This study was performed to analyze the JAR (Just-About-Right) Rating and CATA (Check-All-That-Apply) Method for commercial Yugwa (Korean oil pastry products) containing Baeknyeoncho (Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten). The survey was conducted with 50 participants, and five kinds of Yugwa samples (Control, B-YG, B-RY, B-WY and B-GB) were used. According to the results of the study with these samples, the B-RY sample received the highest score in 'Try again (6.30/9)' and 'Recommend (6.24/9)'. The Control Sample, which was the traditional Yugwa, received the second highest score (Try again: 5.62/9, Recommend: 5.70/9). The liking attributes for these samples were related to eating convenience, familiar taste, traditional type and size. These findings suggest that the factors to be considered in the development of commercial Yugwa are the maintenance of traditional taste and familiarity in an easy-to-eat size for consumers.

This study was conducted to develop a salad dressing using Prunella vulgaris L. (PV) extracts. In addition, the study was also aimed at evaluating the quality characteristics of the salad dressing containing various amounts of PV extracts. Salad dressing was prepared by adding 0% (PD-0), 9.4% (PD-20), 18.8% (PD-40), 28.2% (PD-60), 37.6% (PD-80), 47.0% (PD-100) of PV extract. The quality characteristics (sugar contents, salinity, color value, total phenol contents, total flavonoid contents, DPPH, ABTS+ radical scavenging activities, and sensory acceptability) of the dressing were analyzed. According to the results of the study, the sugar contents and salinity of salad dressing increased according to the added amount of PV extract (p<0.001). The color values of lightness and yellowness of salad dressing increased according to the added amount of PV extract, whereas color value of redness decreased (p<0.001). Antioxidant activities were improved depending on the amount of PV extracts (p<0.001). The sensory acceptability (flavor, medicinal flavor, saltiness, sourness, bitterness and viscosity) were significantly higher in the dressing added with 18.8% PV extracts than in the other samples. Based on this result, a storage experiment was conducted by comparing PD-40 and PD-C. After 4 weeks of storage at $4^{\circ}C$ and $24^{\circ}C$, the quality characteristics were observed and the pH was increased in the later stages of storage (p<0.05). The depicted that, viscosity increased with storage time at $4^{\circ}C$ (p<0.001). General bacteria and coliform were not detected during storage. These results indicated that salad dressing with the addition of 18.8% PV extracts has the best quality.

목적 : 본 연구에서는 미용성형을 위한 병원선택에 있어서 정보탐색이 가능한 온라인 정보원천 유형 9가지를 제시하여 소비자의 미용성형 정보탐색과 병원선택과의 관계를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 대상자는 한 대학교의 학생들로, 2013년 5월 10일부터 16일까지 이루어졌다. 설문지는 총 46문항으로 구성되었다. 결과 : 첫째, 미용성형을 위해 주로 이용하는 정보탐색매체로는 병원공식홈페이지, 정보탐색내용은 비용이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 온라인정보탐색유형 중 병원공식홈페이지와 병원선택요인 중 의료신뢰, 이미지, 추천, 친밀감에서 양의 상관성이 있었다. 셋째, 병원공식홈페이지를 통한 온라인 정보탐색은 병원선택요인 중 친절 및 환자관리, 의료신뢰, 이미지, 추천, 친근감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 결론 : 병원 홍보 및 마케팅 담당자의 마케팅 전략 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Objectives : The purposes of this study were to figure out the characteristics of sociodemographic and information search, to find out the difference between online information search on plastic surgery according to sociodemographic characteristics, to understand the difference of hospital choice factors according to online information search experience, and to reveal the relationship between hospital choice factors and online information search. Method : We carried out a survey the selected students in a university from 10th to 16th May, 2013. We used a questionnaire for the survey and the questionnaire was composed of 46 questions including 9 questions on general humanities, 11 questions on view and information search of plastic surgery, and 26 questions on hospital selection consideration factors. Results : We confirmed several facts by the analysis results. First, the highest rank was hospital website in information search media category and cost in content category. Second, there were differences in hospital choice factors according to consumer’s characteristics except gender and religion. Third, there was no difference in hospital choice factors according to online information search experience except facilities and accessibility. Finally, hospital website affected hospital choice factors. Conclusions : This study will contribute to marketing strategy in hospitals, and a study reflecting various ages will need to be continued.
단기 열 경험에 따른 재실자 온열 쾌적감의 시각별 변화 특성 분석

This study aims to identify changes in thermal sensation when the indoor thermal environment suddenly changes after a short-term thermal experience. To understand the thermal adaptation process, it is examined on a time scale of minutes. This study focused on the mechanisms of thermal adaptation changes to hot thermal sensations. The experiment was conducted with two scenarios targeting 13 participants (Scenario 1. From comfortable to uncomfortable hot, Scenario 2. From uncomfortable cold to uncomfortable hot). At the same time as performing the experiment, thermal sensation vote (TSV) and comfort sensation vote (CSV) were surveyed using the right-here-right-now method. Depending on the difference in the previous thermal experience, TSV and CSV were affected from immediately after the change in the indoor thermal environment to 6 minutes. It showed a gradual change and reached a steady-state 15 minutes. Predicted mean vote (PMV), an objective evaluation index, and TSV, a subjective evaluation index, showed a difference immediately after the change in the indoor thermal environment. In order to closely control the indoor thermal environment, it is believed that the thermal experience and thermal adaptation aspects of occupants should be reflected.

The As the continuous development of country's economics , industrialization, maximized and complex of buildings, the energy consumption of building has been increased recently. To be more efficient building, large amount of energy consumption building need not only energy saved plan factors but also preceding to understand fact, which is energy consumption and its method, area. Specifically, If you understand and analysis about lots of using of energy unit per area by properties of business and the energy used by simultaneously cooling and heating pattern of low efficient hotel, the effect of energy savings on complex load would be emphasized. The properties of complex load represent data of load profile. On this thesis, for drawing pattern of complex load and load profile, I investigated and estimated energy using of target hotel yearly, monthly , daily and timely per each and wrote basic unit per energy. Through the occurrence pattern based on that study, I predicted correlation analysis for energy load and occurrence complex load. model. The analysis data is essential for handling energy demand, energy savings and complex load. Also, this data will be mainly used on complex load energy saving. in other similar building.

The portion of domestic gross energy consumption, which is more than 30%, is about spending building part energy. Especially, about 92.5% of building part energy is used for residential building, commercial building. As part of national energy conservation, energy consumption structure of building part understands that should be preceded in order to grow efficient building. Recently city gas of energy resource is required for building shows most consuming rate of increase. Consequently there is study on intended hotels that are large in quantity typical energy consumption per unit of commercial building, are small in quantity energy efficiency. Researching on the actual conditions of city gas consumption, characteristics analysis of city gas consumption are based on LOAD DATA. That work is in domestic building part included hotels to increase energy efficiency. For more careful consumption characteristic analysis, correlation analysis operates classified by outdoor temperature, city gas consumption uses, the gross are of hotel buildings that are separated. The aim of analysis is to present the basis data. For the purpose of efficiency improvement of domestic building part energy uses including hotel buildings.
