IS 2002 표준교육과정에 입각한 국내 정보시스템 관련학과의 교육과정에 대한 분석

본 연구는 독립된 학문분야로서의 정보시스템이 갖는 표준교육과정의 핵심구조를 파악하고 이를 기초로 국내 정보시스템 관련학과의 교육과정을 정보시스템의 표준교육과정과 비교분석하고자 하였다. IS 2002 표준교육과정의 핵심교과목을 기초로 국내 정보시스템 관련학과의 교육과정을 비추어 보았을 때 전체 교육과정 가운데 약 58%만이 이에 해당하였다. 이는 곧 독립된 학문으로서의 정보시스템이 아직 국내에서 충분히 학문으로서 독립성을 확보하지 못하고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 다만 핵심교과목에 있어서는 편중됨이 없이 대체로 각 영역에 고루 편성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 정보시스템이 경영학을 모태로 출발하였음을 나타내는 증거가 인접학문의 분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 다양한 인접학문 가운데 거의 독보적으로 70% 이상의 교과목이 경영학분야(회계학 포함)로 편성되어 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 이는 한편으로 정보시스템이 경영학에 의존하는 바가 커서 경영학으로부터 독립하여 독자적인 학문영역을 구축하는데 장애가 되고 있음을 나타내기도 한다. 국립대학 및 상위권 대학을 중심으로 많은 대학에서 독립된 학과(학부)를 개설하는 대신에 경영학과(학부) 내에서 몇 개의 관련 교과목을 편성하는 수준으로 전공을 운영하고 있는 것도 이러한 현실을 반영하고 있는 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this research is an assessment of Information Systems(IS) curriculums in Korea based on the IS 2002 model curriculum. Out of the 201 Korean universities, 60 universities have the IS discipline as a major or a department having an independent curriculum. Out of these 60 universities, 38 universities(63.4%) have the IS discipline in the business schools while the IS discipline in the rest of universities is located under the social science school and others. Information Systems as a field of academic study exists under a variety of different names. The different labels(Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Management, e-commerce, e-business, etc.) reflect historical development of the field, different ideas about how to characterize it, and different emphases when programs were began. The result of mapping the IS courses into the IS 2002 model curriculum supports the fact that management as a reference discipline that provides underlying theories for IS as a particular new discipline should be its academic home. Within the IS courses, information technology area is the most popular. and followed by information systems fundamentals area, information systems theory and practice area, information systems development area, and information systems deployment and management process area.

This study was investigated a possibility of fault of glass insulator due to vibration on high-speed railway. The proper vibration of 1-glass insulator have many frequency band and high amplitude showed in high frequency than low frequency. The proper vibration of strut tube insulator was lowest 170㎐, highest 1.5㎑. The field signal amplitude of viaduct and open route were biggest moment pantograph of high-speed rail. The surface vibration(V3) amplitude of strut tube insulator was biggest. From the FFT analysis of viaduct and open route, the strut tube insulator effect by vertical vibration was big, the frequency was 82.5㎐ and 105㎐, respectively. However, in comparison with the proper vibration of strut tube insulator, the resonance was not observed. Although the amplitude of insulator is high, the possibility of fault is low because the glass insulator deterioration by the accumulation of vibration do not happen.

The dropper supports the contact wire and is attached using thimbles and various types of dropper clips on the catenary. Consequently droppers are subject to mechanical loads from friction and buckling during the passage of pantographs. If such mechanical loads occur repeatedly with every passing pantograph, it is possible that the dropper wire will break due to fatigue. In order to investigate failure causes for the high speed line dropper, theoretical analyses and experiments have been carried out. In this paper, mathematical formulas are derived for the prediction of the dropper static load. The measured values in the experiment agree well with the theoretical predictions. And, we performed measurement for the variation of forces on the dropper. To analyze the cause analysis on fracture of dropper wire, we have conducted experiment such as fatigue test of new products, SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) and EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray) of fractured specimens in the field. Finally, we also measured the vertical displacements when a pantograph moved at 300㎞/h under the Korean high speed overhead line.

Recently, there are increasing social needs for safe operation of trains and comforting for passengers. But lightning surges are responsible for serious disturbances such as damage, permanent degradation or temporary erratic operation of sensitive electronics circuits and systems. The purpose of this paper is to identify the requirements for Surge Protective Devices(SPDs) used in protecting railway signalling system. In this paper, we describes tests and requirements which establish methods for testing SPDs and determining their performance.

This paper presents the operating characteristic of high voltage impulse(HVI) track circuit owing to the ill-contact of impedance bond lead wire. The characteristic operations of the track include rail voltage and current. Measurements are carried out using oscilloscope with current probe and it analyzed the abnormal operation due to connector of protective wire. Finally, suitable track circuit is proposed for conventional line, and operating characteristic of HVI track circuit is affected by bypass circuit.

KORAIL is one of the biggest consumer in electric power market so it is necessary to investigate power consumption pattern and optimize power rates. This paper presents simulation program for electric power rates define program based on billing system database. Base on the substation annual power usage DB data, the characteristic of the substation power consumption are investigated and effective electrical billing system are compared each other. Through this program it is verified that we can save more then several hundred million won for a year. Also electric train air condition power consumption was measured to figure the method how to reduce peak energy consumption.
