노인들의 건강식품 섭취 실태 및 정보 탐색 행동 관련 요인에 관한 연구

This study examined the intake patterns and information-seeking behaviors of elderly individuals with regard to health foods, according to sociodemograhic characteristics, awareness of health, and concerns and awareness about health foods. The data were collected from 421 elderly living in Seoul, Busan, Daegue, Daejon, and Gwangju, between January 17th and February 23rd, 2006. Frequencies and chi-square tests were conducted using SPSS Windows. The results are as follows: The respondents were highly concerned about their own health as well as health foods, and individuals primarily took nutritional supplements and glucosamine containing products. In addition, they had taken various health-improving foods. Most had intentionally consumed at least one health food, in order to maintain a condition of health. According to chi-square tests, women were more likely to consume health foods than men. The most important sources of information regarding health foods were family, relatives, and friends. Some respondents answered they had difficulties in obtaining and understanding health food-related information. Many respondents desired to get health food information regarding efficacy from TV, radio, and newspapers, as well as doctors, pharmacists, and dieticians.
한국과 중국 대학생의 상거래에 있어서의 소비윤리 의식 및 행동에 관한 비교 연구

This study examined comparison of perceptions and behaviors of ethics of consumption in business transactions among college students in Korea and China, and factors affecting them. The data were collected from students in Gyeongnam region, Korea and Qinyang region, China through a self-administered questionnaire. Frequency, Cronbach`s α, t test, Pearson`s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows V.19.0. For Korean respondents, the mean of ``passively benefiting at the expense of others`` was highest in both of the perceptions and behaviors of ethics of consumption in business transactions, while for Chinese respondents, the mean of ``no harm/no foul`` was highest. Additionally, Korean respondents showed more ethical perceptions for ``actively benefiting from illegal activity``, ``actively benefiting from questionable behavior``, and ``no harm/ho foul`` than Chinese respondents. On the other hands, Korean respondents showed less unethical behaviors for ``actively benefiting from illegal activity``, and ``actively benefiting from questionable behavior`` than Chinese respondents. According to the multiple regression analysis, age, gender, idealism, and nationality were significant factors affecting perceptions and behaviors of ethics of consumption in business transactions, respectively. On the basis of these results, education of ethics of consumption for college students is needed to have desirable values of consumption.
초등교사의 심리적 임파워먼트와 조직문화가 교육공동체 구현역량에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초등 교사의 심리적 임파워먼트와 조직문화가 교육공동체 구현역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 B시와 K도에 소재한 초등 교사를 대상 으로 수집한 141명의 자료를 연구문제에 따라 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교사 변인 중 혁신학교 여부와 경력에 따라 교육공동체 구현역량에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 교사의 심리적 임파워먼트, 조직문화와 교육공동체 구현역량 간에는 합리문 화를 제외하고 정적관계를 가진다. 셋째, 교사의 심리적 임파워먼트는 교육공동체 구현 역량에 영향을 미치며 하위 변인인 교사의 역량이 높을수록 교육공동체 구현역량이 높았 다. 넷째, 조직문화 역시 교육공동체 구현역량에 영향을 미치며 하위 변인 중 혁신적 조직문화일수록 교육공동체 구현역량이 높아졌다. 이는 교육공동체 구현을 위해 교사 임파 워링을 위한 방안 및 혁신적 학교조직문화 형성 및 지원 방안이 필요함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study aimed to explore the effects of psychological empowerment and organizational culture on the teachers’ competence for building educational community. The subjects in this study were 141 teachers working in elementary school in B city and K province. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, Pearson product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, There were significant differences according to working in innovation school, career reflected in teachers’ competence for building educational community. Second, psychological empowerment and organizational culture were significantly related to teachers’ competence for building educational community except for rational culture of organizational culture. Third, the psychological empowerment had effects on the teachers’ competence for building educational community, the higher the ability and influence of teachers, the higher the teachers’ competence for building educational community. Fourth, organizational culture also had effects on the teachers’ competence for building educational community, the more innovative organizational culture was recognized, the higher the teachers’ competence for building educational community. Therefore, this study suggests supporting the teachers’ empowering methods and formating and supporting of innovative organizational culture in school toward building educational community.
