CV 黑鉛鑄鐵의 組織 및 機械的 性質에 미치는 RES, Cu 및 Ti의 影響에 관한 硏究

A series of CV graphite cast iron (compacted/vermicular graphite cast iron) were produced by adding RES(rare earth silicide). The aims of this study are the effects of RES, Cu, and Ti on the structure and mechanical properties of CV graphite cast iron. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. CV graphite was made in all section size with 0.30 to 0.35% of RES. The amount of CV graphite and pearlite are increased and its mechanical properties are improved better with increasing section size and the amount of RES. 2. The amount of CV graphite and pearlite are increased and its tensile strength and hardness are increased without sacrificing its elongation and impact value with increasing amount of Cu. 3. The amount of CV graphite and pearlite are decreased and its elongation, tensile strength, hardness and impact value are decreased with increasing amount of Ti.

Tensile properties at room and high(100, 200 and 300℃) temperatures were studied for the Al-2.0 wt%Li binary alloy and Al-2.0wt.%Li ternary alloys with the addition of either 1.2 wt%Cu, 1.0 wt%Mg or 0.12 wt%Zr. The tensile and yield strengths of Al-2.0 wt%Li alloy were decreased rapidly with increasing the test temperature above 100℃. The tensile strength at 300℃ of this alloy is less than 6 Kg/㎟. This rapid decrease in strength results from coarsening of δ' phase and precipitation of stable δ phase. The strength of the Al-2.0 wt%Li-1.2wt%Cu alloy were much higher than that of the binary alloy because of the solution and precipitation hardening. The strengths of Al-2.0wt%Li-1.0wt%Mg alloy were higher than those of the binary alloy due to the solid solution hardening and the homogeneous distribution of δ' phase, but lower than those of the Cu-added ternary alloy. The strength of the Al-2.0wt%Li-0.12wt%Zr alloy was slightly higher than those of the binary alloy due to the grain refinement and the precipitation of a composite phase.

과실흡아류의 종류와 피해를 조사한 결과 1968년에는 우묵밤나방등 밤나밤과의 7속 10종이 채집분류되었으며 1969년에는 배칼무늬나방(Apatele rumicis oriens S.) 멸강나방(Leucania separata W), 톱니뭉뚝나방 (Scoliopteryx libatrix L.) 및 목화밤나방(Anomis flava flava F.)등의 4종이 조사추가되었다. 과실흡아류의 피해는 지역에 따라 다를 뿐만 아니라 품종에 따라서도 다르다. 수원지방의 포도에 대한 평균 피해율은 에 비하여 1968년에는 의 높 피해율이었으며 진주지방의 배에 대해서는 에 비하여 1968년에는 의 낮은 피해율을 보였다. The present further survey is carried out to clarify the unidentified kinds of the fruit sucking moths and these damages at Suwon and Jinju fruit growing areas, in order to set up the basis of the control for the harmful moths. It was known that 10 species be recorded up to 1968 11 and, in addition, identified 4 species in 1969, such as Apatele rumicis oriens S., Leucania separate W., Scoliopteryx libatrix L. and Anomis flava F. of the fruit sucking moths in Korea. The damage ratio ib percentage of the noxious moths if on grape in Suwon and on Pears in Jinju in 1969, although it was in Suwon and in Jinju in 1968.

최근 우리나라 과수재배지대에서 과실성숙기에 문제가 되고있는 종류미상의 과실흡아류는 특히 산간지대의 배, 복숭아, 포도, 사과등에 대한 피해가 증가해가고 있는 실정이므로 이들 흡아류에 관한 효과적 방제법을 구명하기 위한 기초적자료를 얻고저 우선 그 종류와 과수의 피해를 수원과 진주지방에서 조사한 결과 과수흡아류로서 7속 10종이 채집되었으나 주로 간제되는 종빈는 Noctuidae과, Catocalinae아과에 속함을 알수 있었다. 흡아류는 우묵밤나방(Oraesia excavata BUTLER) 으름나방(Adris tyrannus amurensis S.), 칼페 우묵밤나방 (Calpe thalictri Brok.), 무궁화밤나방(Dermaleipa juno DELMAN)등의 4종은 우리나라에서 이미 알려진 종이었으나 그외 애우묵밤나방(Oraesia emarginata FABRICIUS), 큰우묵밤나방(Oraesia lata BUTLER), 정거세미나방 (Agrotis tipsilon ROTTEMBURG), 모무되뒷노랑나방 (Chrysorithrum amata Bremer et GREY) 디눔마방나방(Dinumma deponens WALKER), 그리고 모밀거세나방(Trachea atriplicis LINNE)등 6종이 조사 추가되었다. 과수흡아류중에서도 우묵밤나방의 피해가 가장 컸으며 다음으로 무궁화밤나방과 으름나방의 피해도 컸으나 재배지역이나 계절에 따라서 애우묵밤나방이나 으름나방의 발생이 많을 때가 있었다. 흡아류는 초여름부터 늦은 가을까지 성숙기에 있는 모든 과실에 흡수가해하며 습성은 완전 야행성이다. 수원지방의 포도에 대한 피해는 평균의 높은 피해율을 보였으며 진주지방의 배에 대한 피해율은 평균 이였다. The great damage to the mature fruits in the orchard caused by the fruit sucking moths including unidentified species, is a troublesome problem in recent years in Korea. The present survey is, there-fort, carried out to clarify the ecological characters, especially kinds of these harmful moths and their damage at Suwon and Jinju fruit growing areas, in order to establish the foundation of the control. Some results obtained through the survey are as follows: It is investigated that the most noticeable group of these noxious moths, identified 10 species, belongs to subfamily Catocalinae of the family Noctuidae. Although there was already recorded as the harmful moths on the fruits such 4 species as Oraesia excavata B. Adris tyrannus amurensis S., Calpe thalictri B. and Dermaleipa juno Delman, it is additionally identified to be 6 species in 1968 including Oraesia emarginata F.,O. lata B., Agrotis ipsilon H., Chrysorithrum amatum Bremer et Grey, Dinumma deponens W. and Trachea atriplicis L. of the fruit sucking moths in Korea. Of all these noxious moths damaged, O. excavata is the most harmful, following by O. emarginata and Adris tyrannus. The fruit sucking moths attack on all kinds of mature fruits from early summer to late fall and behave entirely nocturnal. The damage ratio in percentage of these moths is on grape in Suwon, and on pears in Jinju.

The 98 and 116 isolates of Pyricularia oryzae collected from Gyeong-nam Province in 1982 and 1983 were differentiated by using Korean differential rice cultivars. Twelve races from98 isolates and 11 races from 116 isolates of P. oryzae were classified indicating that KJ races group was and KI group was in total. The races KJ301 and KJ 401 were ca. in frequency among races identified.
