        도심 임대아파트의 에너지 및 상수 소비 특성에 관한 연구

        It has been a serious problem to consume the energy of apartment while increasing to use of heating & cooling System because of residence environmental upgrades. Great attention has been shown to the problem of the rental apartment, so there are few reports of energy consumption about the rental apartment in korea. To solve the lack of housing, our country has supplied an enormous volume of apartments, and these days it occupies 75% of our buildings. As apartments occupy most of our housings, the rate of energy usage from them are also high. On this, setting apartment energy reduction as a target, by researching the actual conditions of energy consumption and drawing a basis data, we can apply this as a way of saving energy, rationalization of the scale of energy supply facilities and a standard when planning facilities. To grasp the present condition of energy usage of the urban rental apartment, this research analysed the use of electricity, gas and water monthly and annually of a rental apartment that is located in Daegu. The results showed that in 2003 the electricity usage was 1,198MWh but 1,315MWh in 2007, which means 9% of electricity usage increases every year. The average of water usage was $85,072\;m^2$ per year and typical energy consumption unit was $604.2\;MJ/m^2$ on $74.4\;m^2$ of area and $448.8\;MJ/m^2$ on $105.8\;M^2$. By showing the usage of energy and water of the urban rental apartment, understanding the tendency and preparing an typical energy consumption unit standard through this research, apartments should use energy more efficiently.

        It has been a serious problem to consume the energy all around the world while increasing to use of heating & cooling system because of residence environmental upgrades. Previously used to use electricity more efficiently will be very important. If the peak load can be reduced on the most common use of electricity in peak time, that could significantly reduce fossil fuel to Consumed producing electricity. On this, setting household energy reduction as a target, by researching the actual conditions of electricity consumption and drawing a basis data, we can apply this as a way of saving electricity, rationalization of the scale of energy supply facilities and a standard when planning facilities. Most of basis data was collected by field survey. And it will also help to create a load profile. By showing the usage of electricity understanding the tendency and preparing load profile standard through this research, household should reduce peak-load during daily life.

        공동주택 가족구성원별 전력소비성향에 관한 연구

        Korea is a country with an exceptionally high energy consumption. For economic reasons, Korean households are forced to save more energy. Korea's household energy consumption has grown slowly compared to other sectors and household energy consumption per capita is lower than the OECD average. However, its per capita electricity consumption soared and is expected to remain climbing mainly due to the increasing number of one-person households. To establish an effective strategy against a possible electricity shortage, the actual condition survey of electricity energy consumption first needs to be clearly understood. This study adopted both a general survey and a detailed survey of people living in apartment housings and data was collected on electrical appliance use according to individual schedules. Based on these data, the results were used to attempt to analyze electricity consumption patterns resulting from energy using activities of residents and to determine electricity consumption propensity according to each household member's characteristics in apartment housings.

        마이크로 에너지 그리드의 원격 에너지 관리 시스템에 따른 공공건축물의 에너지 절감 효과 분석

        The purpose of the study is to analyze the energy saving effect according to the remote energy management system in the electric grid of the micro energy grid. Micro energy gird which includes electric grid, gas grid, heat grid and off grid is a grid that aims energy self-sufficiency at a small unit. To notify the energy saving effect applied to the electric grid among the micro energy grid, control the energy consumption for each building, manage the electricity through the energy operation center and analyze the effectiveness of the MEG. The total energy consumption would be demonstrated through the monthly and daily data and the energy saving would be verified as analyzing the hourly data in the MEG. The result of the remote energy management, MEG shows average of 10% on energy reduction and it is proved that the MEG is effective in energy saving. This study can be offered as the basic data for optimal energy management through the energy consumption pattern applied in Korea- micro energy grid.

        대구광역시에 위치한 특급 호텔 건물의 도시가스 소비 특성 및 상관 요인 분석에 관한 연구

        The portion of domestic gross energy consumption, which is more than 30%, is about spending building part energy. Especially, about 92.5% of building part energy is used for residential building, commercial building. As part of national energy conservation, energy consumption structure of building part understands that should be preceded in order to grow efficient building. Recently city gas of energy resource is required for building shows most consuming rate of increase. Consequently there is study on intended hotels that are large in quantity typical energy consumption per unit of commercial building, are small in quantity energy efficiency. Researching on the actual conditions of city gas consumption, characteristics analysis of city gas consumption are based on LOAD DATA. That work is in domestic building part included hotels to increase energy efficiency. For more careful consumption characteristic analysis, correlation analysis operates classified by outdoor temperature, city gas consumption uses, the gross are of hotel buildings that are separated. The aim of analysis is to present the basis data. For the purpose of efficiency improvement of domestic building part energy uses including hotel buildings.

