복잡적응계에 근거한 공학교육인증 프로그램 분석과 공학적 글쓰기 교육 방안 연구

We analyzed the relationship based on the complex system between engineering writing in accreditation program and engineering education accreditation system and studied an effective engineering writing education system for engineering education in this paper. By introducing accreditation system, the engineering education system keeps continuously an emergent behavior and builds the new system. In this point of view, this research proposed an situated learning system and introduction of writing portfolio. As a result, we ascertain this proposed way makes up writing skill of students. We think this discussion will be a chance to explore a new writing education system in engineering education. 본 논문에서는 복잡적응계 이론에 근거하여 공학교육인증제도와 글쓰기와의 관계를 분석하고 효과적인 공학적 글쓰기 교육 방법을 연구하였다. 인증제도 도입으로 인하여 공학교육은 창발현상을 지속적으로 유지하며 새로운 질서체계를 갖추어 나가고 있는 가운데 의사소통의 중요성을 부각시키고, 다양한 공학적 글쓰기 교육 모형을 요구하고 있다. 이에 대하여 본 연구는 상황학습방법과 글쓰기 포트폴리오 도입 방법을 제안하고, 이를 통해 학생들의 글쓰기 능력향상에 변화가 있었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 논의는 공학교육에서 새로운 공학적 글쓰기 교육 방안을 모색하는 계기가 될 것이다.

ABSTRACT This paper describes an interactive graphics system designed for the device- independent generation of multipurpose font. Input methods include an interactive abstraction of the contour from qqt patterns of Image Scanner and an automatic composition of Hangul from its charac- ter elements. PostScript (a Page Description Language) formatted outputs are adopted to support effectively output devices such as LBP and Display PostScript. Logical screen, multilevel adjustment and conversion algorithm from Bezier curve to polyline, etc are introduced to obtain Hangul Metafont in good quality and by friendly user interfaces. Linux 교과목에서 성찰일지 적용이 학업에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 성찰일지 작성이 Linux 교과목의 학업에 미치는 영향을 분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 Linux 교과목 수강학생들을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 설문조사를 실시하고, 성찰일지 작성을 적용한 후 성적을 비교 분석하였다. 성찰일지의 적용은 중간고사 후 6주간 실시하였다. 그 결과 학생들의 학습 목표 및 기대감, 학습지속 의향, 자기 효능감, 학습태도, 성찰일지 작성에 대한 만족도, 교과학습 만족도가 향상되었다. 또한 Linux교과목의 학업성취도에서 매우 유의미한 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 그러므로 본 연구는 컴퓨터공학 교육을 위한 교수법으로 의미가 있다. This paper describes an in-depth study on the effect of students' writing of a reflection journal on academic achievement in Linux courses. For this purpose, students who took a Linux class were surveyed. Those participants were divided into two groups; an experimental group and a control group. Their academic achievement was compared and analyzed for this study and reflection journal was applied for 6 weeks after middle test. The results suggests that task achievement, expectation, learning persistence, self-efficacy, learning attitude, satisfaction in writing a reflection journal, and subject study were improved for the students who wrote a reflection journal. In addition to this, it suggests that the writing of a reflection journal has a significant effect on academic achievement in Linux subjects. It is meaningful for teaching skill of computer engineering education.

This paper describes a developement of GUI(Graphical User Interface) for oil spill modeling on the PC based windows system. The interfaces are required for tidal& nontidal current data generation, wind data generation&edition, grid creation&edition, scenarion composion & edition and system control(printing, image sotrage, display color switching, etc.). Also it is developed interfaces for the oil spreading and analysis of modeling result. For user-friendly interfacing, a number of dialog box, track popup menu, cascade button and status window are adopted. These interfaces are developed using Microsoft Visual C++ and MFC v4.0 library on Pentium PC with Window95 and aimed to not novice but expert relate to the oil pollution and prevention. This developement is intended to contribute an effective oil spill - prevention.

복합문서 작성을 위한 그래픽 에디터 개발

This paper describes graphic editor, which will be used to generate a number of charts, geometric graphics and raster graphics to be required for compound document generation. The development of graphic editor includes the design of spread sheet for chart data and comprises functionalities of input and adjustment for various graphics. All of graphic objects which are generated would be translated to a form of poat-Script file, and then we can print it by laser printer and it also could be converted in CGM environments.

범용터미널을 이용한 문서화상 작성에 관한 연구

본 논문은 범용 터미널을 이용하여 도형, 문자를 포함하는 문서화상을 효율적으로 작성하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 문서화상 작성 방법으로서는 문서 구성요소에 계층적 작성법과 응용에 따라서 이미 작성된 문서 구성요소를 조합 및 자동변환하는 방법을 연구하였다. 문서 구성요소는 원칙적으로는 선분, 원호등의 그래픽 기본요소를 이용한 골격선을 정의함과 동시에 선폭제어를 위한 펜(논리화소)의 개념을 도입하여 작성할 뿐만 아니라 이미 정의된 문서 구성요소의 조합으로도 작성하였다. 응용별 문서화상은 이미 정의된 구성요소(표준패턴)의 변환(회전, 확대등) 및 조합등을 통하여 작성하였다. 이와 같은 방식을 구체화 하기 위한 에디터을 설계하였으며 문서 작성과정 및 실례를 보임으로써 본 방식의 범용성, 유용성을 제시하였다. This paper suggests an effective method to make up compound document image with document components such as characters, diagrams and so on. Two processing steps have been introduced to implement this method. The first step includes the hierarchical definition of document components by using the predefined components (standard patterns) which are either represented with graphic primitives such as lines and arcs, or hierarchically composed with other standard patterns. The second step is to compose the document image with the predefined document components through the transformations (rotation, enlargement, etc.). The document generation procedures and results are shown using an editor designed for the implementation of this processing method.

We have studied on the tool of interactive editing method for composition of compli- cated mathematics equation on X Window/Motif. In order to implementation it, the structure form of mathematics equation was composed of generic structure conformed to document structure of ODA. It processed of conversion for the structure form of mathematics equation from generic structure to specifc structure.
