점포창업자의 창업 전 창업교육 및 현장체험이 점포의 운영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

본 연구는 자영업의 높은 실패율을 낮추고 자영업자의 안정적 사업영위에 기여하고자, 중요한 창업 성공요 인인 사전 창업교육 및 현장체험이 실제 점포의 운영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 우리나라는 체계 적인 창업교육 프로그램과 사전에 실전경험을 해볼 기회가 충분하지 않다. 게다가 학계의 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구의 한계점을 제시하고, 점포 창업자의 창업교육 및 현장체험이 창업스킬과 창업가정신을 함양해 최종적으로 점포의 운영성과로까지 이어지는 과정을 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 실습교육은 창업스킬에, 이론교육 은 창업가정신에 각각 영향을 미치고, 현장체험은 창업스킬과 창업가정신에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 리고 창업스킬과 창업가정신은 점포의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 모두 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 학문적 시사점 외에, 점포창업자의 창업교육 및 현장체험을 활성화하기 위한 정책방안도 제시하였다. This study is on the empirical results of correlation between start up education and experience before start up of a self employer entrepreneur with store and performance of the entrepreneur's store. Many latent self employers are lacking in education and experiences for start up. According to the result, first, practical education on start up influenced on entrepreneur's start up skill, and theoretical education influenced on entrepreneur's entrepreneurship. Second, entrepreneur's experience before start up influenced on both start up skill and entrepreneurship. Third, start up skill influenced on both financial and non financial performance of the entrepreneur's store. Finally, entrepreneurship influenced on both financial and non financial performance of the store.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전으로 교육 형태는 매우 다양하게 변화되어 가고 있다. 이 중에서 각종 멀티미디어 매체의 등장, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통한 정보 제공, 위성 교육 방송 등은 시간과 공간을 초월한 가상 학교 모형들을 등장시키는 촉진제 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 가상대학에서는 각 강좌에 대한 학생들의 출석 확인 및 평가가 면대 면으로 행해질 수 없기 때문에 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 출석에 대응되는 강좌 참여 요소들을 설정하여, 이들에 대한 참여도로써 출석 평가를 대신하는 출석평가 시스템 PASS를 제안한다. 이 출석 평가 모델을 통해서, 학습자에게는 강좌 참여 동기를 유발시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 평가자에게는 출석 평가에 대응되는 효과를 제공한다.

너싱홈(Nursing Home)프로그램이 유아의 행동발달에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아가 너싱홈 방문을 통해서 노인들과 같이 활동을 전개하고 이러한 활동이 유아의 행동발달에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보는 것에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 춘천의 G어린이집 만 4세 유아 18명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 2010년 3월부터 12월까지 한 달에 1회씩 10회에 걸쳐 유아들과 함께 A마을을 방문하여 노인들과 같이 활동을 하였다. 본 연구는 관찰과 유아개별면담, 사전과 사후 유아 브레인스토밍, 유아 그림 자료, 담임교사 면담 등 유아들의 행동변화를 알아볼 수 있는 질적 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 세대 간 교류 프로그램이 유아의 행동변화에 어떠한 영향을 주는지, 이러한 유아들의 행동변화를 교육적 변화로 어떻게 해석할 수 있는지 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과 너싱홈 프로그램을 경험한 유아들은 노인에 대한 인식, 돌봄에 대한 인식, 안정성, 세대 공동체 의식, 사회성 등에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. This study analyzed the behavioral changes in the children who participated in the intergenerational exchange programs through observation and interviewing methods. G Nursery, children 6 years old, 18 children were selected for this study. From March to December in 2010 A total of 10 times a month to visit the village was carried. All of the children took part in the activities with the senior. This study were based on observation, individual interviews, pre and post brainstorming, picture materials, teacher interviews and so on. All research methods to learn the behavioral changes of children in the qualitative data were collected and analyzed. As a result of our study, we observed positive changes in the behavior of the children and the elderly. First, children who participated in the intergenerational exchange programs had a change in awareness of what "care" means. Children started to recognize that while they are used to being the ones who receive care, they too can help provide care to others. Second, through the intergenerational exchange programs, children developed a consideration of the weaker person. After they participated in the intergenerational exchange programs, we could confirm that the children`s perception of the elderly changed by noting the change in their daily life and behavior. Third, we confirmed that the elderly were also positively affected by their participation in the nursing home program through our observations. In addition, the children felt a sense of worth from the program and showed attitudes toward all the activities. Moreover they had a positive attitude toward the elderly.

' 동화 듣고 전달하기 ' 가 유아의 어휘력 및 창의성에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of listening and retelling stories to the creativity of children. The subjects in this study were 60 young children of five year old who were randomly selected from T Kindergarten in the city of Taegu. They were divided into two groups: one was an experiment group with 30 children, and the other was a control group with 30 children. After the two groups listened to a picture nursery tale on every Tuesday and Thursday for 8 weeks, the experiment group was asked to express what they heard in picture or writing, and then to tell it to other person with no modification or by converting part of the story or the whole story creatively. But the control group just listened to picture nursery tale with no further action. To measure the young children's creativity, Kim Choon Il and Moon Tae Hyong(1996)'s Low-Grade Child Creativity Inventory was quasi-standardized and modified to match preschool level. The instrument used to test vocabulary was the Picture Vocabulary Inventory by Kim Young Tae(1994), et al. The vocabulary and creativity tests were conducted before and after the experiment, in order to determine the impact of listening to nursery tale and retelling its story on the two groups. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/PC + program and ANCOVA. The findings of this study were as below: First, the activity to listen to picture nursery tale and convey its story gave no significant impact on improving the young children's vocabulary. Second, the activity to listen to picture nursery tale and convey its story had a significant influence on developing the young children's creativity. In particular, it exerted a significant impact on every subfactor of creativity, including fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. Therefore, the activity could be said to promote the general primary elements of young children's creativity significantly. This study attempted to add new educational activity, which could enhance creativity and vocabulary, to the existing activity of telling nursery tale, one of daily programs generally implemented in kindergarten. As a result, the activity to listen to nursery tale and convey its story contributed to enriching the young children's creativity. The findings of this study might be meaningful, as it's found that a new educational activity utilizing nursery tale could improve creativity.
