      • 폴리이미드 한외여과 중공사막의 제조와 특성실험연구

        In this study, polyimides were synthesized and ultrafiltration membranes were prepared. For synthesis of polyimdes, aromatic dianhydrides were used with 3,3'-4.4' - benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride, pyromellitic dianhyride and for aromatic diamines, with 4,4' - oxydianiline, 4.4' -methylene dianiline. The synthesis of polyimide was preceded by two-step(thermal imidiazation) processing operation, and UF membranes were prepared by wet spinning. In this experiment, N, N-dimethylacetamide was used in preparation of membrane, the change of membrane performance was investigated by using the modules of UF hollow fiber membrane.

        PMDA / MDA - Phenylene diamine 계열의 공중합체막에서의 산소 , 질소 투과 특성의 정성적 고찰

        Pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA)와 methylenedianiline(MDA)을 기본으로 하고 이에 meta-phenylendiamin(MPD), para-phenylen-diamine(PPD), 2,4,6-trimethyl-1,3-phenylenediamine(TriMeMPD)을 첨가하여 열적 이미드화법으로 서로 다른 화학적 구조를 갖는 폴리이미드 공중합체 막을 합성하여 제조된 막들의 물성치들을 측정하고, 산소와 질소의 투과 특성을 막의 물성과 관련시켜 정성적으로 고찰하였다. PMDA-MDA막을 기준으로 PPD, MPD의 첨가는 막의 밀도를 증가시켰고, 이에 따라 막의 자유용적과 d-spacing 값의 감소를 나타내어 산소, 질소의 투과량을 감소시켰으며,TriMeMPD의 첨가는 반대의 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서 d-spacing값과 자유용적은 질소, 산소의 투과특성과 정성적 상관성을 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 모든 막에서 압력에 상관없이 투과 계수는 거의 일정한 값을 나타내었고, 막의 기체 투과계수가 증가하면 산소/질소의 이상분리인자는 감소하였다. 온도가 증가하면 투과량도 증가하였으며 이상분리인자는 감소하였으며, 질소 투과량의 상승비가 산소보다 더 크게 나타났다. Copolyimide membranes of different chemical structure based on pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA)/methylendianiline(MDA) were prepared by varying their chemical compositions with adding meta-phenylendiamine(MPD), para-phenylendiamine(PPD), 2,4,6-trimethyl-l,3-phenylenediamine(TriMeMPD) as a co-monomer. The N₂ and O₂ permeation properties are qualitatively correlated to specific free volume and intersegmental distance of membrane. The partial replacement of MDA with MPD or PPD caused in the PMDA/MDA based membranes increase in density, and decrease in free volume, d-spacing, consequently resulted in decreased permeability coefficient. In the case of TriMeMPD, opposite results were observed. In all membranes, the permeability coefficients were pressure independent, and membranes which have high permeability coefficient showed low N₂/O₂ ideal separation factor as an usual manner. The permeability coefficient also increased with temperature and N₂/O₂ ideal separation factor decreased. The increase ratio of the N₂ permeability coefficient was larger than that of O₂.

        모유수유 의도 어머니의 산후 1, 3, 6개월의 완전모유수유율과 영향요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify exclusive breastfeeding rates and factors which influence exclusive breastfeeding by postpartum periods among breastfeeding-willing mothers. Methods: The respondents were 191 mothers. Data were collected from June 1, 2010 to January 28, 2011 in a metropolitan city. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 program and included descriptive statistics, chi-square test, correlation, and logistic regression. Results: The major findings of this study were; Significant influencing factors on the exclusive breastfeeding at postpartum 1 month were planned pregnancy, support of rearing, insufficient amount of breast milk, problem of nipple, pregnancy, and concerned about undernourishment of breast milk. Predictors of exclusive breast feeding by postpartum 3 months were planned pregnancy, insufficient amount of breast milk, and concerned about undernourishment of breast milk. Predictors of exclusive breast feeding by postpartum 6 months were insufficient amount of breast milk, employment before delivery and conceiving next baby. Conclusion: Influential factors on exclusive breastfeeding turned up differences by postpartum periods among breastfeeding-willing mothers. Therefore, it is recommended that the variables should be considered in developing programs of breastfeeding education.

        초산모의 모유수유 성공 경험

        Purpose: This study aims to describe and identify in-depth the breastfeeding experience of primiparas for more than one year using a phenomenological research method and to raise the understanding of the primiparas’ subjective experiences during the breastfeeding process to contribute to the improving and maintaining maternal and child health. Methods: This research was a phenomenological and qualitative study conducted on 5 primiparas who continued breastfeeding for more than 12 months. Data was collected through individual in-depth interviews from November 1, 2021 to March 20, 2022, and it was analyzed through the sixth stage of phenomenological research analysis presented by Colaizzi. Results: The study consisted of 10 theme clusters and 26 themes from meaningful statements about the breastfeeding success experiences of primiparas for more than one year. The 10 theme collections were "Planning breastfeeding during pregnancy," "Commitment to breastfeeding through information and education," "Challenges faced during breastfeeding," "Continuous hard work," "Continued conflict over breastfeeding amid confusion," "Connects with experts who lead the way," "Establishes one's own standards and direction," "Peace after hard work," "Solid and firm confidence," and "Deep-rooted beliefs brestfeeding serve as reminders." Conclusion: It is expected that this study will help to understand the individual difficulties and problems experienced by primiparas during breastfeeding, the importance of breastfeeding education, the role of medical personnel in the early stage of childbirth, social and environmental support, and the importance of an active window for information exchange. By identifying these factors, this study can serve as basic data for nursing practice to promote successful breastfeeding.

      • 투과증발을 이용한 VOC 의 제거에 관한 연구

        The recovery of trace volatile organic components from water by pervaporation was investigated. Permeation experiments through homogeneous polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane was carried out and the effect of feed concentrations and membrane thicknesses on the permeation characteristics were investigated. A solution-diffusion model is used to describe the pervaporation transport mechanism. In homogeneous PDMS membrane it appeared that the selectivities of MEK and toluene are constant, and that organic flux has a linear relationship with feed concentration. These results indicate that the coupling effects between organics were negligible. The selectivity of PDMS membranes is invariant with respect to the membrane thickness. The intrinsic membrane permeability of organic components determined by using a solution-diffusion model. Comparing with various composite type membrane, the membrane using PEG treated nonwoven fabric as sublayer showed the best performance in VOC recovery by pervaporation.
