The meaning of 'Pal Gwan' is to serve gods of heaven spirits, five evils, noted mountain and large rivers. Pal Gwan Festival (八關會) was a kind of festival like Thanksgiving Day with connection to traditional faith from Shilla dynasty to the end of Koryo dynasty for over eight hundred years and was ceremonial with mixture of Buddhism on the traditional ancient faith. Pal Gwam Festival has been held on every year together with Yon Deng Festival (燃燈會) which were the two most important festival in Koryo Dynasty. At the time of holding the above two festival, there were six proprieties of which include flower offering, incense offering, tea offering, soup offering musical offering and dance offering. The object of this paper is to study the above six proprieties of 'Pal Gwan Festival and develope its comprehensive arts. This paper concludes that the above six proprieties of 'Pal Gwan Festival' were really a genre of comprehensive arts which was harmonized with looking, listening, smelling, tastes and sense of touch.

This paper deals with the comparison and investigation of the noise and vibration for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) for Automotive considering different ratio of pole and slot. Two IPMSMs with 2/3 and 8/9 pole-slot ratios have been designed with almost same rated power, rated torque, back electromotive force, and rated current. First, these two motors are compared in the aspect of electromagnetic. Such as the cogging torque, efficiency, power factor are compared. Then, with finite element method and equivalent magnetizing current, the nature frequency, local force and deformation are calculated. By means of these simulation results, the vibration of motor can be estimated. Finally, depending on the experiments, the performances of these two motors are verified. At various speeds under the load condition, the noise and vibration of these two motors are tested in the OROS equipment, the simulation and experiment results give the suggestion to the pole-slot ration selection in the motor design process. here.

This study focused on the development of an alternative stress estimation procedure to instantly calculate the critical stresses bonded concrete pavement. Closed form analysis is commonly used to analyze pavement structures. This type of analysis assumes linearelastic material properties and static loading conditions. The well-known ILLI-SLAB finite element program was used for the analysis. Bonded concrete overlay analyzed the stress distribution, behavior and load carrying capacity under track load is made evaluation standard of bonded concrete overlay. In the study, the following results were derived ; The properties of strength is that compress and 3-point bending strength of existing pavement is deteriorated with 184 kg/㎠, 59 kg/㎠ but compress and splitting tensile strength of overlay is satisfied with 465 kg/㎠, 45 kg/㎠. Load transfers is happen at adjacent slab by interlocking under track load. The stress distribution under interior, corner and edge load is described high loading position surrounding then loading position.
