        골프장 코스의 효율적 관리를 위한 코스관리직원의 직무실태분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine their working environments, training programs and education for new green keepers, to analyze their job and ultimately to suggest how to improve their job environments and job performance. The subjects in this were 388 green keepers at 16 golf courses for members only in region of Youngnam. The golf courses had 18 holes or more, and a survey was conducted by using questionnaires that were prepared to cover details. The analyzable answer sheets from 251 respondents were analyzed by the statistical package SPSS 12.0. Statistical data on frequency and percentage for each item were obtained to figure out their working environment. As for job analysis, one-way ANOVA was utilized to acquire statistical information on mean and standard deviation, and F-test was employed. The findings of the study were as follows: As for job analysis by background variables, job distribution and on-the-job training should be done in consideration of age, and customized education and regular education are necessary to improve their job performance and awareness of the importance of their job. Regarding job analysis by educational level, experts or green keepers who had technical knowledge should be responsible for educating high-school graduates, and how to fulfill difficult duties such as bunker management successfully should be studied to bolster the competitiveness of a golf course. As greenkeeping is very costly and demanding, professional human resources should be fostered, and thorough education should be offered. The green keepers who had two or three years of experience and whose position was the chief, section chief or lower directed more dynamic efforts into their job performance, and more intensive on-the-job training should consequently be provided for those green keepers. In addition, separate on-the-job training programs should be developed in light of work experience to prevent experienced green keepers from falling into a habitual routine and eventually deteriorating their own job performance.

        수도 흰잎마름병 저항성 유전자 발현에 관한 연구 1 : 흰잎마름병균의 증식 및 이동과 저항성과의 관계

        수도 흰잎마름병(Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae) 병원세균(K1)의 조직내에서의 증식과 이동 그리고 수공을 통해 추출되는 병원세균의 농도를 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 저항성 품종에서는 접종 3일후에 약 103 cfu/cm2 로 12일까지 큰 변화가 없었으나 리병성 품종에서는 접종 6일에 약 104 cfu/cm2 에서 접종 12일에는 약 108-109cfu/cm2 로 계속 증식하였다. 2. 병원세균의 접종부위로부터 상, 하향 이동속도 및 증식속도는 상향이동이 약간 빠른 경향이었으며 리병성 품종에서 빠른 증식과 이동속도를 보여 저항성과 밀접한 관계가 있었다. 3. 병원세균의 증식 및 이동은 생육시기에 따른 차이는 없었다. 4. 감염된 잎의 수공을 통해 나오는 병원세균의 농도는 조직내에서 병원세균의 증식 및 이동과 일치하였으며 저항성과도 밀접한 관계가 있었다. This experiment was conducted to study the multiplication and spread of bacterial population in water exuded through the hydathode of infected leaf of Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae in resistant and susceptible rice cultivars to bacterial leaf blight. The results obtained are summarized as follows. The bacterial multiplication in resistant cultivars was almost constant from three days to twelve days after inoculation with population of 103 -104 cfu/~textrmcm2 , but the multiplication was increased as days after inoculation extended in susceptible cultivars. The speed of bacterial multiplication and the number of bacteria spread above and below the inoculated position were closely related with the resistance of rice cultivars to bacterial leaf blight. The bacterial multiplication and spread were observed throughout the all growing stages including seedling, maximum tillering and flag leaf stages. The bacterial populations in water exuded through the hydathode were dependent on the multiplication and spread, and the populations were also closely related with the resistance of rice cultivars.

        花卉類에 대한 Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora, Pseudomonas marginalis pv. marginalis, Pseudomonas viridiflava의 病原性

        Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora, Pseudomonas viridiflava and Pseudomonas marginalis pv. were tested for their pathogenicity to 35 kinds of domestic flowering plants. Among them. the following domestic flowering plants showed clear symptoms. 1. Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora : (Needle inoculation). Carnation(Dianthus catgophylius L.), madagascar periwinkle(Vinca rosea L.), flower gentle(Amaranthus tricolor L), snapdragon(Antirrhinum majus L.), chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ram.), mexican ageratum(Ageratum houstonianum Mill), china aster (Callistephus chinensis), youth and old age(Zinnia elegans Jacq.), common nasturtium(Tropaeorum majus L.), scarlet sage(Salvia splendens F.), dahlia(Dahia hybrida). pot marigold(Calendula officinalais L.), begonia treevine(Cissus dicolor Blume), cosmos(Cosmos bipinnatus Cav.), globe amaranth(Gomphrena globosa L.), black eyed susan(Thumbergia alata Bojer), common gypsophila(Gypsophila elegans Bieb.), ghent gladiolus(Gladiolus gandavensis Van.), indian shot(Canna orchiodes Bailey), iris(Iris nertschinskia Lodd), cyclamen primula(Dodecatheon meadia L), scarlet kafir lily(Clivia miniata Regel.), flowering cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.). (Spray inoculation). Carnation, madagascar periwinkle, flower gentle, snapdragon, common nasturtium, ghent gladiolus. Indian shot, cyclamen primula. 2. Pseudomonas viridiflava:(Needle inoculation). Carnation, madagascar periwinkle, snapdragon. chrysanthemum, cockscomb, mexican ageratum, china aster, common nasturtium, common petunia(Petunia hybrida Vilm), pot marigold, begonia treevine, cosmos, black eyed susan, common gypsophila. ghent gladiolus, indian shot, cyclamen primula, scarlet kafir-lily, flowering cabbage. (Spray inoculation). Common nasturtium, ghent gladiolus, Indian shot. cyclamen primula. 3. Pseudomonas marginalis pv. marginalis : (Needle inoculation). Carnation, madagascar periwinkle, flower gentle, snapdragon, cockscomb. mexican ageratum, youth and old age, common nasturitium, common petunia, sweet william(Dianthus barbatus L.), pot marigold, begonia treevine, cosmos. common gypsophila, ghent gladiolus, Indian shot, iris, cyclamen primula, scarlet kafir-Lily, flowering cabbage. (Spray inoculation). Common nasturtium. ghent gladiolus, indian shot, cyclamen primula.
