왕양명의 수양론과 통일가의 종교교육 : 교육적 의미를 중심으로

왕양명에 있어서 도덕적 주체성 확립에 관한 이론과 실천체계를 고찰함으로써 그것이 가지고 있는 교육적 의의를 찾아내어 하고 통일가의 종교 교육 가운데 인성교육에의 적용 가능성을 찾아보는데 그 목적이 있다 하겠다. 그리고 통일가의 종교교육에 있어서 창조본성을 실현하는 방법을 왕양명의 이론 가운데 몇 가지 수양의 방법을 검토해 보도록 하겠다. In order to investigate the cooling and heating characteristics of a variable capacity system A/C applying a digital scroll compressor, the cooling and heating capacities and COP are measured by the psychrometric calorimeter. The capacity of the system is controlled by the digital scroll compressor, which is operated by controling PWM valve and the loading vs. unloading time. In the case of unloading compared that of loading, the consumption power of the compressor is about 11% and the capacity variation of the system A/C is within about 1%. When the system A/C is operated under the cooling and heating standard conditions, COP is nearly uniform but cooling capacity and heating capacity increase at minimum, rated and maximum modes. The system A/C applying the digital scroll compressor is effective for the range with high load or the width of large load variation. When the auxiliary heater is on, at the cold region, the system A/C produces the excellent heating capacity.

이 글에서는 한국 박물관 개관 100주년을 맞이하여 국립중앙박물관 기증·기부의 현황과 활성화 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 주요 국가의 박물관에 대한 기부현황 및 관련 제도들을 함께 비교하였다. 지난 10년간 우리 사회의 일반적인 기부규모는 약 3.4배의 성장이 있었고, 이 중 개인기부의 비중은 2000년을 기준으로 대폭 증가하여, 법인 중심의 기부문화가 개인 중심의 기부문화로 바뀌어 정착되어 가고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 민간기부의 활성화는 정부와 민간, 소득계층 간 파트너십 형성을 통해 사회통합을 유도하는데 기여하고 양극화 해소 및 계층 간 위화감 완화에 기여하여 공동체 의식의 확대에 공헌한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 기부의 내용을 보면 개인 기부의 80%는 종교단체의 헌금이다. 2005년 우리나라 기부현황 중 박물관·미술관을 포함한 문화예술단체는 겨우 1.5% 미만의 비중을 차지하는 것으로 드러났다. 그러므로 기증 및 기부자들이 쉽게 기증과 기부를 할 수 있도록 법적·제도적 보완을 통해 기증·기부문화를 활성화하고 박물관의 새로운 도약과 발전을 기약하는 계기로 삼아야 할 것이다. To coincide with the 100th anniversary of Korean museums, this paper examines how donations of cultural relics have been made to museums, and on what basis contributions and donations should be established. This study compares the National Museum of Korea with other major foreign museums in terms of the current state of donation and related policies. It also investigates what efforts are needed to garner donations and how "contribution culture" should be developed for encouraging donations. In the last decade, general donation in the Korean society increased 3.4 times, and it is worthy to note that individual donation increased greatly, compared to 2000. This confirmed a tendency that donations have transformed from corporation-centered to individual-centered. In order to increase donations of relics to museums, a "movement of donation" is needed, and so is a reliable evaluation system for the relics, as well as amendment of law and policy.
