        DACUM 직무 분석 기법을 통한 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 모형 개발

        The purpose of this study was to analyze job of e-learning quality managers based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method and to construct a task model of e-learning quality managers. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of e-learning quality managers and the committee members were total 12, those are one facilitator, 9 panel members, one recorder and one coordinator. The major findings of this study were as the followings; first, the number of job duty of e-learning quality managers were total 7, which were service planing, infrastructure building, of content developing, service evaluating, administration for quality managing, self-improvement. And total tasks of job of e-learning quality managers were 61. Second, 14 knowledge, 21 skill, 19 attitudes for e-learning quality managers were analyzed. Third, a task model of e-learning quality managers was constructed based on the results of DACUM job analysis.

        인터넷을 활용한 원격교육에서 학습유형에 따른 상호작용과 학업성취도 비교 연구

        The major purposes of this study were to find out how much and what type of the difference there are between teachers` learning achievement and interaction frequency based on their learning style and to give basic guide lines for the instructional strategy of distance education based on the learner`s learning style with the findings. Subjects were 67 teachers who had taken part in `the internet utilization and internet homepage development` training program under distance education environment via internet. The subjects were classified into four types of learning styles(convergers, divergers, accommodators, assimilators) after taking the LSI test designed by Kolb. Of the 67 teachers, 26 were turned out to be converger type, 16 were divergers, 15 were accommodators, and 10 were assimilators. Two type of interactions, Instructor to Learner Interaction and Learner to Learner Interaction, were used for measuring the frequency of interaction through various types of internet interfaces(BBS. IRC, E-mail, and etc). The tools for evaluating the learners` learning achievement were consisted of paper test(30%), practical exam(30%), assignment(20%), and class attendance(20%). Followings were the results of this study: 1) There were no statistically difference in tlae frequency of the interaction among the four groups of the learning styles. 2) For the learners` learning achievement, it turned out to be also no significant difference among the four learning styles. 3) For the relations between the interaction and the learners` learning achievement, there was statistically strong positive correlation.

        Empirical Equations for the Analysis of the Time Dependence of the Luminance Properties of LCD Panels and Backlights for TV Applications

        The time dependences of the luminance properties of 55-inch CCFL and LED backlights and 32-inch FFL backlights with LCD panels were investigated during the warm-up time from the cold start. The long-term luminance maintenance curve of a standard CCFL was examined in a time window up to 5000 hours. These two time dependences are important characteristics from the viewpoint of initial picture quality and lifetime reliability, respectively. Empirical equations were suggested for the analysis of the time dependence of these luminance data. These approaches are expected to be helpful in predicting the luminance properties of backlights based on the luminance data obtained in a limited time window.

        우울증상 및 정신건강 보호-취약요인 선별평가를 위한 배터리 평가도구의 개발

        이 연구 결과, 우울증상 뿐 아니라 그에 대한 보호-취약 요인을 통합적으로 평가할 수 있는 PROVE 평가도구가 개발되었고, PROVE의 5가지 하위 영역들 모두 비교적 높은 내적 합치도 및 타당도를 보여 타당한 측정 도구로 평가되었다. 각 하위 영역들은 기존의 척도들과 비교했을 때 좀 더 세세한 항목들을 추가해서 평가한다는 강점이 있고, 검사 항목들 간 상관관계도 유의미하여 유기적으로 잘 연결된 하나의 배터리로 개발되었다. 이 평가도구는 정신건강 선별 과정에 있어 우울증에 대한 심층적, 다면적 이해를 높이고, 더 나아가 우울증의 예방이나 평가, 진단, 치료 과정에 유용하게 이용될 것으로 예상된다. Objectives This study developed a battery test that allows a comprehensive evaluation of depressive symptoms and related protective-vulnerable factors to screen for depression and mental health and examined the reliability and validity of the test. Methods PROtective and Vulnerable factors battEry test (PROVE) consisting of five sub-sections was developed: depressive symptomatology (PROVE-DS), suicide risk (PROVE-SR), and three protective-vulnerable factors, which were adult attachment type (PROVE-ATT), adverse childhood experience (PROVE-ACE), and mentalization capacity (PROVE-MC). Two hundred and thirteen subjects completed the PROVE test and other comparative scales, and the analysis was carried out based on the data. Results The PROVE test showed good convergent, discriminant, and concurrent validity as well as adequate internal consistency. In addition, five sub-sections of the PROVE test showed significant relevance to each other. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that the PROVE test is a reliable and valid test, which will be useful for the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of depression in various clinical settings.
