 and 456 copies were used for the analysis. Data analysis performed technical statistics, correlations, and hierarchical multi-return analysis using the SPSS 20.0 program. The results are as follow: First, the level of welfare in Korea is low and universal welfare is preferred. Respondents viewed the cause of poverty as unfair in our society and recognized the subject of welfare responsibility as a state. The government responded that it is necessary to raise funds by paying more taxes and will pay more for the welfare budget in order to expand the welfare budget. Second, the factors that affect the welfare financial burden were found to be significant factors such as age, subjective income bracket, welfare education, experience in participating in social service activities, and willingness to participate in social service activities in the future. 유아교사의 다문화경험이 다문화수용성과 다문화교육태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아교사의 다문화경험이 다문화수용성과 다문화교육태도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 G시에 근무하는 유아교사 253명을 대상으로 2019년 11월 11일부터 11월 22일까지 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 다문화경험과 다문화수용성과의 관계에서는 유아교사의 문화개방성에 학교와 교육현장경험, 가족·친인척경험이 영향요인으로 나타났으며, 국민정체성에는 학교와 교육현장경험이 영향요인으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 다문화경험과 다문화교육태도와의 관계에서는 다문화적 환경에 대한 태도, 다문화적 교사역할에 대한 태도, 교사교육과 교육과정에 대한 태도에 학교와 교육현장경험이 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 유아교사의 다문화적 역량을 높이는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 의미를 가진다. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence multicultural experience of infant teachers on multicultural acceptability and multicultural education attitude. To that end, 253 infant teachers working in G city were surveyed from November 11 to November 22, 2019. According to the study, first of all, in the relationship between multicultural experience and multicultural availability of infant teachers, the experience of schools and educational sites, and family and relatives were the factors that affected the opening of the culture of infant teachers. In national identity, experience in schools and education sites has been verified as an influence factor. Second, in the relationship between multicultural experience and multicultural education attitude, the attitude toward multicultural environment, the attitude toward multicultural teacher role, and the attitude toward teacher education and curriculum were identified as the factors affecting school and educational field experience. These results are meaningful in that they can be used as basic data to enhance the multicultural capabilities of infant teachers.

노인복지시설 사회화와 시설노인의 생활만족도 및 우울과의 관계
