본 논문은 무조건 안정의 특징을 갖는 ADI-FDTD의 특성을 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 가변 분해능 시간 영역 전자파 해석법을 제안한다. 제안된 해석법은 관심 주파수 영역에서 정확도를 유지하면서 분해 시간 간격을 증가시켜 계산 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다. To make the best use of known characteristics of the alternating-direction-implicit finite-difference time-domain (ADI-FDTD) method such as unconditional stability and modeling accuracy, an efficient time domain solution with variable time-step size is proposed. Numerical experiment shows that a time-step size for a given mesh size can be increased preserving a desired numerical accuracy over frequencies of interest. The proposed method can be used to analyze electromagnetic problems with reduced computation time.
고속 전자파 해석을 위한 그린 함수의 이산 웨이블릿 표현법

A compact representation of Green function is proposed by applying the discrete wavelet concept in the k-domain, which can be used for the acceleration of scattered field calculations in integral equation methods. Since the representation of Green function is very compact in the joint spatio-spectral domain, it can be effectively utilized in the fast computation of radiation integral of electromagnetic problems. A mathematical expression of Green function based on the discrete wavelet concept is derived and its characteristics are discussed. 파수 영역(k-domain)에서 웨이블릿 변환 개념을 적용한 그린 함수 표현법은 적분 방정식에 활용할 때 전자파 해석의 고속화 계산에 사용할 수 있다. 그 표현 식은 기존의 표현에 비해서 매우 간결하기 때문에 전자파 해석의 방사 적분 계산 시간을 줄이는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 그린 함수의 이산 웨이블릿 개념을 이용한 수학적인 표현 식을 유도하고 그 특성에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

Crohn`s disease is characterized by chronic transmural inflammation of the bowel and is associated with serious complications, such as bowel strictures, abscesses, fistula formation, and perforation. As neither medical nor surgical therapy provides a cure for Crohn`s disease, the primary goals of therapy are to induce and maintain remission and prevent complications. As a biologic agent, infliximab, a monoclonal antibody to tumor necrosis factor, is indicated for refractory luminal and fistulizing Crohn`s disease that does not respond to other medical therapies or surgery. Infliximab has proven to be very effective for inducing and maintaining remission in Crohn`s disease; however, infliximab treatment has several potential complications. Here, we report a case of free perforation following a therapeutic response after an initial dose of infliximab for Crohn`s disease. The existing subtract image based intrusion detection system for CCTV digital images has a problem that it can not distinguish intruders from moving backgrounds that exist in the natural environment. In this paper, we tried to solve the problems of existing system by designing real - time intrusion detection system for CCTV digital image by combining subtract image based intrusion detection method and background learning artificial neural network technology. Our proposed system consists of three steps: subtract image based intrusion detection, background artificial neural network learning stage, and background artificial neural network evaluation stage. The final intrusion detection result is a combination of result of the subtract image based intrusion detection and the final intrusion detection result of the background artificial neural network. The step of subtract image based intrusion detection is a step of determining the occurrence of intrusion by obtaining a difference image between the background cumulative average image and the current frame image. In the background artificial neural network learning, the background is learned in a situation in which no intrusion occurs, and it is learned by dividing into a detection window unit set by the user. In the background artificial neural network evaluation, the learned background artificial neural network is used to produce background recognition or intrusion detection in the detection window unit. The proposed background learning intrusion detection system is able to detect intrusion more precisely than existing subtract image based intrusion detection system and adaptively execute machine learning on the background so that it can be operated as highly practical intrusion detection system.

Hearing impaired people are living in a voice culture area, but due to the difficulty of communicating with normal people using sign language, many people experience discomfort in daily life and social life and various disadvantages unlike their desires. Therefore, in this paper, we study a sign language translation system for communication between a normal person and a hearing impaired person using sign language and implement a prototype system for this. Previous studies on sign language translation systems for communication between normal people and hearing impaired people using sign language are classified into two types using video image system and shape input device. However, existing sign language translation systems have some problems that they do not recognize various sign language expressions of sign language users and require special devices. In this paper, we use machine learning method of artificial neural network to recognize various sign language expressions of sign language users. By using generalized smart phone and various video equipment for sign language image recognition, we intend to improve the usability of sign language translation system.

본 논문에서는 기존의 응급의료정보시스템에 정보보안 개념을 도입한 역할기반 응급의료정보보안시스템 REMISS를 설계하였다. 또한 HL7 기반의 응급의료정보 및 보안정보를 위한 메시지 구조와 프로토콜을 제시하였다. REMISS의 보안 절차는 사용자인증단계와 역할/권한배정단계로 이루어져 있다. REMISS는 보안정보를 사용하여 응급의료정보시스템의 각 사용자에게 그 역할에 맞는 권한을 부여하고 허가된 권한 내에서 응급의료정보를 접근하도록 할 수 있으므로 적절한 보안 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 그리고 응급상황 발생시에 동적으로 보안정보를 교환하여 권한을 부여함으로써 각 사용자의 역할 변경에 대응할 수 있는 이점이 있다. In this paper, we designed a role-based emergency medical information security system REMISS added the security concept to the existing emergency medical information system. Also we suggested a REMISS protocol based on HL7 for using the emergency medical information and the security information. The procedure of security consists of user authentication phase and role/permission assign phase in the REMISS. The REMISS can supply proper security service since the REMISS assign proper permissions to each users of emergency medical information system and allow the user to access the permitted emergency medical information by using security information of the REMISS. There are some advantages that REMISS can adapt to the changing of the role of each user by dynamic exchanging the security information and assigning permissions to each user.

The lesions of neutrophilic dermatosis (pustular vasculitis) of the dorsal hands clinically resembled those of Sweet`s syndrome and showed similar histologic evidence of a dense dermal neutrophilic infiltrate. We, herein, present a case of neutrophilic dermatosis of the dorsal hands in a 70-year-old woman with bacterial endocarditis. The patient presented with hemorrhagic pustular blisters on the dorsal hands. Histopathologic findings were pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia, intraepidermal pustules, histiocytic infiltration and a few perivascular neutrophilic infiltrations. The skin lesion improved spontaneously.(Korean J Dermaton 2003;41(10) : 1351~1353)
