This study analyzed the development stage and change management necessity of the construction IT system through existing research and literature review, and used WordCloud, one of the text mining techniques, to analyze current construction trends and major issues. The necessity of change management is derived by using existing research literature and construction-related social issues as analysis data.
비정형 재난신고사례에서 나타난 119 상황요원의 의사결정 특징 분석

본 연구에서는 재난신고 접수 상황요원의 업무 특징을 분석한다. 특히 신고전화 데이터 분석과 업무 프로토콜에서는 발견할 수 없는 실제 업무환경에서의 업무 특징을 도출하기 위해 정성적 인터뷰를 진행하여 상황요원의 의사결정 특징을 도출하였고, 상황요원의 업무 환경을 개선할 수 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

Recently, demands for the reduction of noise generated by transformers have been increasing. Accordingly the noise of transformer occasion displeasing to residents therefore the transformer needs to decrease of noise. One method of reduction such a noise is to build a free-standing enclosure of concrete and steel plates around the transformer. however, this method has some disadvantages, for example, a lage area is needed for equipment installation. In the paper, the vibration and noise effect which is transferred from reinforce channel to insulation panel generated by transformer have been identified for the several kinds of insulation panel and damping sheet experimentally.
R&D 가치평가를 위한 다면적 접근 : KIST 방역 R&D 사례를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 최근 국가⋅사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 방역 R&D와 관련하여, KIST가 10여 년간 수행해온 과제들의 성과를 추적하고 가치를 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 기존 출연연 연구성과에 대한 단기결과(output) 중심의 분석을 보완하는 장기적인 성과(outcome)와 효과(impact)를 고려하는 다면적 R&D 가치평가 모델을 수립하고, 출연연의 주요 연구성과를 논문 수, 기술이전료 등의 정량성과만으로 판단하는 협소한 시각을 벗어나 경제⋅사회적 파급효과를 함께 발굴하고 측정하였다. 또한 방법론적으로도 기존의 연구 결과를 종합하여, 편익접근법, 피해비용접근법, 산업연관분석 등을 다양하게 사용하여 무형의 연구성과를 발굴하고 정량화하였다. 분석결과, KIST가 수행한 방역 R&D 과제의 Input(연구개발비 총 217.1억원) 대비 Output, Outcome 및 Impact(2,376억원)은 10.9배로 나타났다. 특히 KIST의 방역 R&D 성과항목의 파급효과 중 95.3%(2,265억원)를 감염병으로 인한 사회적 비용절감액이 차지하여, 방역 R&D의 성격이 과학기술적 성과 및 산업계 대형기술 현안 해결보다는 국가⋅사회적 파급효과가 두드러진 것으로 해석되었다. 이러한 연구결과가 향후 출연연 연구성과의 중장기적 효과를 더 발굴하고 구체화하기 위한 논의의 기폭제가 되기를 기대한다. In this study, in relation to quarantine R&D, which has recently become a national and social issue, the performance of the tasks KIST has been carrying out for the past 10 years was tracked and the value was analyzed. To this end, we established a multi-faceted R&D valuation model that considers long-term outcomes and impacts that complement short-term, output-oriented analysis of existing research outcomes, and the economic and social ripple effects were discovered and measured together, beyond the narrow view of judging the major research achievements of the research institute based solely on quantitative results such as the number of papers and technology transfer fees. In addition, methodologically, by synthesizing existing research results, intangible research results were discovered and quantified using various methods such as benefit approach, damage cost approach, and input-output model. As the result, the output, outcome, and impact (208.73 billion won) compared to the input (total R&D expenditure of 21.71 billion won) of the quarantine R&D task performed by KIST was 9.62 times. In particular, 94% (197.04 billion won) of the ripple effect of KISTs quarantine R&D performance items was occupied by saving social cost due to infectious diseases, so the nature of quarantine R&D was interpreted to have a more pronounced national and social ripple effect than scientific and technological achievements and resolution of large-scale industrial technology issues. These research results will serve as a catalyst for discussions to further discover and materialize the mid- to long-term effects of the research results of research institutes in the future.
Mistuning Intensity Effect to Optimization of Mistuning pattern for Bladed Disk

In turbomachinery rotor, there are small differences in the structural and/or geometrical properties of individual blades, which are referred to as blade mistuning. Mistuning effects of the forced response of bladed disks can be extremely large as often reported in many studies. In this paper, the pattern optimization of intentional mistuning for bladed disks considering with intentional mistuning intensity effect is the focus of the present investigation. More specifically, the class of intentionally mistuned disks considered here is limited, for cost reasons, to arrangements of two types of blades (A and B, say) and Genetic Algorithm is used to optimize the arrangement of these blades around the disk to reduce the forced response of blade with intentional mistuning intensity levels.
