헬스케어 여가인지가 여가태도 및 여가만족에 미치는 영향 -대학생을 중심으로-

This study is on the healthcare-leisure perception of university students. Korean college and university students spend their much time in their anxiety and conflict because of big mental stress caused by learning, future direction, and job preparation. Considering this situation, on the dimension of education, the study is trying to suggest the importance of leisure the effect of leisure, and make them manage their useful and happy college life. Specifically speaking, the study is focused on investigating how the healthcare-leisure perception is formed in their mind and what effect the leisure attitude on the leisure satisfaction. To carry out the study, the 400questionnaire papers are distributed to the college and university students around Gyeong-nam area and the 382answers as effective data are collected among them. The results of analysis utilizing SPSS Ver12.0 and AMOS Ver5.0 programs are as follows: First, their healthcare-leisure perception of university students had a positive effect on the their leisure attitude. Secondly, the leisure attitude is giving positive effect on their psychological leisure satisfaction. Thirdly, their leisure attitude is giving positive effect on their educational leisure satisfaction. Fourthly, their leisure attitude is giving positive effect on their social leisure satisfaction. Fifthly, their leisure attitude is giving positive effect on their environmental leisure satisfaction.

This study is approached with a view to organize a system of wedding ceremony on the super deluxe hotels and banquet department. The super deluxe hotels which compete in a specific industry have any type of strategy in order to achieve an aim of management effectively and their success depends on whether a chosen strategy is fit for the situation of the hotel wedding. The purpose of this study is to search and provide the efficiency of management for super deluxe hotel wedding. Three hypotheses were tested by relevant analyses and all of the hypotheses were supported. The major findings, implications and recommendations of this study were provided as a result of analysis.
창업동기와 창업교육 만족이 창업 준비행동, 자기효능감 그리고 외식 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 경남 지역 창업교육 수료생을 중심으로

본 연구는 경상남도 외식 창업교육을 수료한 수료생을 대상으로 창업 동기와 창업 교육 만족이 창업 준비 행동과 자기효능감을 거쳐 외식 창업 의도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증함으로써 창업 동기 부여와 창업 교육 만족의 정도가 창업 의도에 미치는 역할을 규명하고자 하였다. 설문조사 기간은 2014년 8월 1일부터 12월 30일 까지 총 5개월간 진행되었으며, 조사 대상은 외식업중앙회의 경상남도교육원에서 외식 창업 교육을 수료한 수료생을 대상으로 조사하였다. 설문은 총 412명으로 부터 설문서를 회수하여 불성실한 설문 응답자 12명을 제외한 400명 에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 창업 동기는 자기 효능감에에 영향을 미치고, 그런 자기 효능감이 궁극적으로 창업 준비 및 외식 창업 의도에 영향변수란 점을 파악할 수 있었다. 구체적으로 창업 동기는 창업 준비 행동과 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업 교육 만족은 창업 준비행동과 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기 효능감은 창업 준비 행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 창업 준비 행동과 자기 효능감은 외식 창업 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 창업 준비 행동과 자기 효능감은 창업 동기와 창업 교육 만족에 의해 형성되며 창업 준비 행동보다 자기 효능감이 창업 의도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 분석결과는 아직까지 창업 준비 행동 보다 자기 효능감이 외식 창업 의도에 더 큰 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of entrepreneurship motivation and satisfaction of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurship preparation behavior, self-efficacy and start-up intentions for food service entrepreneurship. For this purpose, a survey was conducted at an entrepreneurship education program which had been run for about 5 months from August 11th to December 30th, 2014. A total of 412 participants took the survey and 400 (97.1%) survey data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. Structural equation modeling was employed to verify the research hypothesis. Research findings revealed that entrepreneurship motivation affects self-efficacy, and self efficacy influences entrepreneurship preparation behavior as well as start-up intentions for food service entrepreneurship. In addition, entrepreneurship preparation behaviour and self-efficacy were both found to be affected by entrepreneurship motivation. In other words, the entrepreneurship preparation behaviour and self-efficacy are results of entrepreneurship motivation and satisfaction of entrepreneurship education, In addition, self-efficacy had a greater effect on start-up intentions for entrepreneurship than the entrepreneurship preparation behavior. Hence, self-efficacy seems to play a greater role in carrying out start-up intentions for entrepreneurship than entrepreneurship preparation behavior.
서비스제공자의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 선행변수들간의 구조적 관계

This study analyzed the structural relationships among empowerment, service training, service rewards, job satisfaction, and prosocial behaviors. To analyze the data collected from 190 respondents in the hotel food and beverage departments, the structural model was tested with Lisrel 8.3. The results can be summarized as follows. First, the greater the degree of empowerment, the greater the job satisfaction. Second, the greater the degree of service training, the greater the job satisfaction. Third, the greater the job satisfaction, the greater the employee`s role-prescribed customer service. Finally, the greater the job satisfaction the greater the employee`s extra-role customer service. At the end of the paper, managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.
