The primary objective of this research is a study on the pullout An Experimental Study on Development Length of Untensioned Strand in concrete. Half precast concrete were used as specimens. And at the connection between the PC and RC separation was assumed to cause behavior. Major test variables are embedment length(50% ~ 120%), concrete cover(10mm, 20mm), Strand bundle and diameter of strands(12.7mm, 15.2mm) as a results, The untensioned strands(12.7mm) displaysed bond performance when secure development length more than 70% accordiong to the development of deformed bars equation.

In this study, Flexural behavior of PC Beams parts of tension reinforcied bar transfer within untensioned prestressing strand and prestressing strand. Test parameters in this experimental study were D25 reinforcied bar and Ф 15.2 strand tension use modifications of tension member, and 5 specimens produced. On this tests, all specimens flexural capacites is sufficient. prestress PC beams are good at flexural stiffness and Deflection behavior. Because tension stiffening sffect is relatively high efect on prestress PC beams.

On this tests, all specimens flexural capacites is sufficient, but untensioned strand-reinforcied bar ratio of tension member, increase where deflection will increase, ductillity also falls. If untensioned strand-reinforcied bar ratio of tension member is high, deflection and ductillity must consider the fact that will fall, and don't used only untensioned strand of tension member.

In this study, we supplement defects of existing PC construction methods in joining section. And we suggest new joining section details securing ability of execution and monolithic ability column-beam. To confirm monolithic ability in joining section in case of using strands in column-beam joining section of 6m column, we made 3 laboratory samples which have variables, the number of tension reinforcing rods and strands. Then we assessed some abilities, flexibility ability and structural ability, ductility ability under the repeated load.

This experimental study was carried out to visualize the flow in the flow path between the chevron corrugated two plates in a heat exchanger. HFE7100 were used as working fluid. A test section was made to visualize the flow characteristics in the flow channels formed by a metal plate with chevron patterns and transparent replica of the counterpart plate. The two phase condition at the test section inlet was controlled by a pre-heater powered by electricity. A test facility was built up to visualize the flow pattern at the condition of upward flow at the test section. The mass flux was controlled at 60 ㎏/㎡·s. The inlet vapor quality was varied from 0.05 to 0.5. The visualization was performed by a high speed camera with 1800fps. The visualized flow patterns showed that the wetted area by liquid phase increased with the increase of vapor quality up to 0.5 at the test section.