        Recent international oil prices skyrocketing continuing energy-saving policies in domestic industries to being promoted, but if the building sector to improve the quality of life and increase the number of buildings due to the continuously increasing energy consumption and the trend is been reported that the ratio of building energy consumpt more than 22% of the country"s total energy consumption in part of the building, eco-friendly energy-saving improvements is a very important issue. In addition, many government offices have been established as urbanization, decentralization of local administrative facilities. However, we have several features to keep many government offices for the effective and economical operation, clear guidance is needed. Investigation aimed at local government offices to understand the building size, energy consumption, depending on the equipment, energy source energy consumption and patterns will be analyzed. Therefore ready energy supply and demand of public facilities, and attempted to build a DB for reducing energy consumption through questionnaires policy, this study tries to identify the unit energy consumption of public office in Daegu.

        The As the continuous development of country's economics , industrialization, maximized and complex of buildings, the energy consumption of building has been increased recently. To be more efficient building, large amount of energy consumption building need not only energy saved plan factors but also preceding to understand fact, which is energy consumption and its method, area. Specifically, If you understand and analysis about lots of using of energy unit per area by properties of business and the energy used by simultaneously cooling and heating pattern of low efficient hotel, the effect of energy savings on complex load would be emphasized. The properties of complex load represent data of load profile. On this thesis, for drawing pattern of complex load and load profile, I investigated and estimated energy using of target hotel yearly, monthly , daily and timely per each and wrote basic unit per energy. Through the occurrence pattern based on that study, I predicted correlation analysis for energy load and occurrence complex load. model. The analysis data is essential for handling energy demand, energy savings and complex load. Also, this data will be mainly used on complex load energy saving. in other similar building.

        태양광발전시스템이 적용된 그린홈의 경제성 평가에 관한 연구

        We live in a period when we need not only food, clothes and house but also energy for our survival. But in the worldwide perspective, the energy is on the brink of being exhausted and also the use of fossil fuel makes the global warming accelerate. In Korea, in order to save energy, we are spreading business one million Green Home by 2020. Green Home consist of 5 types, such as photovoltaic, solar thermal, geothermal, small wind power, fuel cells, but photovoltaic accounts for 85% most of the case in 2012. Photovoltaic system has been introduced to many advantages clean, unlimited energy source, maintenance is easy, life is long, but there is not economic analysis based on reality. In this paper, to overcome the limitations of economic evaluation applied the simulation in the existing paper, we performed economic evaluation to target the Green Home have been applied photovoltaic system in Okpo-myon Dalseong-gun Daegu. For this reason, we had a site investigation 11 households Green Home have been applied photovoltaic system in Okpo-myon. We monitored the annual power consumption and power generation from June 2012 to May 2013. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to provide the basic data that can use when you apply photovoltaic system of Green Home.

        국내 대형마트의 에너지효율지표 분석과 최적 에너지관리 요소기술 도출에 관한 연구

        This paper purposes on the development of energy management framework, focusing on the superstores in South Korea. Those superstores are usually huge retail outlets, operating for a long time, and thus requires a large amount of energy consumption. Nevertheless, few attempts have been made to identify the energy management issues in the superstores and to propose the way to improve their energy management systems. To meet this needs, we firstly analyzed the over trends of energy use in South Korean superstores using various energy efficiency indices. Then, on two stores chosen as our case targets, in-depth analysis was carried out in terms of their current energy use and capabilities to reduce the energy use. The research findings are expected to support energy manager’s strategic decision-makings at the firm level and further to contribute to the CO₂ reduction at the national level.

        대학건물의 온실가스·에너지 목표관리제 시행 전후 에너지 사용량 변화 및 재실자 만족도 조사 분석

        Recently the 21st century, the world has experienced serious problems such as rapid depletion of fossil energy, radical climate change. Accordingly, Kyoto Protocol, UNFCCC, such as the various environmental regulations has strengthened and the importance of this movement has surfaced for reduction of energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions. In 2008, This was presented low carbon green growth for the new national development paradigm in Korea, since 2010, the environmental regulation, such as the management of target for GHGs & Energy was carried out. In the building part of the management of target for GHGs & energy, the university holds a lot of energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions as compared to other building because of the population of interior and the many device. After implemented regulation, the various plans have become effective for greenhouse gas emission reduction by the university. This study shows the analysis for a comparison factor of energy usage and satisfaction of occupancy before and after of the management of target for GHGs & Energy. The result of analysis shows the energy usage pattern is decreased by effect of electricity usage as higher then before, and LNG usage as lower then before. Through this ripple effect, greenhouse gas emission and occupancy satisfaction are also decreased after the regulation implement.
